If she's hot I'll date her regardless of age, it just so happens to be that most hot women are in the 18-25 age bracket. Does following that line of reasoning make me dysfunctional or opportunistic?

You sound autistic. And I don't mean that as an insult because I myself am on the spectrum. I used to think that way, I was obsessed with finding a rational explanation for things and thought in a rigid systematic way. Yes, in an ideal world everything would make sense and we would be able to analyze anything using technical, analytical methods. But human emotions don't always make sense and can't be broken down into a formula

TIL the activity of sexual intercourse has an upper age limit of 30 years. Anyone above that age who feels the desire to get laid needs to either go on hormone therapy to suppress their sex drive or in extreme cases, have their sex organs surgically removed. As a 29 year old man, I have less than a year to sow my wild oats and thereafter I will be undergoing surgical castration and moving to Tibet to become a monk. If I fail to do this, @Artistic_Bumblebee17 will say ew. As she is the official a…

I agree to an extent. There are many characteristics that can lead to someone being sexually unsuccessful and thinking and behaving in a rigid, overly technical way can definitely be one of them

Agreed. The problem is though that most people in their 30s look like shit because they don't take care of themselves. I'm 28 and some of my classmates from HS look middle aged already

I agree. There's more to life than sex and men (and women for that matter) who base their entire self worth on how much pussy they get are pathetic. However, there are legit scientific reasons as to why our self worth is related to pussy. When you're not getting laid, that's nature telling you that it doesn't want you to reproduce. In nature, everything comes down to sex because the goal of a species is to reproduce. You can say the same thing about food. If food is all someone thinks about, you…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 01:27 PM
8

It's not the only reason but it only makes sense that it'd be a factor. We are literally animals and reproduction is our biological imperative. We evolved for sex to feel good because that's our brains telling us we're doing what we're supposed to do
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/23 08:54 AM

there is nothing for me to gain How is that relevant? When someone asks you for advice they're asking you for help not trying to help you, so you're not supposed to gain something from it

Interesting. What do you think of Chloe, Sza and Tems?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/23 07:07 PM

It depends whether you're referring to pure aesthetics or sex appeal. Looking at Jasmine Tookes and Margot Robbie is like looking at a marble sculpture. They are 10s in terms of looks. Whereas looking at Rihanna, Sza and Tems isn't like looking at marble sculptures, looking at them is like looking at hot-blooded sex goddesses. They are 10s in terms of sex appeal.

It's better to spend your life in gyms, tailors and nightclubs than to spend it on video games, porn and Reddit. That's the point I'm making. Working on yourself is admirable.

I see. Your assessments are spot on, don't understand the downvotes. You're correct about his personality being lame but what makes him cool is his outward material things; his looks, money, title and glamorous social life. In the words of the great Serge Nubret, "A bodybuilder is a sculptor who carries with him his own material". When you look at the statue of David and the Greek Gods, it's clear that there is a lot of overlap between art and fitness. Success and fitness are what make life interesting. Life is all about the stats. Men lie, women lie. Numbers don't lie.

I agree, in terms of lifestyle there's no difference between 10 billion and 100 mil but there is a certain amount of clout that comes with being able to call yourself a billionaire. Also, creating a trillion dollar company is objectively a more impressive feat that creating a piece of music
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/22 05:28 AM
2

It doesn't make sense though. Like obviously women are more attracted to Drake than they are to Jeff Bezos, because status. But which is more impressive, creating a piece of music or creating a trillion dollar company? Obviously the latter so shouldn't that make him more attractive?

/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/21 03:23 AM

Off the top of my head, I'd say 3 months and by desired I mean make it clear that they find you sexually attractive. I think we can agree that generally speaking, men are desexualized and women are overly sexualized. For a more extreme illustration let's look at how Asian people are perceived by society. Asian women are fetishized while Asian men are seen as nerdy asexuals. Neither situation is ideal but the fact of the matter is that Asian women have a much easier time in the dating market
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/21 06:22 PM
11

I still think you're speaking from a position of privilege. I'm not looking for sympathy and I don't mean to use "privilege" as an insult, I'm just pointing out that privilege can distort your view of things. As a young non-ugly woman, you probably don't know what it's like to go for an extended period of time without having anyone make you feel desired.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/21 05:16 PM
14

You're an average looking woman I assume? If so I can guarantee you that if you make a Tinder profile you will have at least 50 guys who will be willing to drop everything to meet up with you right now. Even if 80% of those guys just want to pump & dump, that's still 10 guys who are sincerely interested in a relationship with you. I realize vetting those guys is a task in and of itself but that's a topic for another discussion
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/21 04:47 PM
5

Not an attractive woman, I'm sure their lives are awesome. An average woman's perspective would be much more interesting, because in addition to legitimate positive attention you'd also get lots of guys who just want to pump and dump you, whereas the vast majority of guys would commit to an attractive woman at the drop of a hat
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/21 04:38 PM
6

I'm not referring to obese women, just as I'm not referring to obese/ disfigured men. I'm referring to average women, and how they are treated in comparison to average men.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/21 04:20 PM
13

I apologize, I should have specified. I was referring to compliments from members of the opposite sex. Guys compliment each other too, like that meme about how getting buff gets men more attention from the bros than from women. Having guys compliment your gains is cool and all but pales in comparison to receiving sexual attention from a member of the opposite sex.

Well, the first step is stop lending credence to your feelings and concentrate on a logical stance. Feelings? This is all based on experience, which is based on things that objectively happened. What's illogical about that? start lifting weights I do lift weights and I mentioned it in my post

We're 26 now and aren't American. We've been able to drink for 8 years now, basically a third of our lives
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 09:35 PM

In the RP community it's widely known that many guys started off wanting a loving monogamous relationship yet were forced to adopt a player's attitude because women are attracted to preselection and low emotional investment
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 04:55 PM
4

You do realize 24 isn't even that young right? It's a solid half decade into adulthood, you're not talking about teenagers. Also, it's been mentioned on this sub that what people go for in their youth is a reflection of their genuine desires those decisions are made without taking logic/ practicality into account
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 03:36 PM
1

My comment was simply a response to the above one
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 03:27 PM
10

That's fair. At least you're portraying both genders in an equally shitty way
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 12:39 PM
7

Agreed. Many people are only able to see things from their own point of view and are unable to look at a situation objectively
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 12:33 PM
7

If you wanna be gross about it, sure. You could also frame it as men want a nurterer while women want a dancing monkey. It goes both ways.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 12:29 PM
5

Of course, there's a time and a place for everything, a time to for excitement and novelty and a time for routine and relaxation. I think the key difference though is that a homely man does nothing for a woman sexually while a homely (in terms of personality, not appearance that is) woman still turns a man on, albeit not as strongly as the exotic vacation woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 12:07 PM
4

Agreed, unless you're hot enough to get away with it
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 11:57 AM

Exceptions exist. You seem to be an exception and your friends do too as you mix with people with similar values to yourself. My best friend got his first gf at the age of 24, they're going on 2 years now, will probably get married and were both virgins before each other. He's a nerd so most women find him boring but obviously his gf is the type who seeks comfort ahead of excitement. Most women are not like this. Why do you think "the spark" is a thing? Because women want excitement
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 11:24 AM
5

Case in point, my third paragraph
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/21 11:16 AM
5

Definitely. I think it changes based on the woman's age/ hormonal cycle and nature of a relationship, like obviously the power dynamic changes based on whether or not they've fucked yet. But generally speaking, the post has been my observation
/r/askTRP17/05/21 11:11 AM
2

Thank you for your kind words. Obviously I must forget about the girl who left town and ghosted me but do you think I could still try with the one I met up with on Wednesday?
/r/askTRP15/05/21 08:07 PM
2

bro you're 26 fucking years old , i used to count my dates and make outs when i was 15, you need to bang You think I don't realize that? go on more dates , talk to more bitches My life is work, studies, gym and I go out once in a while. My friends are boring so we don't go out to vibing places. Where do I meet women?
/r/askTRP15/05/21 10:12 AM
1

Not to sound ungrateful for anything but the advice given wasn't really helpful to me in particular. I know how to touch a woman and that's most of what was discussed, my problems are conversation and closing
/r/seduction13/05/21 04:33 PM
1

It went okay I guess. We got on well, had a few drinks, went for a late night walk on the promenade and made out for about half an hour. I got a bit too drunk and ended up doing a bit of minor to damage my car so had to pay for a new tire and rim
/r/seduction13/05/21 03:08 PM
1

Because I'm on the spectrum. I'm socially retarded and no I'm not being sarcastic. Also because like I said the vibe between us has always been platonic and I wasn't even sure I would ever meet her in person, although now that we actually have plans to meet up I want to make the most of it
/r/seduction10/05/21 06:25 PM
1

Sure thanks. I've only fairly recently become comfortable with kino escalation, when I was younger I used to terrified to go in for the kiss. But I still struggle with humor and flirting. Do you have any examples or any posts to point me to?
/r/seduction10/05/21 06:14 PM
1

That advice is useless for a guy who doesn't know how to speak to women lol. I'm literally autistic
/r/seduction10/05/21 06:06 PM
1

Could you give examples please?
/r/seduction10/05/21 05:26 PM
1

How do you tease? I've only learned how to physically escalate fairly recently because when I was younger I was always terrified to go in for a kiss. To me the teasing part is much more challenging because I just don't know what to say.
/r/seduction10/05/21 02:23 PM
1

Thanks for your response but I don't think that'll work. I have aspergers and an addition to that I'm a shy and passive person. When I go on dates I usually just keep quiet, let her take the lead when it comes to both conversation and escalation and obviously that doesn't usually get me anywhere. I need to be told what to do.
/r/seduction10/05/21 01:16 PM
1

And I would say not to mention your previous Exs because you will friendzone yourself. I get that. But I'm afraid the damage might already be done since we've been text buddies for 2 years already and would always speak to her about my love life at the time. Would it be possible to start afresh when we meet in person? Also, I think she's pretty open minded as she's told me before that she goes on dates for fun, not to meet the love of her life
/r/seduction10/05/21 12:18 PM
1

Tastes play a role but if the overwhelming majority of people consider you unattractive, as is the case the with most men, you are objectively unattractive
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/21 07:47 PM
2

It doesn't mean you're unattractive, it just means she's not attracted to you. Isn't that literally what unattractive means? Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/21 05:38 PM
2

Depends. If you have a nice neutral shaped head it can look good, ie Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson, Zinedine Zidane. If you have a weird shaped head like Prince William, you won't look good

Justin Bieber doesn't look like he lifts though. Zac Efron would be a better example in that regard
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/21 03:57 PM

Gender divisions exist in all sports for the same reason weight divisions exist in combat sports. Just as a 220lb man has a natural advantage over a 130lb one, a man has a natural advantage over a woman. Accidentally posted my incomplete comment

Men are pretty unnerved when gay men aggressively hit on them and no one calls them "neurotic" I always hate seeing this argument. Obviously it's worse if it's coming from the gender you aren't attracted to
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/21 10:39 PM

Yes but most people realize Tyson was a scumbag. A likeable scumbag but a scumbag nonetheless. Ali was a POS but for some reason everyone considers him a hero

Leonardo DiCaprio

I guess so yea. It's also because basketball is a more mainstream sport than golf. Being charismatic also makes people overlook a lot of your flaws, and Tiger Woods not being charismatic doesn't have that privilege. I mean look at Muhammad Ali. The guy knocked up a 16 y/o at the age of 32 while still married to his second wife, yet the world still considers him a hero

How is Brad Pitt not hot anymore? He still has all his hair, is still in great shape and his jaw is still defined. I'd say he looks better now. When he was young he had an angel face, now that he's old he looks like a man

My best friend's parents are in their 50s and his mom jokingly calls Liam Hemsworth her boyfriend whenever he pops up when we're watching TV. They are high school sweethearts and I don't think she'd cheat on his dad, doesn't change the fact that she is physically really attracted to a young hot guy in Mr Hemsworth. Mick Jagger WAS a sex symbol, 1000 years ago when he was younger. He was never a looker though his tattoos, fame and money. Gates and Zuckerberg have fame and money as well. And more of it

Outside the tech community, what do they lead. Their tech companies are so big that they extend the scope of tech. The same thing can be said about Jay Z. Other than the music community, what does he lead?

/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/21 03:12 PM

Gates and Zuckerberg are powerful as well. Harvey Weinstein has been described as being very charismatic
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/21 03:11 PM

Also the power they have, is it power that can be used in a social situation. Do they really have power over others. They have people paying them serious money for appearances and speeches

Adam Driver? Already attractive? Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/21 03:05 PM

And other than money there is probably nothing else appealing about them. Not just money but power too. The same thing that makes Jay Z appealing? Would you class them as Leaders Of Men? I would. They are 2 of the most powerful men on the planet. In what way are they not leaders?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/21 03:05 PM

I tried to. And I mean it is also possible that those girls are just trying to be nice even though I hate to admit that. Talk is cheap which is why I try my best not to get emotionally invested these days. Also I've noticed that women's attraction/ interest is very fickle which leads to guys like me getting hurt due to getting attached too early. So these days I try my best to only invest emotionally once we have actually had sex but I still struggle to not invest too early

I definitely agree with the above comment but am on the fence about yours regarding the compliment thing. I used to feel good about receiving compliments but the problem is, I have many women on Tinder/ social media telling me I'm cute/ handsome/ have nice eyes yet don't seem interested in meeting. Thing is, vags by themselves might be interchangeable but the other factors that make a vag attractive to me are not. A 9/10's vag and a 2/10's vag might be interchangeable but the factors that make me want to fuck the 9's vag (ie her other physical characteristics) are not. And that's the point I'm trying to make.

Simp Alan gets treated like shit by everyone while Alpha Charlie slays. You can't deny, there is a correlation between social class and attractiveness. And I can only speak for myself here but when it comes to LTR/ marriage I do care about my partner's education level. In my opinion high value people place a high priority on education
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 11:03 AM
2

Eh, it kinda does. The word preppy implies well educated and upper middle class, the type of girls who attend private schools and study at prestigious universities. If being hot AND educated doesn't make you high value then what does?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/20 08:10 AM

But the thing is though, oftentimes the standards women use to judge guys are shit. You get guys with multiple baby mommas who are objectively losers when it comes to life/ careers while you get smart, productive men who can't get laid, and those smart genes of those nerdy men are what the species actually needs more of. I mean Isaac Newton died a virgin while Eazy E had 11 kids. Now I know Eazy E isn't the best example because he wasn't a loser per se, but still. A high school dropout spreads h…

Yes but at the end of the day what is this affection and emotional attachment based on? At our core we are animals. Our biological purpose is to eat, sleep and fuck. I mean, I've experienced first hand how you can think you're in love with someone but once your biological need for sex is met, that "love" you feel for them vanishes. The feelings of affection we have for people are just our minds playing tricks on us. Every emotion we experience comes down to survival instinct

Then why do women drool over him and Chris Brown, yet they don't drool over Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos?

In what world is John Cena ugly? Tyga is ugly and women drool over him
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 12:11 PM

Why would Kylie be attracted to him when she's 10× richer? I've also heard women on this very sub say Chris Brown is hotter than young Dolph Ludgren

If there's one athlete/ celeb who I'd say is about my level when it comes to physical aesthetics I'd say Vasyl Lomachenko (aesthetics wise obviously, in terms of fitness he's 1000× better than me). My goal body is like Shi Zhiyong. Looking that good is a personal accomplishment obviously but that appears to be irrelevant when it comes to attracting females. The point of my post is that women seemingly prefer skinny

Also, are women really attracted to Chris Brown? Gross. Yes they are lol. Tyga as well. I just can't understand it Tom Brady has a handsome face. Does he really? To me he just looks like a basic white dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 10:53 AM

Tom Brady is a 6'5 millionaire professional athlete with an extremely handsome face. So is Wladimir Klitschko. Yet why does Tom get more attention despite Wlad having the superior body?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 10:49 AM

You think swimmers get their bodies without lifting weights? Obviously. But my point was that is the ideal body, as opposed to guys who are noticeably swole.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 10:47 AM
1

You realize these are triple-A celebrities, right? They're playing under a different ruleset. Obviously their money and fame enhance their attractiveness. But how do you explain women drooling over them while overlooking the likes of Arnold, Cena and Wlad?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 10:38 AM
-1

I hate skinny guys. Massive turn off for me. That's because you're a self-proclaimed gym thot so you fit into a niche group of women who find gym bros most attractive. How do you explain women in general being more attracted to Chris Brown and Dr Dre? Both are rich and famous so why is the skinny one considered more attractive than the buff one? The same can be said about Tom Brady being considered hotter than Wladimir Klitschko.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 10:33 AM

David Beckham has probably spent 15+ hours a week in a gym for over 2 decades. He's obviously very fit but aesthetically speaking there's nothing special about his body. Same like Tom Brady

You mean, women guys who look like they spend 4 days a week at the gym on steroids, vs guys who look like they spend 7 days a week at the gym on steroids, human growth hormone, and insulin and a 10,000 calorie diet to bulk as much as humanly possible. I'm not sure what your point here is because no offense, but you're just rambling and your grammar is so bad that no sense can be made of it

if men stopped pursuing women so aggressively it seems like there’d less of an issue. Different approaches lead to different issues So how did women create the redpill? Agreed. I have no sympathy for guys who can't get laid specifically due to being fatasses but I do have sympathy for guys like OP who themselves are fit but can't get laid by fit girls due to the obesity epidemic coupled with hypergamy
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 03:27 PM
1

But like he said, men judge women based on weight while women judge men based on height and frame before weight. From what I can tell women would rather go for a fat guy who's 6'2" with a wide frame like a rugby prop than a 5'5" guy who's ripped with a small frame like a gymnast. And it's unfortunate, because height and frame is something you can't control

Part of being an adult is coming to terms with your limitations and learning to find happiness in the small things

Maybe but that's besides the point. We were arguing as to whether he's universally attractive or whether he simply appeals to a particular niche. The factors that make him attractive are a different discussion topic entirely
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 01:02 PM
1

Why do you feel the need to argue about specific numbers? It's arbitrary. We'll never know what percentage of women would fuck Brad Pitt. Probably not 100%. Maybe not 80%. But less than 50%? No fucking way. Don't you get my point? If a certain product appeals to such a large portion of the market, it is no longer a niche.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 11:58 AM
1

Probably not 100% but definitely not less than 80%. If something appeals to the vast majority it is no longer a niche
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 11:35 AM
1

Lol, there's a reason why I chose Brad Pitt and put his name first, as opposed to choosing young Dolph Ludgren who in my personal opinion as a straight man is the most aesthetic man ever. I personally don't think Jason Momoa is good looking I think he looks like a buff hobo. But women in general can't stop raving about him
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 11:23 AM

You are not longing after a 'normal' dating life. Isn't that in itself normal though? Kinda ironic lol. Normal to not want to be normal

What you value isn't what women value. I value physical fitness/ aesthetics and occupational prestige. This whole thread is just a monument to your cluelessness. I've always thought that women like handsome white collar types, like your stereotypical 30 y/o doctor/ lawyer/ investment banker. Am I wrong in thinking that?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 11:06 AM

Depends on a woman amd severity of a fail. I had a comment convo with another user on this sub a few weeks ago. She said when she wanted to get laid she would match with hot guys on Tinder and literally pray that they don't say anything cringy, because she wanted to fuck them but couldn't allow herself to fuck a guy who said something cringy over text

What does copped a lot of shit mean? Never heard that expression before. She's athletic and has a modlesque body unlike her sister who is a brute powerhouse. That makes her attractive. But she doesn't appeal to the masses because she doesn't conform to western beauty ideals

The target audience of TRP is any guys who struggle with dating so both betas and omegas. However it has been said both here and on TRP that omega incels are a lost cause and as such have nothing to gain

Venus Williams is 6'1" and she's attractive without being model beautiful. And status does not make a woman attractive in the same way that it does men

How is accountant/ engineer a 3/10 job?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 10:05 AM

I think we'll have to agree to disagree on this one. It's been said many times on this sub and on TRP that the TRP's target audience is not neckbeard losers, it is blue pilled betas who grew up doing what their parents, their teachers and the media told them to do but still didn't get results
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 09:33 AM
1

Those guys don't have to worry about universal attractiveness because they have access to so many women due to their money and fame, so even if only 1% of women find them attractive that is still a lot. However for normal guys we must strive to be universally attractive as to increase our probability of success. Preselection is a thing as well
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/19 09:14 AM

The difference in this case between red-pillers and the women they describe is that these women simply act on their primal instincts without any consideration of the consequences whereas the red-pillers themselves accept that this is how these women are so they make a conscious decision to behave in that way as to make the most out of the situation

Are you joking? These men are considered so hot women stalk them to fuck them. In niche circles yes. They aren't considered universally attractive like Brad Pitt and Jason Momoa Hot bitchy women do yes but the difference is that in those cases the woman's bitchy personality is a non-factor as opposed to being a perceived advantage

20% of men have 80% of sex, the next 50% have the remaining 20% of sex while the bottom 30% of men are incels. 30% is a large enough portion of men for them to be considered normal in terms of statistics. And when you look at the middle 50%, their sex lives are clearly not satisfactory either

better looking but lower social value guys. That's why I threw in ceteris paribus. most guys no longer own an apartment By nice apartment I didn't necessarily mean he owns his own place I just meant lives alone or with a single roommate as opposed to living at home or living with 10 other people in a commune
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/19 07:11 PM
1

It can though. I mean obviously a girl would rather go for a white collar guy with a nice car and apartment than a part time waiter still living at home (ceteris paribus). Doesn't make her a gold digger
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/19 06:45 PM
1

Did you read my post? That's not what I was getting at. Having shitty genetics holds you back in all areas of life, not just dating. Alzheimers and cancer suck as well. As if that is the height of your humanity It literally is though. The biological purpose of all living things is to reproduce

A woman like Maria Sharapova is very unlikley to want to sleep with the average dude. I know that, it was a joke doesn't matter for shit in attracting a mate. I know that. But using your intellect to build a successful career can increase your SMV

Yes, I agree. I've never taken an official IQ test but as far as I can tell I'm above average (could be Dunning Kruger, idk but I seem to pick up on things more easily than most other people). /r/PurplePillDebate11/10/19 05:38 PM

I'm actually kinda lucky because women in my country don't appear to be as height obsessed as American women I see here on Reddit. I think women here just want a guy who's their height or taller, you don't get 5' women wanting 6' guys like you see here on Reddit. Thing is though, when it comes to procreation I want a woman who's taller than me. Not because I'm not attracted to short women but because procreating with a short woman means girls won't be attracted to my son

don't respect yourself or life When I was a kid I thought that life was inherently valuable. After seeing and experiencing life for myself I no longer feel that way. Life can be good and life can suck, depending on a variety of factors. Genetics are one of those factors

Demetrious Johnson is a UFC legend but nobody cares about such lightweight divisions. Manny Pacquiao at 5'6" started his career at flyweight and won world titles all the way up to super welterweight but that is one very rare exception. And it was 10 years ago, athletes keep getting bigger and bigger. Have you seen the size of welterweights today? Most of them are 6 ft tall and walk around at 80kg. Height matters a lot in boxing unless you're built like a bull terrier, like Mike Tyson was

Due to both logistical and biological factors most of these things aren't practically possible so the next best thi…

I'm not actually from Asia I'm South African. I think my race definitely holds me back in some ways but it's no use complaining about it. I actually had a look at your post history as well and it seems we have quite a lot in common. Can I send you a pm/ WhatsApp?

Not really actually. My life is pretty pathetic. Remember I told you about my best friend who likes to go home at 8 when we go out for drinks? He's the person I hang out with most. He's a pretty serious person and lacks banter. He recently started his first relationship in which he lost his V card a few weeks ago at the age of 24. This girl he and I went to HS with hit him up over fb messenger and they started going on dates. Apparently she was a virgin too and her parents were also starting to …

Well if I had to evaluate my own openers I'd say the best one I've ever come up with would be "So I superliked you in the hope o getting a promo on dr/dental visits, the fact that you're super cute was just an added bonus!" But obviously that could only be used the 3 times when I actually did match with doctors lol

When it comes to my height I think I'm actually lucky in a way. I always see stories on Reddit about American women being obsessed with height but I don't think it's such a big factor in my country. I'm sure you know that attractiveness is partly biological and partly cultural. I think being physically imposing as a man is universally attractive but women in my country just want a guy who's taller than them. You don't get 5'2" girls wanting 6'2" guys like you see in the US. Also, correct me if I…

Hmmm thanks for that. It makes sense that the people who give the best dating advice would be women who are RP aware. I spend way too much time on Reddit and it's very difficult to find practical dating advice here because all the examples are pretty vague and this sperg brain of mine can only learn from examples of interactions if specific details are included

Okay well in that case enough sitcom examples, let's move on to some real life stories. Now objectively speaking, I am no Chad. But I am mixed race with wavy hair and hazel eyes and I take good care of myself so despite not appealing to the majority of women, I think I have a niche market of girls who think I'm cute. I get about one Tinder match per day but most of them are ugly. Now last Friday I went out for a drink with my best friend but sadly he's a boring old fart in a 24 y/o body so he cu…

Do you watch Two and a Half Men? Charlie (Charlie Sheen) is a smooth talker who gets laid a lot because despite being only marginally above average looking, knows how to push the right buttons and is presumably good in bed. After Charlie got fired from the show he was replaced by Walden (Ashton Kutcher). His personality was cringy and annoying AF, I stopped watching it for that reason. But female characters on the show would still be all over him because when you're 6'3" billionaire Chad, you ca…

Hmmm your story about the hooking up with guys on Tinder sounds familiar. Reminds me of that episode of Friends when Monica went on a date with that hot guy from her high school but then she rejects him because now that she's older she realizes that he's actually a loser. Most of the times they did and I ended up not going out with them Now I'm not gonna give you shit for having preferences and I know sexual attraction isn't voluntary but in my opinion it is EXTREMELY petty to brush someone off …

I am actually Chinese although my family has been here for 3 generations. Being a suburban middle class kid my way of thinking is more westernized than African. According to my knowledge, Asian culture places a high value on getting an education and being a productive member of society while western culture places a high value on having fun and doing what makes you happy. Obviously since sex is one of the most fun things a person can do, western culture and media will be pretty sexualized. If I …

I don't know the difference between say for example how Saudi Arabian men view sex or how Indian men view sex or Chinese etc. Haven't you seen how Chinese and Korean kids just study in school, and bother with dating and sex? Obviously they have sexual urges but due to cultural factors they learn to suppress those urges. I'm not sure about Saudi Arabians in particular but I am aware of how fundamentalist Muslims view sex, although I don't think this is the right place to discuss this.

the places I am seem to emulate the things we seem from American media You don't have to confirm this if you don't want to but I assume you're a middle class suburban white male? In my opinion you're not wrong but not completely right either. I mean sexual behaviour is determined by both biological and cultural (media) factors. On the one hand, the rural rape epidemic and the fact that animals rape as well is proof that we men are naturally a bunch of horny fuckers, regardless of whether or not …
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/19 11:50 AM

I don't think you get my point so let me explain. The point I'm making is that you can't claim South African men are less sex crazed than our American counterparts considering that so many SA men are willing to resort to rape to get their dicks wet. And when you take into account that most rapes happen in rural areas you can't say it's because American media pressurizes them to have sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/19 11:31 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/19 09:23 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/19 09:09 PM
2

Apps force the majority of women to compete for a minority of men. How exactly are women being forced to compete for said minority??? I think it's more the other way around. The majority of women willfully pursue a minority of men which in turn forces men to compete for a minority of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/19 08:45 PM

I guess it's all just a matter of context which is something my sperg brain just can't comprehend
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/19 08:39 PM

That's why for me the whole seduction process is such a mindfuck. On the one hand you get decent looking guys who can't get laid due to cringy and desperate behaviours and you also get guys who are below average looking who treat women like shit and said women still run after them. But on then on the other hand there's also evidence that anything can work as long as you're attractive, which contradicts the previous principle. I'll never understand this shit.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 09:13 PM
1

In the real world, we cannot always be clear, logical, and truthful with our rejections I'm aware of that but it's a hypothetical situation. The OP asks what would I think would make dating more fair and I gave my opinion, in my opinion logic and transparency would make things more fair. You don't have to agree with me everyone saves face with pleasant lies I'd take constructive criticism over pleasant lies any day. not just in dating but in other areas I know absolutely nothing about you or you…

It's a personality test where you answer questions and get put into one of 16 categories (personality types). I know it's not 100% accurate but I still find it really interesting. Was fascinated as to what your type is
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 08:30 PM
1

You're not familiar with MBTI, by any chance?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 08:26 PM
1

Well, I think that's often what causes confusion for men in dating. You're (presumably) a woman. I'm a man, and a sperg one at that. Spergs are known to think in hyper-rational ways when in reality the world just doesn't work that way. You know Sheldon from TBBT? I actually relate to that character a lot. I'm not nearly as smart as he is but I can relate to his thought patterns in terms of making decisions purely based on logic and disregard for social norms
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 08:20 PM
1

What if you were to ask why and their only reason was I just don't want to. That's like when people use "Because I said so" as an argument. I consider myself a rational person and I absolutely hate it when people use circular reasoning
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 08:01 PM
1

Are you familiar with TRP?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 07:48 PM
1

they don't find you attractive How? What is unattractive about me? Tell me what's wrong with me so I can work on it. Letting me know what I can do to improve gives me the opportunity to improve, and therefore give myself a better chance (ie fairness).
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 07:32 PM
1

When your shortcomings are pointed out you know what you need to work on. Also, fairness and logic go hand in hand. At least that's how I see it
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 07:26 PM
0

The OP asks what would make dating more fair. I feel that the rejector giving a reason for the rejection makes things more fair.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 07:22 PM
1

How so? I'm not a violent person so I'd never attack a woman for rejecting me. But I'd certainly be less frustrated with a woman who gives me a clear and logical reason for turning me down than one who's clearly bullshitting me.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 07:05 PM
2

Agreed. Edited.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 07:01 PM
1

Clear and transparent communication wouldn't make things 100% fair but it would be an improvement. No stupid flirting mind games. We should be able to approach people we find attractive and clearly and directly offer sex or a relationship. The person you approach can accept or decline your offer but should they decline, they must give a clear, logical and truthful reason for the rejection. Edit: And the answer must be accepted with dignity.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 05:52 PM
1

I do not have a double standard and I though I was clear in my reply that I was agreeing with you. I see. The OP request reasoning as to the double standard though so that's why I thought you felt that way
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 11:25 AM
1

Yes I agree with you. But the point I'm making is that your argument doesn't explain the double standard as to how single fathers and single mothers are viewed differently
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/19 11:07 AM
2

I think this is the correct answer. Well done
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/19 10:13 PM

The difference is probably that a single mom in her early to mid 20s might not have made the best life choices, But why don't you think the same about single fathers? The same thing can be said about them

From the people I've witnessed who fit that personality type, they don't care what other people think of them. One thing that confuses me about TRP is that it says not to seek external validation, yet emphasizes the importance of social proof. And you're right about Batman.

Sadly for me, I think you're 100% correct. I'm an introvert living in an extrovert's world and my options are to adapt or die. Women also like him in that episode of 30 Rock where he sucks at everything but everyone treats him so well because of his looks so he has zero self awareness. It was really funny. I don't even think Dolph Ludgren is that overly masculine though. In terms of looks, Kimbo Slice and The Mountain from GOT are probably peak masculinity

You referring to his portrayal of He-Man? I haven't watched that but apparently he sucked because he's too stiff to be a leading man. He's not a great actor. But if I were a woman, I'd want his sperm because his genes are literally GOAT. 160 IQ with a masters in ChemEng, karate champion at an international level, 6'5" and jacked and a former fitness model. There's a limit to how much muscle and how strong of a jawline women find attractive, and he's way over it. I don't think he was ever overly muscular though. He's tall so his muscles fit onto his frame nicely. To me John Cena fits that description more than Hans Lundgren does

Women aren't a harmoginous group you'll never even please the majority of them tbh. Idk hey. Channing Tatum and Chris Brown seem to appeal to the majority of women. So does Chris Hemsworth but unlike the former 2, he has reason to be considered appealing.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/19 09:11 AM

"Cuter"? What is that even supposed to mean. He has a body like a broomstick and a nonexistent jawline

I agree that different people like different things but that doesn't explain women saying they like one thing and going for another. And again, people like different things but within reason. I just can't see how anyone can find Chris Brown more attractive than Dolph Ludgren.

/r/askTRP13/09/19 08:27 PM

I wouldn't call it brainwashing when that is just the way society works/ worked in their culture. Biologically, women are more valuable than men but culturally, men are more valuable, in primitive traditional cultures that is.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/19 06:40 PM
1

I had to look that word up but what you just said is basically the point I made. Not sure if you saw my other comment on this post but it also ties in with that
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/19 06:35 PM
2

Yes but the reason for that is because traditionally men are supposed to be the leader of the family. That's why the family takes the man's name in marriage
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/19 06:29 PM
4

Welfare was just an example. You see it all the time, how women's needs are prioritized over that of men. "Women and children first." Whenever a lot of people die they always mention women and children as if the lives of women are somehow more valuable than that of men. That is because from a biological standpoint, they (you) are more valuable than we men are, ceteris paribus.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/19 11:38 AM
5

I think for women being the sex who carries offspring is a double edged sword. On the one hand, the ability to carry children gives them intrinsic biological value. Subconsciously we know this, which is why females are prioritized for things such as welfare. But on the other hand, the fact that they can carry children means it is expected of them, which prevents some women from focusing on things such as career which they might consider to be more rewarding.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/19 07:12 AM
6

I don't think this is new. If anything, there have been few times in history when there has been less of a demand that men justify their existence Idk about that hey. I mean in traditional patriarchal societies sons are seen as more important than daughters. That's why Chinese parents would dump girls during the one child policy and you see in medieval shows such as GOT that parents prioritize their sons over their daughters.

True. The 2002 Flash is an important character because at first he emphasizes how powerless Peter is and thereafter acts as a stepping stone to Peter learning use his powers. MCU Flash is more a comic relief character than anything else although I for the most part find his jokes really lame

So talk funny shit from the get go, for example tell a girl she looks like she just woke up, or what’s up with those shoes that’s what my grandma would wear. I know I shouldn't be arguing with you because I came here looking for advice and I know that shit does often work. But to me, saying something like that would just feel silly. I'm aware that most women would rather go for a funny stupid guy than a boring serious guy but changing my personality is very difficult
/r/askTRP18/08/19 06:09 PM

I have spoken to women but haven't really improved though. At one stage during my first year of college I was regularly approaching girls I found attractive on campus but logistical factors made dating difficult (being broke, living with my parents and not having a car). I treat social interactions as interviews instead of treating them like games. But I don't know how to make it less of an interview and more of a game
/r/askTRP18/08/19 05:46 PM

Ahh I'm not American so maybe it's different there. But in my experience, I see women alone in daytime settings but I hardly ever see women in bars and clubs by themselves
/r/askTRP15/08/19 06:34 PM

(maybe fear of saying the wrong thing?) In some cases that's definitely a factor. But usually it's just that whatever they're talking about just doesn't interest me
/r/askTRP15/08/19 06:26 PM
5

One on one interactions are a lot different than group dynamics, and it’s those interactions that you have to learn to handle well. They are different yes but I would argue that both are important. You need to know how to approach groups as women rarely go out alone
/r/askTRP15/08/19 06:06 PM
3

I get you. But the thing is, physical training and flirting/ socializing are not quite one and the same. Going to gym and physically doing my exercises is an extremely straightforward process. On the other hand coming up with something witty to say in any given scenario, for me at least, is not.

Eh, in some cases guys do feel that they have done the work to earn sex, it's just that they're misguided as to how relationships actually work and a big part of that is due to blue pill brainwashing. They think white knighting and sucking up earns them sex
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/19 05:49 PM

Even at the rare times when a man is whining about wanting a relationship with his fuckbuddy, it is more socially acceptable than a man who whines about not getting sex. True, but the feminists often point out that men aren't entitled to sex OR a relationship.

Basically, the most sexually attractive man is a high-value man that displays Alpha behavior while also being willing to settle down with the right woman. I believe r/redpillwomen calls their ideal man "Captain" or something along those lines - essentially, an Alpha that's willing to settle down and lead a family. Interesting. So basically, someone like Don Draper/ Tony Soprano/ Tywin Lannister?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/19 10:06 PM

I know that. But it's also a valid counterargument to the point I made which is what's confusing me. Especially now that he is actually a billionaire

Then how is betabux a thing?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/19 09:48 PM

I don't get it either lol. Jay Z cheated on Beyoncé. Edit: That's one thing I don't get about the alpha/ beta dichotomy. Alpha fucks refers to guys that women fuck because they are attractive and beta bucks are unattractive guys who are financially well off who women marry for resources. Now someone like Jay Z is considered an alpha male yet using the AFBB definition, doesn't that make him a beta, since he's unattractive yet a good provider?

At our core we are all animals. It's women's primal instinct to seek out their best available option. Like I said my country has a high unemployment rate. How do you think toxic bosses get staff in the first place? By taking advantage of desperate people. From what I've heard these things even happen in more prestigious jobs. Elon Musk mistreats his engineers. Intern doctors get mistreated by seniors. Now you can't exactly walk out when you're still an intern. I'm by no means comparing being a waiter to being a doctor I'm just using the doctor example to illustrate my point.

My exam timetable got adjusted recently due to my campus being used as a voting centre so I had to go to campus to sort out my shit. When giving me a talking to yesterday he asked me if the stuff I had to do is more important than my job and if I had to be honest the answer would be yes, but I didn't say anything as it was obviously a rhetorical question.

I lift 4 days a week and box occasionally. I'm in very good physical shape and strong for my size but it's not exactly possible to be physically imposing when you're 1.68m. Also, fighting skills are irrelevant in this situation as I obviously can't beat the guy up at work.

This isn't exactly a professional environment though it's a part time restaurant job. Now I think your advice is solid and will work in this situation. However like I said this is a problem I've faced my entire life. When I'd get picked on in HS I wouldn't know what to do because beating the guy up would get me into more trouble, telling him to back off be futile and reporting harassment to teachers would make me look like a pussy, and teachers wouldn't give a shit most of the time anyway. The venue strictly forbids sex though, maybe I can have her come over for that but I doubt she'd jeapordize her job like that just after starting. And I know this doesn't make much sense but although I'm willing to pay for a massage and handjob, it just wouldn't feel right paying for actual sex. And regarding your second point, it's not like I want to marry this chick. She just used to turn me on like crazy last time around so I just really want to fuck her.

I was watching Trace earlier and I must say I'm honestly baffled by Beyonce's decision to marry Jay Z. She doesn't need his money and as one of the most beautiful women in the world she's quite possibly permanently fucked up her bloodline's genetics by marrying a guy who looks like shit.

I think you made it clear in your response when you said the end result was sex. Women know that men directly approaching them do so for sex (and not relationships) which is precisely why they dislike direct approaches in most of their day to day, if they wanted just sex they'd go on tinder or to a club. Well here's the thing. I used to (and still kinda do) really want a relationship and that would cause me to behave in a very desperate and needy way. TRP taught me to "spin plates" and not get e…

A man who doesn't know you approaching you or pretending to be friends with you to get sex is doing it only because he finds you physically attractive. Whereas if a man who is already friends/acquaintances with you approaches you, you can at least suspend disbelief and feel as though you're not being approached purely for your looks but for your personality etc. too. I don't understand why women care about height. Being short has a few physical advantages such as shorter nerves which leads to faster reactions and being tall doesn't necessarily mean you'll be a good protector, the average SEAL is 5'10" and so is Mike Tyson. And as long as your body is in proportion you can still be aesthetic AF no matter how tall you are.

Eish. I honestly think I'm socially retarded. I've swallowed the red pill so I understand why women are the way they are but there are certain aspects of human nature that I don't think I'll ever understand. Example: An ex colleague of mine, compared to me. I'm better than him in every way. Better looking, better off financially, smarter and physically stronger, fitter and more aesthetic. Yet everybody seems to like and respect him, and with me it's the opposite. What does he have that I don't, …

I understand that my perspective is probably fucked but the way I see it, how is picking on someone personal gain? The way I see it, being a bully just makes you look like a petty loser who doesn't have a life but bullies are often socially popular which is something I can't wrap my head around.

Considering that the purpose of lifting is being able to stand up to physical confrontation shouldn't you be advocating martial arts instead? Who do you think would win in a fight between Phil Heath and Sergey Kovalev? Stupid question I know. Don't get me wrong I love lifting and definitely advocate it for its aesthetic and mental health benefits. But if it's purpose is standing up to physical confrontation then I think boxing or mma would be much more useful.

Great post. Nobody can deny that society is heavily feminized but I personally don't see how the educational curriculum these days favours girls, at least for the subjects worth studying. Care to explain? I always thought the main reason for girls performing better was because boys focus more on sports.
