Hey guys,

I have been lifting for nearly 7/8 months now and I'm happy with my progress so far. But I seem to have just reached a point where I'm not making many gains or anything.

I am trying to get an aesthetically pleasing look - i.e. - 15% body fat. I was just wondering if someone could set me right.

Currently I'm in the gym 5 days a week - on isolation, usually there for over an hour and then usually cardio after every workout.

What I'm trying to figure out is do I need to eat a lot of protein to get the look I'm going for or do I eat less?

I don't eat too many carbs, i cook everything myself no jars or anything. I just started a new diet where I'm eating 5 meals a day and I'm wondering if this is the correct way to go to try and get a lean defined look?

I should point out - the 5 meals a day are like more protein/fibre. so one day ill have like Meal1: Porridge Meal2: Chicken breast + mixed greens Meal3:Yoghurt (low fat) plus fruit and nuts Meal4: 2/3 Pieces of Fruit Meal5 (after workout): Protein Shake - Brown pasta+mince+onion+peppers

Currently I weigh 183lbs.

Any help on this would be really great. Thank you in advance.

I would post this on r/fitness but i can't post until I've participated in like 50 posts or something so I was just hoping someone here might know.
