1	What was the biggest change in your life after you "took the red/blue pill"? I started lifting, doing yoga, working on my core, legs, and exercising ALL of my body to its fullest potential. I also have adopted a better diet, cut out fast food garbage, and quit smoking cigarettes. I am still working on the gaming part of TRP though.
