The spelling, grammar and punctuation make it very hard to believe that this was written by anyone other than a child. The fact that the 'guardian' conveniently went to the bathroom, leaving the distressed child just long enough for you to impart your 'I'm 14 and that was deep' knowledge on them also seems a bit too perfect. I'm going to go ahead and say this belongs in one of those 'that happened' subs... because this clearly didnt happen anywhere but in some teenagers mind.

Wait a minute... Did she not even get community service? I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, or did I miss it. I was a first time offender 2 years ago caught driving on the same level as she was on the Breathalyzer and I caused no injuries, barely any damage other than to my own car, and I got 170 hours Community Service!!! and license taken away for 2 and a half years. That was also a woman judge I hasten to add, though not this one.

If I'm too drunk to drive but crash and kill someone... I'm still responsible tho right? Technically I didn't consent to drink and drive in this scenario because I was barely conscious, but my previous actions of drinking irresponsibly and having my keys all led to this situation. Same for people who drink too much and put themselves into a situation where these things are likely to happen. It's not like she drugged him.
