I've come to the conclusion that I want to live & raise kids with my LTR. Finally reaching my personal finance goals & have a timeline to buy a home by January 2021. Plan on "marrying" / starting a family as soon as I close on a house. LTR knows that "legal" marriage is something I'll never do.

Obviously this means 2 more years of vetting & plenty of time for her to fuck up. Of course paternity tests will be non negotiable.

Needless to say there will be immense pressure from work places (for insurance purposes), the government, friends & family to be legally married (if they ever found out). Divorce rape could still happen in our common law marriage state.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? If so, what are the pros / cons of your current situation?
