TimeIsDollars is right. Doing a 2 hour session wont make you ripped any faster than the guy who does an hour. With working out its quality over quantity. Rest days are really really important, so dont leave them out. And on a rest day dont do cardio. Rest day is for rest and your body is going to need it big time. Definitely check out /r/fitness and consider maybe going for a 6 day split. That will give you a rest day during the week or whenever you decide what day will be rest. I usually take a…

Per day. Gotta space out your meals throughout the day. Try not go more than 3/4 hours without a meal. Obviously going to sleep you cant avoid that. Maybe invest in some casein for before bed, slow digesting protein.

Its good to hear. Starting young is a great thing to do. Getting a good source of protein? Eat good healthy foods. Beef, Chicken, Turkey etc. Typically you want to be eating at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight. I.E if you weigh 176lbs = 176 grams of protein. If you're gonna get protein powder, get a reliable brand, and Whey protein. Personally I use Optimum Nutrition only because I've found it pretty cheap where I live. Important thing to note, shakes are not a meal, and th…

Of all the girls you could cheat with, I honestly think your ex would be the worst. She could tell your fiancé. Like why not just go fuck a random who doesn't know you?? If you're gonna do it. Make sure you're prepared to walk away from your fiancé if things go south

Think the reason people don't suggest cardio so much is because there is such a thing as too much cardio. Basically, if you do too much cardio you can force your body into a catabolic state and then it can eat into your muscle. I currently work out 6 days a week and do some cardio work on three of the days. There should be some cardio, but hitting the gym every day to run 2/3 hours seems counterproductive.

Wouldn't bother with a hooker personally. There's other things I could spend my money on. My first time was with a woman who was at least twice my age. Was out with a buddy and met her, to be honest... I still don't know how I pulled her. Next thing I know she was coming back to my house. She was pretty hot and it was a good fuck. Thinking back on it I cringe at how useless I must have been. But it's all practice I guess. Didn't really learn what I was doing until my first LTR and I literally ju…

Totally understand your desire to hurt her. There were times when I would kill for that "revenge" with my ex. But to be honest... I've grown up a lot. Its not worth causing someone that sort of pain just to "get back" at them. Be a bigger person, let it go. Move on with your life. It says a lot about your character if all you desire is to hurt someone deliberately.

Jamie Oliver. Dude has incredibly good recipes that are so simple and easy to follow. That's where I started.

Been there man. God. I will never ever be in that position again as long as I live. When we ended she ended up getting with some dude until he left her for a hotter piece of ass and she came crawling back. To make matters worse I was stupid enough to go back and take another stab at it. The same thing happened again as you can imagine. I got the same story you did. You never ever want to go back. Trust me. No one is ever perfect. You may think they are, but they're not.

You broke up three months ago?the stuff she has is probably not that important right? If it's stuff you don't need. Tell her to throw it out, you don't need it.

Under no circumstances should you bang them. Never shit where you eat, it's just a huge mistake. But if they have friends, that's a different thing altogether.

Just a suggestion, invest in a slow cooker with one of those timers built in. You just fuck in whatever you gonna cook, have the time set to go on say 6 hours before you'll be home and by the time you're home you have it all cooked. These are usually pretty big so you'll have loads left to prep with for the next few days. Edit Just realised this has already been suggested! Sorry! Was probably my best investment :)

There were 2/3 moments in my life when my gut was screaming at me about stuff I just couldn't piece together (Not ex's cheating or anything) but about people in general. And each time I ignored it because i chalked it up to a million different things. On those occasions, each time it turned out when I had an "off" feeling about people or something I was right. It wasn't until after the 3rd time I realised it wasn't a fluke. It was my gut. Its kind of hard to explain but you gotta learn to know w…

Fuck that man. It's not worth this drama. If you're gonna insist on sticking around and having fun with her, invite her over when you wanna fuck. Other times you go spend time with your friends and fuck other women.

Hey man, First and foremost, congratulations. Its not particularly easy to lose that kind of weight when you've had bad eating habits/diets and no exercise to go and burn that. I was in the exact same situation as yourself. I used to weigh 121.6KG and I went to about 70KG in a ridiculous short time and I had the same issue you had. That happened for me about 7 years ago. And I lost the weight and just did nothing from that point on, I wasn't lifting or anything, just doing cardio and for me at t…

Thanks dude! I think my diet is pretty good. I get lots of good cuts of meat, turkey, mince, chicken and some steak. I dont eat a lot of carbs so there isnt much of it in my diet. Dont eat any crap etc. Only good food. But with the way I work i dont always have the time to prepare a decent meal during the day as im eating 5 small meals a day. So I like to have the shake post workout.

Hey, I am tracking my lifting and just started with my nutrition. In following the plan I posted earlier. As for sleep, that's no problem. I get about 8/10 hours sleep a night. No real stress in my life or anything to worry about. I was originally doing full body workouts but I wasn't really eating too much. Spoke to the dude in the gym and he hit me up with the above workout and I've been following it. I'm just not sure on the diet I need if I want to build some muscle and get lean at the same …

Thanks man! Appreciate any input. Im not particularly muscular now, but i don't want to be huge. I just want to be toned and have a bit of muscle. So I guess i want to do both? Is this possible? I try increase weight every workout if i can. Sets vary from 3/5 depending and the reps are 10-12. So I usually try push myself to 12. If I'm on a new weight I will try get 8-10 and then keep doing that weight until i can get 12 and then move up. Not sure if thats the best way to do it but its the way I'…

Don't let people take advantage of you. If you think it's happening, opt out. I'm speaking from experience, people used to take advantage of me, hell, my ex did too. I just got fed up and said fuck this. I'm not wearing it anymore. If you want to do something, then do it. If you don't feel like doing something or are uncomfortable doing something, don't do it. It took me years to finally achieve this, so it's going to take you practice. Do what makes you happy

Trust your gut feeling. If you're anything like me then you need to follow it. Most things in my life that I get a feeling in my gut about turn out to be right. Trust yourself. Trust your instinct You know what you need to do now.

Yeah well I suppose that's a good sign. But they're all crazy. That's the only thing you need to remember. If you're uncomfortable going there, stay at yours. Fuck that. If you're not comfortable with it then don't do it

I don't see how it's a red flag or maybe I'm missing it. I have daggers that were given to me as a gift, would they be a red flag? I don't think so.... Maybe it depends on how she said it and what's she like mentally ;p

Unfortunately, this is college life. That's your team. You need to deal. I doubt your professor will care about the shit going on within it I'm afraid. Happened with mine and my prof didn't give two shits.

First thing you need to do is join a gym if you're not in one. Working from home is tough but its manageable. Make friends at the gym, they already share an interest with you. Consider joining a cooking class or some sort of hobby that will force you to meet like minded people or people who share the same interests. Thats the most important thing.

Been in a very similar situation man. Kept busy. Started lifting, reading more and generally leading a more exciting life. My ex drained everything. My money because she had a bad job and no prospects, my time, my happiness. It would be weird if you didn't feel sad at times and didn't miss her. She took up five years of your life. Look after you now. Never compromise who you are as a person for a girl. No contact her and just keep looking after yourself. You just need a bit of time to see the li…

Indeed. You don't want to reinforce this behaviour. If you stay and cuddle after she does this it tells her that it's okay for her to do this because at least you'll stay and cuddle and she has nothin to worry about. This is why you need to leave. You have something to do (even if you don't) make some shit up. She needs to know your time is valuable and if she isn't gonna look after you sexually you're gonna go and find someone who will. Fuck. That. Shit.
/r/askTRP11/01/16 08:42 PM

Lol, I wouldnt say cuddle at all. Thats just what she wants you to say. Its times like these you wanna say something funny to make her feel silly for asking a question that the answer was so obvious to.

Thats the most selfish shit I've EVER heard. Fuck that man. I'd be out of there. Or even get up and leave and if she asks where you're going "Im heading out with the boys"... get that hamster spinning.

I wouldn't. It never ends well. As ProvostP said - find some new things to do with your life and find someone else.

I wouldnt waste my time. Holding onto that sort of anger is never a good thing and it could turn you into a bitter person. Let it go. Move on and find something better in your life. I understand this is the girl who broke you or whatever. But you should have better things in your life than revenge. Its no way to live your life. When i got out of my LTR all i wanted to do was wreak havoc in my ex's life because she was a dick and then as time went on I just started realizing there is more to life…

Cut her the fuck off. Get as far away from her as you can. It's gonna eat you up and torture you if you don't. Go lift, take up some hobbies and move on. Its hard but you have to do this. You deserve better man.
/r/askTRP31/12/15 04:27 PM

I wouldnt see why not. I just wouldnt tell them what I do. Make it playful like "if i told you I'd have to kill you" or something like "What? And ruin the mystery?" But thats just what I'd do. Until I got a new job.

This just sounds like banter. I assume you make fun of them too?
/r/askTRP30/12/15 02:11 PM

Talk to your buddy about it. If he's cool with it then go for it. Otherwise don't do it. True good friends are hard to come by, you shouldn't fuck them over. Not for a piece of pussy anyway.
/r/askTRP29/12/15 04:41 PM

I'd say it depends on the girl.

So basically I started opening up more like she wanted and it was just fucking awful. She kind of got distant. And I was more open about little things she did annoying me instead of running dread and it got to the point that we were fighting a lot. Never reveal your emotions to a woman. They may act like they want to know what's going on but in my experience they don't really.
/r/askTRP24/12/15 08:08 PM

The only thing I think you need to take into account here is your son. If you say you're not interested in an LTR could that blowback on him? If so leave it. I had a buddy growing up and his mum used to take all her rage and frustration out on him when she was pissed or upset with the dad. Just something to take into account. quick edit She didn't physically abuse him or anything. But she just used to freak out at him so much and used to do shit so it would get back to his dad and affect him.
/r/askTRP24/12/15 06:18 PM

Not really sure how to handle it. But I had an ex who told me I needed to open up more and talk about my feelings and that shit just back fired when I did it. From my own personal experience I wouldnt do it. I look at it from a point of view - I am who I am. If you don't like it, walk.
/r/askTRP24/12/15 05:37 PM

Don't necessarily agree with your first point. If she's an actress she has to do her job. She can't say "hang on, let me call my BF and ask if its chilled" - its the nature of her job. OP has the decision to either accept this or dump her. (i know which I'd choose) Other than that the rest are major red flags. If a guy texted my girl he loved her I would expect her to reply and tell him she's uncomfortable with that shit as she has a boyfriend. Prepare yourself to walk away. You don't need this …
/r/askTRP24/12/15 05:00 PM

He's right. You need to have the power to walk away at a moments notice and not give a fuck. Its easier said than done but when you're like that she will know you could take or leave her.

Ex GF of 5 years Met her when I was young and things were great but it moved way too quickly for me to realise that shit wasn't right. We were living together after like 2 months and I didn't think anything of it because i was so into her. After the first year or two things deteriorated. I was being manipulated insidiously without even realising it.
