3	Nice Guys vs. Jerks vs. Well Developed Men I agree wih much of this post. I think a person who really knows themselves and has devoloped good character and values, and is true to themselves, will have more success in finding and attracting the right relationship. And having good character and values will cause confidence (not arrogance). It will also be just as important to them to find the right matching quailities and charater in the other person instead of just thinking about what they can gain from the other person.
