Initially go as long as you can fasting with Snake Juice (salt water, baking soda, potassium, apple cider vinegar). Have a small refeed of meat only. continue until 12-15% body fat. I met her in a big city with lots of bars, but I didn't want to be seen by any of LTRs siblings who frequent those kinds of places. I agree with everything you're saying and understand that it's a losing gamble for MOST men. One of my purposes in this life is to raise strong, capable children in order to preserve our way of life. If taking that gamble is what it takes to preserve America then I'll do it.

Agreed. I don't think my LTR would have been going as long as it has if I hadn't dropped the hammer at times. She'll bitch & whine for a bit, but then it's all good. "My girlfriend doesn't .... (insert bad behavior)" let's her make a choice.

Jesus...I wouldn't want to be around you either if you always whine like this. You don't have to eject from a LTR immediately unless her actions were egregious. Keep her around for fun while you improve yourself & seek out better options. Let her go when you're comfortable.

Lead by example & enforce traditional gender roles. Even if you're not religious, raise them in a Russian or Greek Orthodox church. It is one of the few un-cucked religious groups left. Shame them when necessary because you love them. It'll be good for them in the long run. ​ Starting the day they are born, you are "religious" and that's final. You keep up the charade for the sake of your family.

Waaaay too young buddy. I had a few what I thought to be "LTRs" in my 20's. Didn't get into a worthy one until I was 29 & been around TRP for a few years at that. As a dude, focus on getting your shit together first & foremost. Build it and they will come.
