I can't get it to load on my phone but I'm pretty sure it's the same one I had to read the month before I got out. In the study they multiplied the number of reported cases (both restricted and in restricted) and multiplied that by like 8 or 9 and that was the "estimated" number of cases that they then called the "actual" number of cases.

3 years really isn't anything in the engineering field when competition is so high. Who am I going to hire, the upstarter who is just out of college, did some internships, doesn't try to set demands.
