It has evolved for thousands of years to detect womankind's bullshit.

Thanks for saying this - I came to say this isn't just a trait of women, but a characteristic of very self-absorbed and ignorant people in general. It might be more prevalent in women, but I have many male acquaintances who do this every time I tell a story, positive or negative in nature.

Good shit, I moved from Saskatchewan over to Vancouver. Bring your AAA game though, this city is populated by young, wealthy, genetically gifted individuals (of both genders).

Hey - so basically what I'm saying here is to prioritize protein when planning your diet; figure out what foods you want to eat to get your proteins, and get the nutritional data on that food. All calories in food consist of either protein, carbs, or fats. Random tidbit of info for you - protein and carbs contain 4 calories per gram, and fats have 9 calories per gram. Once you've got your protein quota filled, you're going to have X amount of calories based on the foods you've chosen. Obviously …

This post is purely the truth. Fix your fucking posture, you'll feel like a god damn man standing tall and proud of yourself. Here's a video if you have really terrible posture of a few exercises to do once a day, it helped me a lot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=aKeLH5k508w#t=56 Aside from that, some things that my roommate taught me from being in acting school: Try to keep your hands out of your pockets - This gives off the vibe that you're uncomfortable or feel awk…

So you mean memorizing TRP slang doesn't automatically make me a Don Juan-esque lover...? But I know so many terms.....

Not that I think you care, or are interested in reading this article, but here it is for you (or anyone else following this comment thread): Why "Clean Eating" Is A Myth

"Clean" bulking in the sense that I think you're trying to use it is nonexistent. (Side note: "clean bulking" as a concept means you're eating slightly over your maintenance cals so as to minimize fat gain as much as possible while still building muscle). Calories are calories. Calculate your macronutrient needs to bulk (I would suggest at least 1g of protein per LB of lean weight of your body) and then determine how many calories that is; from there break up the carb and fat ratios in maybe a 2…

I'm almost positive that reading that made me less intelligent. What the fuck.

"I don't like their content, let's get rid of them"

The term is called "Tunnel Vision" and it dictates that they will only see one particular form of content on here (in this case, negative posts and comments) and disregard anything that doesn't suit their paradigm of "OMG RED PILL ARE MISOGYNIST RACIST NARCISSISTS ETC". Skaters gonna skate as they say.

Definitely feel this post. I try to restrict myself from doing "reward" type things (video games, drinking, watching tv/movies, whatever) until I've accomplished one thing in that day that I consider progress, improvement, or forward-momentum in some degree. Whether that's a solid gym day, reading something intelligent, or making some kind of social connection, I try to use that as motivation to keep myself moving forward. All of those "reward" things I consider to cause me to either stagnate, o…

That one letter is so fucking powerful and says more than 100 other letters can a lot of the time.

I've seen these videos before, and I have some jeans that have a tendency to hang in a very "cock-bulge-y" kinda way because of my belt, and have noticed this phenomenon a lot. Kind of flattering to see a girl check me out like a guy checks out girls.

Not sure if you noticed, but one of the links I have in my list is FROM the sidebar. I've read the sidebar, I'm looking for links beyond those, otherwise I wouldn't have made a thread about it. Thanks for the help, though. [e] and in fact I've even gone through the top rated links for some content... I was just looking for some personal opinions of content that really helped shake off the old blue pill mentalities.

I've already got one of the links in my list from there, but I'm looking for something beyond that, like people's personal favourites.

Is it really a joke though? I think people say it out of some kind of bizarre fear that since they aren't asserting their heterosexuality well enough in their daily life, they need to cover for something they said, just in case anyone thinks they're gay after they said it. I couldn't care less about gay jokes, quite honestly I make jokes about gay shit all day long because I know, and I know that people know, that I'm straight. To me, at least, it comes across as weak and unconfident if you have…

Yeah um... I'm supporting what you said, 'cause people seemed to be downvoting you. I'm not sure what the issue is?

u gay bro? But seriously, unless you're saying stuff like "man I bet that guy has a nice dick" there's really no need to be so defensive about what you say. Being comfortable with your sexuality is a part of being a confident male, you should never need to explain what you say for fear of someone possibly taking it in an ever-so-slightly homosexual way.
