This will be my first holiday season basically single and if it wasnt for my 3 boys I would consider going missing. I dont know how I'm going to feel explaining to everyone I'm going through a divorce. The woman I married also decided to leave me for another man and now has taken all her anger out on me and all I ever did was try to give her the world. This holiday season will definitely suck for me.

Thanks I have seen counseling and did get checked I have some depression so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. It almost feels like standing on a dive in board and not having the guts to jump which feels strange.

Thanks for the article this is true because I always have the urge to go find someone because my X is currently dating this perfect guy in her opinion while I'm with the kids being a father. I also feel like it's not fair but I fight the urge to try to match her with someone else.
