Well, of course sane people are not walking around asking people to discuss something such as this. However, sane people use other methods when they wish to discuss topics alike, such as posting about it on a subreddit dedicated to discuss matters relating to that topic.

Yes, I agree with that. I also believe that there are certain levels of attractiveness. I don't refer to those levels using traits, instead I combine attributes such as height & facial attractiveness to determine one's league.

Well, for me, I believe that status only gets you so far depending on your own looks. Some outliers exist, like Beetle Juice for an example (who is considered a jester in the eye of public to be truthful) That's why terms like Statusmaxxing exist. They simply do not exist. Women/men are not shallow, they are just evolutionary programmed/designed to seek out the best genetics in the gene pool. If you start looking at yourself as a vessel that holds genes instead of an individual, your problem will start to make more sense. Depends on your physical attractiveness. Average looking men are better off trying to approach women in their social circles instead of 'waiting for the right one to come'. It doesn't work like that.

I believe physical attractiveness plays an important role in dating. Your height and face are both factors that most women subconsciously consider when they see you to determine whether you are attractive or not. With that being said, it is not the "be-all and end all" for dating.
