And why should limit equality only to opportunities instead of applying it to everything? Seems arbitrary. If we can be arbitrary then we can be arbitrary in many ways and not only in the way you like it.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 01:58 PM

And why should I accept equality of opportunity and reject all other kinds of equality? Seems arbitrary.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 01:16 PM

Either equality is valuable in itself and applies to everything or it is not valuable in itself and anyone can apply it or not in any scenario based on anything or nothing at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 01:15 PM

If that was an option, yes. Maybe the growing support for such an extreme position will wake up society to bring a solution before that party wins an election.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 01:14 PM

Yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 01:13 PM

There is no difference in the dating model. But it allows people to not give a fuck about equality in all other aspects as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 01:13 PM

I am ok with equality being applied in everything. I don't know why you try to mention it as if it was something I would be opposed to.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:07 PM

it is not valuable in itself and anyone can choose to apply it or not based on anything or nothing at all. Ok. This option then. Equality only when you like it and never if you don't like it. Well I like different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:06 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 11:48 AM

It is inconsistent to believe in equality for some things but to apply it only in other things. Either equality is valuable in itself and should apply to everything or it is not valuable in itself and anyone can choose to apply it or not based on anything or nothing at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 11:44 AM

I am not OP but I can say that my vote (support) is for sale and I know how I want to get paid. As long as I get what I want I will vote for status quo. If I am not getting what I want I will vote for whoever wants to change things in the opposite direction in the most radical way available.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 10:53 AM

I don't understand how/why men keep trying to relate dating preferences to politics. The reason is consistency.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 10:51 AM

God forbid one might be consistent. I don't believe anyone has the obligation to be consistent but I will lose respect for people that are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 10:50 AM

Yes. I would pay. If she tries to use the assets I pay for to find another man she better get results on the first attempt because I will know about it and the next one will be significantly harder. There are few things that would make me want to pursue revenge. That is one of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 10:12 PM

When I was younger, I did a lot of trying on different shapes. It was good for that period of my life when I was learning who I was and what worked for me. But I also spent a lot of time figuring out who I was alone, and what was important to me individually. On my way to get to my 40s and I learned that having a shape of my own is nothing but an obstacle. Be like water. Shapeless. Flow or crash, but in the shape of the container it is in. And in some ways there is a lot of flexibility - my inte…

Roommates don't provide monogamy
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 09:21 PM

I don't know why. I have yet to meet a woman that has no demands other than monogamy, be an adult, be alive.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 09:03 PM

I don't understand the question. Please re phrase.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:55 PM

I can think of two reasons why I would change to fit whatever shape of dull I need to fit. First one is that I want to be in a relationship and I am a man without an abundance of options. I Don't get to reduce the pool. Staying alone is not acceptable. If that were not the case I would consider not changing. Second reason is that I don't have any shape of my own. I have the shape I need at the moment.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:45 PM

Not my own value. Every single human's value.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:25 PM

Is that intrinsic human value in the room with us? Any evidence for it's existence? Or is it just a popular idea with no basis on reality like "human rights"?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:23 PM

In control over myself and how much joy I get out of whatever action I need to do. I don't need people to change for me or do what I find fun. I can change to do whatever and find fun doing it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:17 PM

I can only answer for myself, of course, but - Thank you for your perspective. There are a few parts of this. I can't have a serious relationship if I can't connect with them both emotionally and intellectually. If it is an inability then there is nothing to be done. If it is a preference then I guess it can be changed. I have a colorful and exciting life already. Spending time with someone who is dull gets frustrating pretty quickly. Usually for both of us, if they're bright enough to understan…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:16 PM

I only require that if she has demands I need to meet in order to qualify as a potential partner. All women on earth have those kind of demands so I expect sex. But assuming a woman expects nothing from me I will gladly return the favor.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:09 PM

I don't understand why the idea of being dead weight is so attractive to so many people. The only way to know if you are actually valued is to see if you are valued when you bring nothing to the table. When you are dead weight.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:07 PM

Ok. Not all the time. But a percentage of the time. And that percentage will not always be met. Unless it is a performance.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:03 PM

Why are you framing being fun as a thing that requires a personality change or "burden of performance? It does not necessarily need a personality change. You can vet for compatibility but that reduces the pool of available options. It does require a burden of performance because no one is fun all the time and also, people tend to change. " Do you have friends? When you and a friend have fun, is it because one of you has changed themselves for the other? I do have friends and I am the one changin…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:01 PM

Considering all I said I don't know how you get to that conclusion. I literally said that I would be the one changing and molding myself to what my partner wants. What makes you think that I want an empty vessel? I don't care if it's empty or full or whatever it has inside. I will change to fit.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 08:00 PM

Lucky you. Not an option. But if you have it then use it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:49 PM

I don't prioritize compatibility. I build it. So it is entirely under my control. My partner has to say yes. From then on I am the one that will change to suit the needs of the moment.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:46 PM

Seems fair. Even if somewhat unsustainable.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:39 PM

Sure..I get that. And when I want that it is me the one that changes so I become able to bond and do things with my partner while enjoying the time together. I don't expect my partner to be fun/not boring. I would rather be in control and not put a burden of performance on someone else. Let alone the fact that looking for someone that I find fun without any change from my part reduces the pool of options available.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:33 PM

Just out of curiosity. Why does "fun"/"not boring" enter into consideration? Isn't it easier to find fun on your own instead of adding another trait to the list of requirements?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:10 PM

If all a woman brings to the table (and does it for real) is “I’ll be there tomorrow morning cause I got nowhere else to be” I would jump from joy so high that I would have to worry about sticking the landing without dying. I can intellectually understand the position you are in. I am absolutely unable to fully put myself in your shoes.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 07:04 PM

Try to convince and try to rape are different things. I hope you know that.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 06:14 PM

Lol whatt Trapping someone financially creates "stability" through leverage not a mutual choice Trapping assumes deception. There is no deception in entering into an agreement that includes traditional gender roles. And that leverage is created by a mutual choice. and an equal partner isn't just about sharing bills it's about having an invested adult who stays because she wants to We were talking about "partner" not "equal partner". Don't move the goalpost. An unequal partner is as much as a par…

Because this is a debate subreddit. You seem to say that my response was an example of being lacking in emotional intelligence without explaining why that is the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 02:37 PM

It is not about books and academics. It is about people on the day to day life. If women that identify themselves as feminist do X, then X is part of feminism no matter what academics or philosophy says about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 02:36 PM

increased demands that aren't money. Money is just time and effort. All other demands outside of money means more time and effort even when outside of working hours. so they don't want you for your money. They want me for my time and effort. Just another form of it if that's all you have to offer a relationship, though, I guess you don't get to be mad when you're expected to provide it, because they know they can't expect anything else. I am not mad about it
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 02:33 PM

Ur treating this like a pure cost/benefit ,which is fine, but acting like the only real benefit is a woman who demands less and stays in a narrow role. Well you did not mentioned any benefits for the man in the previous comment. Reducing a man to paycheck + bodyguard isn’t respect, no matter how traditional you call it. It’s just using him. Same goes the other way.... I agree. It is not respect. But as I said before. Respect is unrelated to how you value someone. Alos Feminists who actually mean…

/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/26 02:12 PM

Tradwives reduce men to a paycheck and a bodyguard while Feminists want an actual partner. I can see how this might be true. Let's see your arguments. I think that Feminists actually respect men more than ‘pick me tradwives’ do, cuz Tradwives reduce men to a paycheck and a bodyguard. They want a tool, not a partner. Why do you believe there is a connection between respect and seeing someone as a tool or partner? I can respect someone I see as a tool and have no respect towards someone I see as a…

Men are raised believing women should serve them In the west? After decades of feminism supremacy as the dominant ideology when it comes to gender roles? Doubt so. Women are raised believing they need a man to have a complete life. I can buy that. Men are raised believing they need a woman to have a complete life as well.

The target audience of TRP is simps and other kind of failures. The men that end up in TRP and have a relationship are already focusing on benefiting their partner. They are so focused on them that they are spineless.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 08:12 PM

Men are raised believing they should prioritize their partner over themselves. Happy wife happy life. Duty to provide etc . So the advice is to cut down on what they are already doing and think about themselves instead. Women on the other hand (specially since feminism became mainstream) already know they should put themselves first. So the advice is to cut down on what they are already doing and think about their partner instead

Reading my first comment. Men and women are equally evil. Men are better at committing violence than women. I didn't say men and women are equally violent. I said they are equally evil. I said women are bad at applying violence. It makes sense they are less violent. They are bad at it.

In my opinion this dynamic creates an environment in which women are unable and unwilling to be sexual and emotional beings because they have to be in control of themselves and their partners 24/7. I wish women were unwilling to be sexual and emotional. I wish they remain in control of themselves and their partners.

You know you have no real answers so it’s always whataboutisms. OK. Lets make it more clear. Peace is achieved through mutual respect, understanding, and empathy. There is no example of any society on earth that achieved anything that came close to peace through mutual respect, understanding, and empathy. There are plenty of societies on earth that achieved something that came close to peace through the use of violence to enforce laws. I never said shit about removing laws, you moldy potato. You…

Women are so bad at applying violence that even when guns exist, there is no example of a society in which women are the ones enforcing the law.

No, that is the violent male thought. Peace is achieved through mutual respect, understanding, and empathy. Remove laws. Remove prisons. See how far "mutual respect, understanding and empathy" get you if you are not willing or able to apply violence towards the onesthat don't give ashit about your "mutual respect, understanding and empathy"

Men and women are equally evil. Men are better at committing violence than women. See the difference? I thought women were just as bad as men? I thought women could do just as much evil? Women are as evil as men are. Women are not as efficient and capable of commiting violence as men are. You're saying the only reason not to do something is that it's illegal. On a societal scale, yes. That's a legitimately frightening worldview. Then remove all punishments and see how it works out. If your morality starts and ends with avoiding legal consequences, then the only thing stopping you from lying, stealing, cheating, raping, or killing is the fear of punishment. Remove all punishments from society and see how good ethic works as a way to keep society in peace. Ethics exist precisely be…

Who cares about ethical tandards? If there is no enforcement then they have no impact on reality. Frankly, if you're worried about accidentally crossing the line, wouldn't you rather err on the side of making your partner feel safe and comfortable than on the side of getting as close to the line as possible? No. I rather have the line be clearly defined in law so people can stand in the right side of it knowing there will be no legal consequence.

Consent isn't just the absence of the word "no." It requires that a person can freely say no without fearing retaliation, punishment, or significant consequences. I am sorry but defining something as serious and as punishable as rape by something as nebulous and subjective as fear is stupid. Any woman can at any second say she feared retaliation, punishment or significant consequences and considering that she is the only authority on her own fear that means she is the ultimate authority that dec…

what women do bring to the table Women in general don't bring anything to the table because individuals bring different things to the table and they change constantly so anything they bring today they may not bring tomorrow and anything they failed to bring in the past might be on the table on the future. /r/PurplePillDebate20/07/26 11:53 AM

Those kinds of rewards are outward and are just a bonus. The real reward comes in understanding and believing that real relationships can and will flourish if two people care enough to make it happen. If we recognie that most people being in relationships is a goal worth pursuing then those rewards and punishment should be the main course, not just a bonus. And relationships should happpen even if people don't care enough about it. If you want to win a war, you need more bodies. The perfect way …

There are deductions written directly into the tax laws and many other issues and legislative documents that reward people for being married and producing children. I was thinking about severe social punishment for single women. Not rewarding married people. I did pick my current partner making decisions about who I date based on the future life I want to have and based on the kind of behaviors I want to reward/punish using my own behavior as an incentive structure. Miss moral and I are together for 10 years and counting. I did not even consider "liking her" when selecting her. That is the necessary circumstance for this scenario to make any sense. Unless men act as a cohesive unit when it comes to making social pariahs out of single women there is no way an incentive structure that rewards settling over remaining single will exist.

Because for many men life without relationships/sex is significantly worse than life with those. Compared it to... I don't know... Having legs. You don't need legs to live... Still really good to have them and sucks to not have them.

I didn't say get rid of the state. I said get rid of the help the state gives to people. A state is the best organization when it comes to the use of violence and as long as that is the case the stare can't be destroyed, it can only be changed.

How are you going to get everyone to comply? I will not. If men don't want to treat single women as pariahs then they will not. What happens if they don't? Pariahs as well. And that ignores the fact that, in modern day social circles, being a pariah is not that big of a deal. It would be if people had freedom of association (if they are allowed to not hire people they don't want to hire. If they are allowed to refuse services and trade etc)

Then read the comments below.

Because free humans should be free to treat other people as pariahs just because they have freedom of association. Because that would create an incentive structure that rewards being in a relationship and punishes being single. Because a socieyin which you get help through voluntary trade is better than a society in which you get help through force (the state)

Removing all help from the state and making sure all men treat single women and those who associate with them as social pariahs. If women want any help or good treatment they can pick a man and stop being single. Then they get an acceptable life. Notice how all I did is apply freedom of association. No rights were removed.

Getting women to lower their standards will just trap you in a passionless relationship I am ok with that. A lot of men hearken back to the days of yore, talking about how back in the fifties or whatever, most men got married at, like, twenty or whatever. They don't take into consideration how a very large percentage of those women probably (at best) tolerated their husbands, rather than ever truly loving them. Fine by me. This is the type of discrimination woman are fighting against. I know. But that discrimination is born out of a biological difference that does exist and has an economic impact. Let's reframe your bad logic with other bad logic: Why would I hire a man when he's more violent than a woman? Because that threat of violence is good. It is what keeps arguments from escalating to the point of being unmanageable. Why would I hire someone in a wheelchair for a job writing code? I don't see any reason why…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 02:50 PM

in 100% of everything? no. in 99.999% of everything. Yes. Why would I hire a woman over a man all other things being equal considering one can get pregnant and suffers through monthly pains? You know this. Its intentionally misrepresenting what women mean when they want equality. And then using that misrepresentation to say "equality means they have the same libidos" is even worse logic It is ok when women say they want equality. My point is that they are not equal

Cool; so guess that means these changes will not have a significant impact. I believe there would be a significant impact. We are engaging in behavior that exists outside of the body right now. No we are not. Without a body there is no thought, no typing. /r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 11:46 PM

Already did. Already found miss moral. In a homeless shelter in South America. That ignores the point. The point is that if under the excuse of "society works better when..." we can say women are entitled to men defending them against danger even to the detriment of the men defending them, then using the same excuse we can say men are entitled to relationships with women even to women's detriment.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 11:44 PM

I think every human is under obligation to care about other human lives, but apparently thats where society has gone wrong. And I believe that only works when there is a benefit for doing so. I don't propose to do that. But if I was proposing it I would go for the following. All men without an exception treat adult women outside relationships as social pariahs. No job opportunities, no talking to. Spitting at floor at the sight of them. No social interaction. Voting against their interest so we can remove any help the state would provide to them. Refusing to help them in any way. Apply the same to any woman or man that associates with an adult single woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 03:40 PM

Why do you specify women is my question? Because it is already well known and accepted that a woman that is hot will get what she wants from men even if she is horrible in her actions. That is not in discussion. What we are discussing is how in the eyes of women, being weak, unmasculine and shy is worse than being Epstein.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 03:36 PM

I never speak about "shoulds" there are no "shoulds"
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 03:33 PM

Epstein was extremely socially accepted by everyone including and especially men I know. It is like doing everything he did had no real impact on people liking him. Why would you expect someone who was this accepted by his contemporaries to be shunned by women I don't. My entire point is that being shy, weak and unmasculine is worse in the eyes of women than running a pedophile ring.

Visible misogyny repels women. Do you disagree? I disagree. Serial killers that kill women have more results than non misogynistic incels.

So you accept that being mediocre is worse on the eyes of women than being Epstein. Considering Epstein was not an incel, It is clear mediocrity is more repellent than running a pedophile ring.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 02:09 PM

Of course. I am not the one arguing that misogyny and criminality repels women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 12:15 PM

I was talking about women. But it also applies to relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 11:27 AM

Where are women being introduced to weak, unmasculine, shy men? They live around them. Where are those men positively interacting with women? Not necessary. Woman who would possibly like those types of men aren’t the same as those that are wanting and interacting with criminals. As I said before. That is irrelevant. Serial killers get more results. That is wrong. There’s literally sites for people to find people in prison. They make headlines. They are in the news. They attract a certain type of…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 11:26 AM

So misogyny is not a factor. Charm is.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 11:14 AM

Women that send love letters to serial killers get those serial killers more results than the results a shy and weak non masculine, non serial killer will ever get. So they are more common than women that date shy weak unmasculine men.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 11:13 AM

Well your ultra rational, transactional approach doesn’t seem to be working. Found my partner 10 years ago and we are still together. The only benefit it gives is that you don’t need to acknowledge your own flaws and can blame everyone else for them, a comforting cowardly existence. See above. Benefit acquired. If you really were just transactional about love, you’d be hooking up with escorts, But you’re too poor for that lifestyle and it doesn’t seem like you want to work for it. Actions speak …
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 11:01 AM

If they were playing they would get worse results than Epstein. Agree or disagree?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:59 AM

Cool. You ignored the point. If you’re not going playing the game. You’re not going to win. You are well aware that this men can play the game for years and will never pull as much/many as Jeffrey Epstein
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:53 AM

The world isn’t fair. If it was fair, laws wouldn’t need to exist to stop exploitation and violence. The world is not fair because people pick unfairly. Like choosing the rapist over the shy weak man. Rejection isn’t a failing on your character, it’s an acknowledgement of an incompatibility between two people. A flaw in the man's character that creates such incompatibility. You can change yourself as much as you want but you can’t change other people. Be happy they don’t pretend to be interested…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:53 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:48 AM

Yes. And I do. Anyone that acts in the way I find fair gets help. Anyone that acts in the way I find unfair gets nothing
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:46 AM

Since when is the world fair? It is not. So we make it as fair as it can be and we punish the people that refuse to do so. During the entire human history we are trying to make the world a fair place. Different definitions of that term go to war.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:42 AM

That implies that you’re entitled to their love because your more virtuous or whatever No. Believing in fairness and being entitled are two different things. If you were as virtuous as you claim to be, you would be ok with the rejection as it is something you cannot control. Why would I be ok with an action that creates an unfair situation? I can accept that it exists. But I don't have to accept it as moral or good or acceptable. You can be the juiciest peach but someone would only want an apple…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:40 AM

I can't access anyone's mind. The end result is the same as dislike. The criminals on the list get better results than weak, unmasculine, shy men.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:37 AM

The quality of the women that decide to date those men is absolutely irrelevant. Any is better than none.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:36 AM

Read this subreddit. It is common for women to say that incel's hate from women can be seen by them and that is the reason they don't get any.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:34 AM

This is an argument that supports OPs position
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:34 AM

Men are quite open about how much looks matter when it comes to attracting a man. Men are not the ones saying that women without partners are failing because they are evil/criminals. If anything they say they are failing because they are older and can't compete in looks against younger women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:33 AM

Irrelevant. For anyone with a sense of fairness it is morally wrong that the men mentioned by OP get better results than non criminals.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:30 AM

Which women? Enough of them. To the point that those men mentioned have better results than innocent incels.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:28 AM

This does not contradict OP..if anything it provides another argument to support that position
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 10:27 AM

The word "only" was not used by OP. Men are quite open about how much looks matter. Women are the ones that say incels lack of success is rooted in their hatred of women.

Point to the hypocrisy. Different circumstances require different judgment. People that can pick from options get judged for picking wrong People without options don't get judged because they are not picking

The bigger the change you inflicte upon the world the bigger the unintended consequences. Instead of playing God it is safer for everyone included the one in control of said power to do something mundane with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 10:49 AM

And men are the ones that enforce the rights of black men as well. Seriously. There is no society in which women get rights without men wanting the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 10:43 AM

Women revolted and earned those rights that were reserved only for men. And men were and still are the ones that enforce those rights. If all men decide women have no rights there is no revolt that gives women anything. See literally every single society on earth. Unless there are men defending women's rights there are no women's rights.

I would go for something more broad like "mind/will control" Anything that removes the hassle of having to deal with the free will of others would be good. It is more broad than just sex. I just don't like to deal with humans that refuse to play the role I need them to play. I remove people from my life if they don't fit in the role I need them in and I spend a considerable amount of time and effort to create incentive structures that keep the people around me in the role I need them. There is no place on earth outside the reach of the state and no way for anything other than a state to defend itself against a state. The state is for now the superior organization when it comes to the use of force. And the use of force determines what is possible and not. That was not my point. My point is that women should not get resources from the state, they should get it directly from men. That way men get to pick the price. It is not moral that the state purse gun to a man's head and takes money from him to give it to women. Honestly, I don't think this is what most men …
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 03:17 PM

That's not the trade. The trade is you work for society because you benefit from society The only benefit men are interested in is access to women's bodies as you put it. Again, if this is a man's main leverage, it's his problem, not society's. If those men decide that society is an enemy that does not provide them with what they want it is society's problem. The problem with society is, men haven't learnt how to be women's equals when it comes to domestic labour and child rearing. And frankly, I don't even seen it as a problem. /r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 02:35 PM

Should other previously oppressed classes of people also thank you for not enslaving them or are women the only class of people who owes thanks for having basic human rights? Great point. Sure. It applies to all classes
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 02:33 PM

But then, how will this make men less lonely or more sexed? Simple. The women that are unable to get everything they want from life on their own will have to get the rest through men and men will ask for sex in return.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/26 02:32 PM

Why is men working for the good of society contingent on having access to women's bodies? Because that is how trade works. Either all parties get what they want or there is no trade. Women get radicalized from things like abuse, sexual violence, discrimination, harassment, etc. That is a reflection of what women want. And yet these women overwhelmingly become progressive to improve society, Not to improve society. To get what they want. Thought experiment. Let's say that women know for sure that…

Ok, less than the bare minimum requires you to spend how many hours a day doing something you would rather not do? How much time do you have to spend to meet the other requirements that are actually bare minimum? How much time a day is left to actually do something you want to do after you meet that bare minimum?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/26 11:54 PM

A job means at least 8 hours of your day gone and that does not even consider the time at the gym. If the requirement is to waste half of your waking hours at least then for sure it is high effort.

So morals and values on't matter, eh? Not what I said. I said that I, personally, care more about my partner (that I picked based on my own morals and valuess) than prejudice. Good. We won't hear any more complaints from you that women should reward sex to "good men, right?" See above Good men aren't bigots toward gay people. If those are your morals, defend them. tolerate prejudice, is what this boils down to? What it boils down to is to pick what matters to you and act accordingly. If you care about prejudice more than you care about your partner then sure, don't accept prejudice. we’re on the same page that homophobia is a prejudice, right? genuine Qs i’m more fascinated than anything by this take Yes. why be with someone who gives ultimatums anyway? I don't remember when anyone brought up ultimatums. the gay friend isn't the issue, she's not the issue, the husband is the issue. Depends on the perspective. why go through all of this when there are men out there who won't even make this whole thing an issue. Maybe because humans are complex and they have positives and negatives. even in your first point already there is ultimatums and ranking system in a relationship that doesn't require a rank…

what if a woman has a gay brother or a gay best friends and her boyfriend or husband is homophobic? That would mean picking between husband and gay best friend. Pick the one that is more important. If the woman picks the gay best friend, then that just means the gay best friend position is more important than the husband position and she will leave any kind of husband if they come at odds with gay best friend. what if she has a trans girl in her friend group and her boyfriend is transphobic? Also, how is the quality of the women not relevant? Because a woman interested in you is a woman interested in you now matter the quality of said woman. A woman who has a preferen…

Yes, tax payers are owed a service from their government because they have paid for it in their taxes. That is literally what taxes are. Unless the majority decides they are not owed shit. Because democracy allows for that to happen. The argument you are using is lazy anyways. /r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 02:27 PM

What would be considered fair in this case? That moral people get more people romantically/sexually interested in them compared to immoral people. Because it doesn’t make sense that a good guy would be dating multiple women and the same time or running through women. Interest does not have to be acted upon. So the proof is in the pudding as goodness contradicts cheating and promiscuity in men and women. See above. Also believing that women are a reward for being good is also not very good of you…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 02:11 PM

Women’s vaginas are not the arbiters of morality. Because women don't care about morality when picking who they date. They’re not the judicial system. Only because women don't care about justice when picking who they date. Romantic attention is not owed, therefore it’s not relevant to fairness. Everything is relevant to fairness or nothing is. An individual can pick their partner using fairness and therefore it is relevant to fairness. Other things are owed, and the government has an obligation …
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 02:08 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 02:01 PM

Infringement? Who talked about infringement? If the individual cares about fairness they will apply it when picking a partner and there would be no infringement.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 01:59 PM

Ok. Should we apply that to ratial inequality? Economic inequality? Women's rights? Because "life isn't fair" applies as a defense for all types of unfairness.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 01:55 PM

Sure. But for the people that actually have fairness as a principle they believe it should apply to everything. Either fairness matters or it doesn't. Either applies to everything or to nothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 01:51 PM

Fairness. The reason is fairness. The fact that a felon can get more women interested in him than a boring non criminal seems unfair to anyone that has some sense of fairness. And as I always tell you, the quality of the women is not relevant. The obsession is not about those women. It is about the unfairness that is born out of their decision to pursue a terrible human as a boyfriend.

It goes the way of the dinosaurs. Which can be stopped by paying the price.

And such a circumstance may be "I am getting relationships/sex"

Women in the other hand are not attracted to almost all men in the way men are attracted to almost all women. That means it is unlikely that a man will bring both attraction and stability. Chances are a man will bring only one of those to the table. Let alone the fact that unstable men have way more success in the dating world so we can argue that stability is less attractive.

Of course it is only for the woman. Men want to fuck anyone that is an adult human female that is alive. And some freaks can ignore some of the items in that list.

It isn't. Being homeless signficantly reduces one's quality of life and puts then in the face of much more harm than if they were housed. Oh so you can live is just that life is significantly worse? Same for dating/not dating.

material: relating to physical objects or money rather than emotions or the spiritual world A useful definition. An issue defined as material can be important/not important based on arguments provided. Immaterial: not important; not likely to make a difference Bad definition. By including dating inside that definition you are, by definition saying it does not matter/makes no difference. I have to admit that reading this elicits nothing but horror Thank you. but I read more about your condition, and you quite literally cannot help it, and thus I commend you for taking your partner into such consideration in that you told her exactly what was happening. Thank you and this time is less of a dark humor kind of joke. I do care about consent so I refuse to enter into a relationship with someone that is not fully informed about what they would be getting into.

Owning a home is a largely optional experience. Not needed to live. Actually having electricity is a largely optional experience considering that most of humanity lived full lives without it during the majority of our existence as a species.

Starvation and slavery are significant material problems, so wealth inequality and racial inequality are valid concerns. The problems that arise from dating are insignificant and immaterial, so it is not a valid concern. Provide a definition for "material" and "immaterial" problems so I can engage honestly and properly with the argument. "Insignificant" is what we are discussing so that is just a presumption fallacy. Begging the question.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:22 PM
5

Correct. Present arguments and then we can address them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:15 PM
9

That was not the argument. You are moving the goalpost. The point is that wealth equality is not needed to live. In the same way that having a partner is not needed to live. I can concede that reducing wealth inequality will improve the life of those that have less money... Just as having a partner would improve the life of those that have no partner...
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:11 PM
6

You need some money to live. Wealth inequality does not make a man unable to live, it does make that man unable to become as rich as the wealthiest are. So you don't need wealth equality to live. In those aspects both wealth equality and a partner are not needed to live.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:08 PM

That was the question. Would that woman actually desire that man or is she making a sensible decision that puts other qualities above how desireable that man is?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:07 PM

Ok. So they are not equivalent then. Why? What makes one issue a valid concern and not the other? Come on. The argument is just there.

Go on. You are quite close to providing an argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:00 PM

My turn. Wealth inequality is not and has never been a valid concern. Ratial inequality is not and has never been a valid concern. Both statement have the same number of arguments backing them up as yours. I am open to discuss why it is not a valid concern but the statement without the argument is not enough. Edit: auto correct

Does your partner know that she’s only there so that you don’t kys? She knows. She deserves to make fully informed decisions. Altering your behavior and mannerisms, how? The way I speak and address issues. I am not considerate by nature. I must choose to be that way. I treat most issues without any passion nor care. I do need to be considerate with issues that my partner feel strongly about. The ways in which I decide to express affection must also change to fit the way she receives it. Contrary…

Why would a woman want to be with someone who sees them as less than? Less than what? Less than who? I treat and see everyone as equal. Equality also applies when you see everyone and everything as a tool. To answer the question. She might want to be with someone like that if every other option in her life is worse. As I said, incentive structures.

Because when I am outside a long term relationship I feel like taking a bath with a working toaster. Also, women are not bad per se. They are reacting to the incentive structure they are in. Change the incentive structure, change the behavior.

But men especially need to be more than a loyal dog. This sentence is the important one. Men need more than being loyal. A woman that is loyal is more likely than not, enough and does not need more. Maybe because men value loyalty enough to not need more than that. Maybe because their standards are so easy to meet that when a woman brings loyalty to the table she is overqualified.

Men can win a contest of violence against other men. The loser gets as many rights as the winner allows. That is just what happens.

Men have had no problem oppressing each other and taking away each others rights Obviously. Men can win a fight against other men so the loser gets no rights. Or as many rights as the winner allows them to have.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/26 04:39 PM

So you know a lot of historical societies in which women were able to enforce women's rights without the help of men?

But what if she disagrees with your analysis and would prefer the bear because it won't plot and scheme to force her into sexual servitude? She is free to be wrong. Ultimately, if you're going to fuel a negative view of men, can you fault women for disliking or hating men based upon your view of men? I can't blame someone for their feelings. Feelings are something you don't control. Feelings are the stupid part of people. I can blame them for deciding to act on feelings over rationality though.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/26 03:49 PM
4

Fair. How can you fault a woman for deciding she wants nothing to do with men for believing what you say about them? Because a bear wants nothing from women so there is no negotiating available. If the bear wants you dead then you are dead. Men want something from women so there is a negotiation to be had. Both sides can trade.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/26 03:39 PM

There is no need to turn to violence. It is enough to just stop helping women in all circumstances. No help through the state. No defending against any threat. Full social ostracism. If women want anything from men they can get it by giving men what they want. That is enough. Women can only get acceptable lives because they get help from men through the state. Remove men willingness to help women unless they get what they want out of the deal and the problem solves itself.

“yeah men are cray and violent and sexually impulsive will spiral into societal fuckshit without access to a female” Not crazy. Not impulsive. Though it could be. Accidentally? It was on purpose. Also. Anti male propaganda? It was not anti male at all. It was a basic analysis of reality. Society exists because most men believe said society gives them a realistic chance to get what they want (women, a relationship, sex, children) If enough men don't believe society gives them that chance then they will consider that society an enemy and act accordingly. You can't expect someone to just give up on getting what they want from life.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:49 AM

I'm sorry, this whole thing is about how men are lonely and need women. And now you say that men slave for women... and you mean marriage - the thing that supposed to actually make men less lonely? Exactly. They slave away to not be lonely/incels. Do you see something weird here? No. Pointing out how men are willing to slave away.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:29 AM

So... If men have issues with women (no relationship nor sex) they don't care about women's issues and become a problem? That is the reason to care about men not getting any.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:26 AM

that means you admit that it's not chicken and egg situation Fair. First women stopped giving men what they wanted and then men stopped caring. they did it under enormous pressure. Enormous pressure from...?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:25 AM

They threaten men with no sex and leaving then alone? Yes. That is a threat. That is not a life worth living. Are you serious? Yes. Are women just supposed to be here for men to allow them to live so men can rape them? No. This is a negotiation. You don't have to accept the trade. (Thanks for the blatant misogyny here btw. Guys deny it all the time but your quite happy to admit this is how they wish it was) I am saying this with no hate. So it is not misogyny. Sexist maybe. Not misogyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:23 AM

Just one example. Marriage. Men enter into it to not lose their relationship (access to sex) and by doing so they accept that half of everything they earn is no longer theirs. Maybe more than half. The day she decides to leave he loses half of everything he worked for (or more). They accept it. They accept to slave for half of their working hours for no earning (because what they earn is not theirs to keep)
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:21 AM

Precisely. And they were convinced to give women's rights and freedom.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:16 AM

Are you living under Sharia law? If the answer is "no" then men care enough about women.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:15 AM

The answer to your question would be " for the same reason I should care about the list of issues mentioned "
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:11 AM

Women aren’t threatening mens basic human rights because they can’t control them, so no, women are not the selfish ones here Because they can't follow on this threat. They threat men with loneliness and inceldom. A threat they can follow on. That is the threat. And it works. Because men want relationships and sex. And no, it’s not a negotiation, women don’t want anything from men, they want to live their own lives without being discriminated against So you want men to allow you to live such live…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:10 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 11:01 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 10:57 AM

Because It shows the outright audacity and selfishness of modern men. Or the audacity and selfishness of modern women that want support from men without showing support for them. Both sides are selfish. If either side wants something from the other they will have to trade. Women expected to solve mens problems or men will use scrap whatever they have to take away woman’s basic human rights. That is the negotiation. Women want something from men, men want something from women. If a trade does not…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 10:56 AM

It is comparable. Men do end up slaving away in order to get sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 10:38 AM

Because those men probably had women they actually cared about, had some morality and principles, and they wanted women in their life be happy. So men can vote for women's interests instead of their own. That is enough. Now that we established that it is a possibility that means that it is better to care about men's issues in an effort to convince them to vote for your own interest instead of against it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 10:30 AM

Chicken and egg situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 10:20 AM

How was giving women rights and freedom in men's self interests?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/26 10:19 AM

Because men vote. Even if you don't give a single solitary duck about a demographic you would benefit if that demographic votes in a way that is aligned to your interests and you would suffer if they start voting against your interests. In a democracy that is the reason to care about any issue that affects any demographic.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/26 08:35 PM

I won’t because sugar dating can be exclusive and long-term. Not long term. Eventually the woman stops being a sugar baby. Also renewable agreements have a date for renewal that can be used as date of end of agreement. Men say the same thing about dating. So? So it is not exclusive. Because the sugar baby is considering other options all the time. It is her job to do so.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/26 08:24 PM

Since nobody can promise honestly they can fulfill that duty (and never be sick or have a medical issue), it is nonsensical to build any marriages around it. Then define the duty in a way that excludes medical issues. I am not a genius and I can think of that. Yes, you beleive that because you beleive sexual servitude is the only possible duty a woman could ever fulfill. Not true. I believe women would have an issue with any duty because they don't like the idea of losing freedom. Women fulfill …

You cannot always fulfill that duty, even if you intend to. You’d be punished for failing to get an erection or just for being sick or having a medical problem. If I can't always fulfill my duty then I should not have taken that duty upon myself. It is on me to solve that or to be punished for failing to fulfill my duty. You can stop whining that women don’t have to sign up to be rape slaves already. Not the point. I said hat women have a problem with having a duty towards their partners. Things…

/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/26 07:07 PM

Believe me. It is neither. By the nature of the agreement there is constant competition (not exclusive) and the arrangement has a final date either because it is renewable (and thus can end at any time) or because she will stop being a sugar baby some day.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/26 06:48 PM

Genuine question—but how would you enjoy the ‘sex’ if your partner was hurting the whole time and essentially begging for it to be over? No. That would be a shit way to fulfill a duty. The duty is "to satisfy the sexual needs of your partner" not "to have sex". It could be argued that such a poor performance does not count as fulfilling their duty. Why does there need to be financial compensation? Because when you breach your contract you are causing damage to the party that counted on you fulfilling your obligations? No one has ever thought that letting women participate in society meant zero sex either. For that reason women have rights. If men are so simple minded that they do whatever it takes to get sex, then women are correct in thinking that men will never stop being rapists and a danger to us. You are mostly correct. There will always be rapists and there will always be dangerous men. Since cavemen times men realized that being the one that protects women from rapists is a better strategy to get laid …

Why would we be "afraid?" What is being afraid going to change? It would make you address the issue before it becomes a problem. What they want are human beings, who are not for sale. What they want is a viable path towards happiness. The traditional way to get those is having a relationship and kids. Their demands are inherently unreasonable and unrealistic, so why care or pay attention? Because I'd you don't care or pay attention someone else will, they will vote against your interests and the…

Self fulfilling prophecy. You could care and do something to convince them to vote your way. All demographics want something. Address what they want and you get their vote.

What is fretting about men supposed to change? They're going to do what they want to do. Let's say you are afraid a demographic is going to start voting against your interests. Instead of ignoring them just accepting that they will do what they want to do you can think like a politician and ask yourself what can you give to that demographic so they vote the way you want them to vote. Everyone wants something.

You can be a high earner and choose to live low maintenance lifestyle in 1 BR or studio apt. If women have no reason to believe and no way to see that I am a high earner then they will believe I am not one and therefore ignore me. If they know I am a high earner but believe that due to the lifestyle I have I will never spend that money to increase their lifestyle they ignore me. If the objective is to not be an incel then I can't have a lifestyle that shows I earn minimum wage.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 06:41 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 06:26 PM

Idk, men definitely get blinded from their consciousness and ability to see or care to see someone's humanity by their sexual desire. I can see that happening. It doesn't contradict the idea that the way men completely ignore people they don't want to have sex with is what "treating someone like a human" looks like. Idk what it is but some guys really struggle. And will either see a woman as human and platonic or an object of his sexual desire Well... Platonic and sexual desire are opposites. I …
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 06:04 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/26 05:17 PM

Quite the opposite. That "light off" speaks to the way he treats humans. Men treat each other as people/as humans. No light in the eyes. No consideration. Could die on the street and unless they personally know you they will not care. You don't want men to treat women as they treat humans/people/other men.

I think men commonly mistake their desire of women for women’s value/purpose. Like since men valuse sex and kids so highly. they’ll say that a woman’s purpose is sex and kids. Funny you go to confuse value and purpose. Women's value lies in their ability to have sex and children and it is inherent in them. It is not their purpose. But it is their inherent value. Good to know the different definitions. They change little. Being physically abusive with a woman or child is a sign of weakness. Weakness can be a fault or defect. Sure. But given the situation of a kid being abused. I say the one that is in a position of weakness is the one being abused. No matter how weak of character the abuser is. You are still assuming that vaginas are rewards/punishments. Sex is not a reward for good/bad behavior. Anything desired is part of an incentive structure. Vaginas are not the exception. Are you implying that the government should meddle in the affairs of who sleeps with who? No. Are you implying that this issue of men not getting sex is too big for government or too small? I am a libertarian. If it was for me there would be no government. See? Here you are again, obligating women to use their v…

This assumes that women’s vaginas are the arbiters of morality. They are not. No. Not at all. Women's vaginas are not the arbiters of morality. Every single human that decides to reward/punish behaviors in other humans is. And women that decide who they show romantic attraction to are not exempt. The justice system is supposed to be that. Government. Insufficient. To claim that women’s vaginas are the arbiters of morality on a mass scale is to be entitled to a certain kind of justice that conven…

So you believe a motivation for serial killers is once they are caught and imprisoned for life some women will show romantic attraction to them? Motivations and incentive structures are complex and overlap. Sure one of the many motivations may be that one. Why risk it? Just remove it. Usually only if they’re hot of course in which case they could get laid before being imprisoned for life. Sounds like a society that cares about being hot over not being a serial killer is immoral. Serial killers go to jail or executed, which tends to be a worse result Good thing I expressly detailed what I meant. You obviously don’t consider the desire itself to be an issue as you have for some reason admitted you yourself would give love to a woman who desires serial killers The desire to do shitty things is not bad. Do you want a woman who wants serial killers? No…right I want serial killers to get worse results than none serial killers. That would require that the women that want serial killers stop going after serial killers. Now to answer the question properly. I would have no issue with a woman that wants a serial killer. Counter argument. A society in which a serial killer gets better results (romantically speaking, measured in women interested in him) than a non serial killer is a society that is deeply immoral and is commiting an injustice towards non serial killers. Believing that does not make you entitled, it makes you someone that believes murder is wrong.

If women didn't have a strong in group bias you would have a point. A man that mistreats a woman will see his chances to convince other women to have a kid with them reduced because women speak to each other and strongly dislike when someone mistreats women. Hell, a man that votes in a way that a woman does not like will get a similar effect.

Women aren't valued for being able to have children if they don't actually do it Yes they are. As long as they are able and willing to do so. What power do women have just because they can give birth? They pick which men become fathers and can ask whatever they want for the privilege. The man that does not pay does not become a father. The ability to have children really holds women back actually. Being valued for their ability to have children isn't pleasant as they're reduced to only or primarily that and their actual skills, talents and personalities are ignored That is a good thing. You don't lose value if your skills talents and personality are shit. That would give women so much, and being more equivalent to a man gives them more power and privilege so there's nothing to lose! Five out of seven women rejecting him based on his behavior Two out of seven women did not reject him? Holy shit he has good game/looks. With Chad numbers like that makes sense to filter for incompatibility. I would think that man is losing. Because if dating is a numbers game and therefore men can’t be picky or else they would end up with no options, I would say this is a self-defeating strategy he just picked. Well he clearly can be picky. 29% rate of not rejection is stupid high. And the othe…

Think about the the way a man treats and cares for the posessions/things he values. His collection. His car. A cause. Whatever. Think about the time spent, the mainteneance realized. The aestethic consideration for the display of this posession. The care so it doesn't break. The lenghts willing to go to repair it. How little they want from their posessions besides that they keep their identity. Now compared that to the way women treat their partners. I rather be valued in the way a man values th…

Why do you ask your Partner to do Sex Acts she Does not Like? Because I care about consistency as a principle. Also I don't ask. I make the rules for the relationship to continue clear since before the relationship begins. She does not do her part means I am leaving. I am trying to understand why some people believe that if your partner tried a certain sex act with someone in the past, that means she should *have* to do it with you too, especially if she has expressed discomfort, pain, or emotio…

Are they equally capable though?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 11:20 AM

The end result of male only spaces is that men help each other instead of helping women. Therefore the existence of male only spaces results in women getting less help/ opportunities. Therefore the existence of male only spaces is against women's interests. Therefore women don't allow male only spaces to remain male only.

Going up and flirting. The only way men get women is if they do that. And that is the way men get into relationships. So following your logic it makes sense that a woman should allow his partner to continue to do exactly that because that is the behavior that he exhibited before dating her and she was well aware of it. In fact she was so aware of it that she picked him because he was behaving in that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:06 AM

first of all, if she knows he hits up women while in a relationship, she should not get into a relationship with him in the first place. if she didn't know and it came as a surprise, she should not stay with him. Not part of the scenario second of all, the female equivalent of hitting on 5 women every night would probably be giving your number out to 5 men every night, or going up to guys and seducing them. being attractive is NOT cheating. We can’t have laws that treat everyone as equal because we aren’t biologically equal. Then why should women vote if we are not biologically equal? If an issue affects poor people regardless of gender, it is not part of "men's issues" nor "woman's issues" Feminist expects men to be allies and to care and help solve women's issues. As in issues that affect only women or mainly women. And they expect them to do it because it is the right thing to do, not in exchange for some kind of benefit (as it should be with any kind of ally in any other kind of circumstance)

A guy that rips off old people to sell medication vs a guy that works in aged care because he cares about elder people are vastly different morality wise I don't think so. A moral human can end up on an immoral job out of necessity/lack of options.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 04:48 AM

Another reason it would be easier if I was a woman.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 07:05 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:33 PM

Now my question is would you date an overweight woman to be a stay at home husband? Yes I would.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:33 PM

Fair point. I still believe that a life without difficulties is not possible though.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:11 PM

I rather trust in a partner that I chose.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:11 PM

But if I was a woman I would be the one that is working basically without competition. Women today suck as partners. The few that don't get to pick the men they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:10 PM

You can't seriously tell me that the goal I provided is easier for men than for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:09 PM

My bad for picking wrong then
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:08 PM

It doesn't have to be good nor reliable for it to be my goal.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:08 PM

Well my goal has nothing to do with a career. I would loved to be a stay at home parent/partner and you can't tell me that is easier for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:06 PM

It is way more difficult to find a woman that knows how to be a partner first. Those women are so rare that they might as well have no competition
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:58 PM

Not working for a boss. Being a stay at home parent/partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:36 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:28 PM

So no other goal other than a college degree? Because if that is the main goal in your life I feel sorry for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:28 PM

No. That life does not exist. It's like asking me if flying by levitating and shooting lasers out of my eyes is a goal. No it isn't. Goals must be something achievable. A life without difficulties is not achievable.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:27 PM

You can't trust in the economy either. Having the option to not work makes life easier than not having it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:26 PM

Diversity quotas favour women in academia. So if your objective lies in college it is better to be a woman. Next goal.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:23 PM

Women can still have someone else work to support their lifestyle. That compensates for all those disadvantages and makes life easier.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:22 PM

Sooo you did not answer. Which goals do you have that you believe it would be easier to achieve if you were a man? It is good to know your difficulties but I don't know your goals.

If you as a woman are having a bad record while approaching you are approaching the wrong kind of men.

Most men are not like you. Honestly never heard anyone call their job slavery or “serving” someone. You are exchanging labour for money - that’s not what slavery is I never called my job slavery. I said that considering your job a big part of your life is slave mentality. A job being shit doesn’t make it not a part of your life. It makes it not a big part of my life. Also, you can get a less shit job. Pursue education in a field you would prefer. Or do a shit job as long as you find it worth it …
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:12 PM

Which goals do you have in life that you feel/think that you could have achieve them in an easier manner if you were a man?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:07 PM

Ok. Then without any sympathy I can dismiss all of the data provided and just say that women have it easier anyways. Women have the option to find a man that is willing to support them instead of working. That is all that is needed to say that women have life in easy mode.

Slave mentality. Sure maybe work is a big part of your life. For people that don't live to serve corporate overlords, uncaring bosses or even worse clients work is just a tool to get money. Money you use on your free time to do or at least try to do the things that are actually big part of your life.

Why do you believe it is a big part of a man's life? I mean sure it takes a lot of time from his life but that is not what makes something a big part of a man's life. If that was the case then sleep is as big. What makes something a big part of a man's life is his decision to keep that something in his life no matter what. A job is just a job. Just a tool to get money. Jobs come and go. What is a big part of his life is what he does and wants to do no matter which job he has to keep the lights o…

Wouldn't that just turn any romantic partner into a antagonist that is always viewed with scepticism and distrust? That sounds like a self fulling prophecy. Not the same user. Just one that shares everything u/TopShelfSnipes said for now. I doubt any men would consider it realistic that a woman has 0 expectation from him or the relationship. Though that would also be proof of being valued for something other than his utility.

The same point that exists for doing everything else. Because it is the best option available to you to achieve your goals. If that is not the case then don't date. Of course first you must know what your goals are and then know how many of them you can realistically get without dating a man.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 10:02 AM

No. What he did was give me enough information about her. I found enough information to know some things that mosst people would lie about. I asked her a lot of questions including some I already know the answer to. Once I know she is not lying about those I can ask the rest of the questions and believe she is less likely to be lying.

Weird. I can't see the post with your answer but I do get the notification. If the fact that she settled for me ends up creating a dead bedroom I will leave the relationship. I am clear about what I want in a relationship when the relationship starts. If I am not getting what I want I leave. The deal was clear from the beginning. The only way she gets something from me is if I am getting what I want from her.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 05:37 PM

I believe change is not something good. Maybe it would be better to do the changing before getting into a relationship with that idea of having children so both remain the same before and after having kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/26 05:54 PM
1

Sure chances are you will change and I can absolutely see how that is needed for the sake of the kid but that does not change the fact that changing the traits that made the relationship work is likely to make the relationship stop working.

Disclaimer. I agree with the OP. Don't have kids unless you are ok for the changes or unless you are high value enough that your partner is willing to do anything to keep you. The problem that the vast majority of these men whose partners changed after kids have is not that the woman changed. Their problem is that they didn't. Why do you assume change is a good thing? Usually when a man picks a woman he picks her because of the traits she already has. Change can only fuck things up. Why change w…

So when they gain 50 pounds you still like them right? When they are 80 years old? You still desire them? Since they are still in the same body. Obviously. In your opinion, are the only women who have observable desire for men are the ones in abusive relationships? Not really. The women that enter into relationships without knowing anything about a man other than his looks and end up in non abusive relationship are also a good example of observable desire.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 06:06 PM

But that is the case. Once I develop (whatever it is I develop towards my partner) I am the perfect example of the "wife googles" effect.

So the only desire you approve of or count is “I think their body is hot and want to have sex with it.” That would be the only desired that is directed towards what I am. Every other desire is directed to something I am not. I don't disapprove any desire. I’m not allowed to add in any additional information before trying to have sex with that body. You are allowed. I can’t want for them to be attracted to me too. I can’t want them to care about my pleasure or my safety. I can’t want them to list…

Well you can change your body and you are still the same human. So liking someone’s body is liking them for who they are either. You can lose weight, gain weight, go to the gym, get plastic surgery, shave, not shave, change your hairstyle of facial hair etc But it is the same body. You can change that body's traits but you don't change the body. So basically it seems you are saying there is no possible way to like someone for who they are - meaning it cannot be “bad” to not like someone based on…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:42 PM

It is not bad per se. It's just that it is not liking a man for who he is A human is not his actions. A human can change all the actions they take and they remain the exact same human.

Women in comas aren’t corpses. They have electrical and chemical patterns. They are alive. They are just human bodies. That’s the same to men like you. Well those patterns are clearly faulty. A man’s character and personality will effect how he acts. How he touches the woman. Some women will like his actions. Some won’t. If you don’t care about a woman’s actions how is sex with a coma patient any different? I am not saying I don't care about her actions. Just that she is not her actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:29 PM

That is just a limitation on language because we can't see the electrical/chemical patterns nor describe them. So we rely on what we can see. The actions. If you don't believe me imagine a manipulator, that learns that the only way for him to get what he wants is to be seen as charitable. Let's say he wants to fuck a woman that works for charity and is really into charitable people. He will take the actions that define a charitable human. But he is not one. He is selfish.

Would you rather us be unconscious? Nope. The difference between a human and a corpse is in the chemical/electrical patterns within it. I like humans more than I like corpses. There have been a few men lately that have come in here to say that women aren’t attracted to men. That men desire women for their bodies. And that we are our bodies. Bodies and the electrical chemical patterns within said bodies. That our personalities and character aren’t us. Those would be the patterns. And since women …

So long as the government puts all the deadbeat dads into work camps As long as women don't receive any money I am ok. and allows for abortion. I am ok with it as long as people have to pay for it with their own money. It's been shown over and over again that the reason women have to receive more social services is the child penalty. Pick a father willing to stay and pay. The entire point is to make woman pick the right man and trade with him so she gets what she wants and he gets what he wants.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:06 PM

Fair enough. What I meant is that what I like lacks importance compared to my search for consistency. If to get consistency I need to deal with things I don't like I will take both.

It simply makes me sad for you to feel as though you have so little other avenue of self worth. There is no self worth. The only worth there is is what people are willing to give to benefit from you. And a bit mad that you would counsel bringing all of society backwards to accommodate that. Deliberately shackle other people in order to get yourself ahead in the race, as it were. I did not counsel anything.

Straight faced, you are recommending bending society towards either prostitution or sugaring relationships I am not recommending it. Just pointing out that if the reason for the current situation is women being economically independent and you want to change current situation then it makes sense to address the stone upon which this situation is built. Do you prefer to never truly know that you are valued for anything other than money? Over being an incel? Sure

women are economically independent now. Found the solution. Go after women that are not economically independent. Also vote for any politician that wants to remove/reduce redistribution of wealth so women are less likely to get help from men through taxes and social programs. If they want men's money they can ask for it and trade.

In the same way women of this generation look at women of previous generations on their last years and say " I don't want to end up like that" The only way women of future generations will learn ks by looking at the end results of previous generations of women.

I hired a private investigator to know most of what she did before I met her. Then when negotiating the terms for our possible relationship I told her what I did. I told her what I wanted and that if she lied to me even once the opportunity would be lost. I asked her a lot of things I knew the answer to most. Once I saw that she did not lie about the things I did know I could trust her about the things I didn't know.

Sounds like a you problem You said I should go to a hooker. I explained why that would not be a good idea. Do you even have a gf? Yes. I spend the last decade with her and I aim to spend the rest of my life with her.

She's not a hooker. If you view it as a trade you probably should just see a hooker tbh. Hookers don't sell what I want. They don't even sell long term exclusivity. She doesn't have to tell you what she's done with other men. That's a cuck fetish. I will find out. She does not have to tell me. If she truly is that good hiding her past that I can't find out then I am not interested in her anymore

Women don't owe men kinky sex acts I agree. And I don owe women anything. So we will trade and both get what we want or we both walk away. Dating and relationships is supposed to be about compatibility, companionship and love. I prefer trade. Even if she has done something before, it doesn't mean she likes it and even if she hasn't done it before she may not want to do it and may not like the idea of trying it. You should want to do sexual acts with her that she actually likes. Or we can trade. …

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:19 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:14 PM

That's insabely stupid. If it's her first relationship, first everything, you'd just have no expectations of standards? Precisely. Everything would be a first and by definition her best. You'd be happy with her abusing you, cheating on you, insulting you because "well, she's never had a partner she didn't do that with"? Another principle of mine is monogamy. So other than cheating I can take the abuse and insults. My mind is weird. Those do nothing to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:08 PM

As long as it remains monogamous (another principle of mine) then I doubt there is a stop for me in my search of fairness and consistency. What I like is irrelevant.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:03 PM

If she wants to do it again sure. I ask about that kind of thing. If I am in area with someone is because I know about it and I want consistency.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:48 PM

You said you wouldn’t French kiss a woman who used to not like French kissing though. Maybe I was unclear. I would not expect french kissing from a woman that never did that for any previous partner. That does not mean that said activity is forbidden. Just that it is not expected Do you want to do a sex act with your partner that they hate? How is that “fair?” If it is in her past, it is part of her best. At least the exact same amount of times. The same applies for my actions. If I did X 3 time…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:46 PM

If someone doesn’t enjoy the same activities as you, and that is dealbreaker, then by all means just end that relationship. What I do enjoy is consistency and fairness. Not a specific activity. I will define what I want and enjoy by looking at the past.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:23 PM

If she did something she really didn’t enjoy, that’s different, and consistency and fairness doesn’t apply, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be a dealbreaker for you. We all get to decide what works and doesn’t work for us. It does apply and it would be a deal breaker. On the flip side, if there was something you did that you really didn’t like, you may not want to do that again. But I will do it again. Because consistency. The exact same amount of times. Because consistency. I think it’s good for…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:20 PM

I talk about actions. Not inactions. Actions create a standard for future relationships. They create a base. You can build on top of that base (add new actions) and those new actions add to the base for future relationships. I can only add, never subtract. Future partners get whatever previous partners got as a base, could get more.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:14 PM

Why is what you want defined by her past? Don’t you have desires independent of other people? Being in a LTR. The details on how that LTR looks are defined by her past. Why do you care about consistency? It is a principle. There is no reason why. Everything starts from principles and nothing is before them. If there was something before them then that something would be a principle instead. If she didn’t like French kissing before but she did like it with you would you refuse French kissing beca…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:01 PM

Because if you (general) are okay with an unhappy relationship in which you are not getting your needs met and she treats you poorly, all because you think it’s “fair” that she treated all her exes poorly too, that is a sign of misplaced priorities and terrible decision making. But fairness makes me happy and keeps my needs met. I genuinely think it is mental illness to be okay with a relationship like that, to willingly put yourself in agony and emotional hurt all because you are afraid that sh…

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 11:55 AM

Why would it change your decision making process if in both cases(her having a previous relationship or not) you weren’t getting what you wanted ? Because what I want is defined by her past. I don't want anything unless it is in her past. You talk about consistency and fairness but this is a relationship between individuals going through life, who learn, change and grow. If she does the acts reluctantly in the name of consistency and fairness did she really give you her best ? Yes. She is being …

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 11:39 AM

Her giving “her best” to another man before is irrelevant. Maybe I will decide what is relevant for me in the only life I get to have. It is irrelevant if she was more sexually open or enthusiastic with a previous partner because that’s not the reason you should be upset. You should be upset because you are not getting your wants met. What I want is consistency and fairness. I get to define what those look like in a relationship by looking at her past actions. If you wanted to have crazy kinky s…

So a male brain with a personality that is compatible enough with me to the point that I want to be their friend and said brain/personality lies in a female body? Best of both worlds. Such person would be great as a partner. "No woman is below a 5/10 crazy. If you found one she is a dude"

Sure I agree that sex and physical attraction are not all that is needed to keep a relationship alive. That does not change the fact that being valued as a sex object for my body is closer to being valued for who I am than being valued for anything I do or achieve. I remain the same human if I change my actions or the success of my actions. Only the body remains so identity lies in it.
