Use a calorie counting app. Religiously. Be generous with your portion estimates. Get a scale. Counting your calories is a real eye opener to how much you take in.

care to elaborate? I believe I understand what you're saying, but your post is still a bit vague.

they think it will show everybody how easy it is even for a bum when he has a penis That's how I interpreted it.

Women are competitive and she doesn't like hearing that you want to fuck her friend instead of her. Probably.

Life is hard. Either accept the challenge, or fail. That sucks to hear about your degree; I missed a credit and how to take an extra class and was mad about that, but I can't imagine an entire year's worth of courses. Roll with the punches; not like you can do much at this point. Another idea; are you already employed with your degree? You may try to keep employment up strictly based on your experience. I don't know how well this would go over, but just a thought.

I feel like you may be valuing sex too highly and it's seeping into your confidence. Maybe try reassessing your values

A good bit of advice I read on here is your goals should not involve women. Your goals should be to be better than you were yesterday and you should think of sex as a bonus for your success.

I ran into something similar myself. I met what I thought was a good girl and took it slow, and instead of getting pussy, I got oneitis and I'm still recovering. My advice would be to be upfront. Tell her you don't want a friendship, and that you want to fuck the shit out of her. I'm fairly inexperienced in dealing with good girls, so take my advice with a grain of salt, but don't be afraid to take the loss because if you don't want to lose her. She's going to keep you on the hook for as long as…

Just out of curiosity, what's the path you'd like to be on?

Meet more girls. It's probably the best way to get over a single chick.

I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. A single moment of respite is all it takes to lose your head.

I'm realizing just how hard dating is as an alpha. I read a post about the gauntlet not too long ago and didn't really understand it. Now I know what it means to have to go through life at the top, and just how hard it is to do so.

Tbh I kind of turned my back on trp during the chase as a kind of experiment. Turns out I got what I deserved and AWALT. Also, I think she'd found this guy before that third date which is why she flaked. I had my suspicions at that point and just kind of went all in. I learned that being beta hurts though, so at least I took something away.

I mean, I'd like to think I can handle myself in public. I'm more interested in ideas of public places to go to

Yeah, I kind of felt the same way when I realized just how far away it was. Any advice for meeting people outside tinder? There aren't many coffee shops or bars around me currently, but in a month and a half I'll be moving somewhere with more opportunities.

I mean I'm only speaking in hypotheticals but I've thought about learning a new language and considered pirating Rosetta stone. I haven't really looked much into it because I'm lazy and American but it's a start.

I want my mind to accept just how worthless their opinions are, but the fact that they are strong arming their views outweighs their pathetic existence. I'm full on triggered.

I'm confused as to what you're asking, but I'm assuming you're worried about your girlfriend flirting. The only response I have is that if you're worried about losing your girlfriend, she's already gone. And that isn't coming from experience, that's coming from the sidebar. I don't see any reason in worrying about letting your girlfriend flirt; it's fun and (typically) harmless.

My piece of advice is to stop micromanaging. You can only control yourself, nothing else. Accept this, and realize that you are so insignificant that others probably don't even think about you, so keep being the best man you can.

The only person who can is yourself. Life can be pretty miserable. The art of enjoying it is the true challenge.

This isn't a quote but some insight. If you have to look for external validation, you're in trouble. It seems that no one in this thread has said anything meaningful to you, so maybe try looking internally for something that drives you. I try to do things that I know I'm interested in, the toughest part is finding what you're interested in.

If you're attractive, it's a compliment, if you're unattractive, it's catcalling.

Because you think too much of yourself. Not an insult, just a thought. You'll be fine just stop over thinking it

Go out and grab coffee and chat up whoever you run into. Good practice and also you'll probably never see them again. Also, I know it isn't worth much but part of keeping frame is realizing how miniscule everything you do is and how small you are. Nothing matters. You're a man. You'll be fine. Whoever you run into being baristas and cashiers. Just make small talk and you'll gain some confidence

Realize this feeling makes you weak and weakness will simply push her away from you. That's really the only thing I can think of. It's all internal so you have to deal with it internally, and I think realizing a woman's nature helps with this.
