How to TheRedPill with your ADHDI'm 46 with ADHD, I have 3 kids with it as well. This is all true. Great post. Exercise is great, but the only thing I've ever found to shut my brain off, outside of drugs/alcohol, is brazilian jiu-jitsu. Can't recommend it enough. | /r/TheRedPill | 11/08/18 10:16 AM
Six months FR - Found the track and keeping to itDo you have any recommendations for learning game, books/Etc.? I was/am very introverted as well. Have been pushing myself out of the comfort zone lately with some success. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 27/06/18 06:37 PM
The First Commandment. Go LIFT.Not if you eat and drink after your workout like most people do to replenish those things. If you weighed yourself post workout, without eating or drinking throughout the session, of course you would be lighter due to fluid loss. The micro tears in the muscle cause an inflammatory response which triggers your body to hold onto water over the next few days causing a net increase in body weight if you rehydrate and continue to take in food. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/06/18 08:23 PM
The First Commandment. Go LIFT.Pay attention to your body fat percentage in relation to your weight. If you're gaining weight and your body fat percentage is staying the same or going down, well, you can do the math. Do an occasional in-body scan or if you can afford it, a DEXA scan. These will help you keep track of lean mass, body fat, hydration, etc... In-body scans are free in some supplement shops while they try to sell you on their products. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/06/18 02:54 PM
Mma or lifting?Both. | /r/askTRP | 06/06/18 07:42 PM
Becoming exceptional: Part 1.I’ve trained martial arts for nine years in numerous gyms. I can assure you that is rare. But the place you’re talking about sounds like a great place to train. I definitely recommend both. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/05/18 03:14 PM
Becoming exceptional: Part 1.BJJ, or Muay Thai alone, will not give you a nice physique. I've known PLENTY of guys over the years who look like fat slobs who train BJJ or Muay Thai on a regular basis. You must lift and watch your diet as well. The lifting helps make you a walking billboard for an Alpha traits because it's noticeable whereas you wouldn't know many guys train martial arts unless they happened to have cauliflower ears, or they were wearing some kind of martial arts apparel (unless they're posers) or unless it … | /r/TheRedPill | 28/05/18 12:00 PM
A woman just stood near me, when her boob touched my arm, she didn't flinched nor backed up. Did she do it on purpose?LMAO! | /r/askTRP | 23/05/18 05:52 PM
Best Martial arts/fighting stylesMuay Thai plus jiu-jitsu or wrestling is hard to beat. Most UFC guys train one of these combos. | /r/askTRP | 22/05/18 10:43 PM
lifting vs BJJFair enough. Good luck with everything. | /r/askTRP | 22/05/18 10:27 PM
lifting vs BJJI’ve seen numerous slap tears repaired. Not a big deal. I practice anesthesia for a living. Suit yourself, but you’re awful young to go through life with 2 slap tears. | /r/askTRP | 22/05/18 08:58 PM
lifting vs BJJYikes. And you didn’t want to get those repaired? | /r/askTRP | 22/05/18 08:34 PM
lifting vs BJJI bench 315. | /r/askTRP | 22/05/18 08:11 PM
lifting vs BJJCut back on the Jiu-jitsu. Training twice a day is really unnecessary and will set you up for injury, especially chronic overuse injuries like tendonitis in your wrists and elbows. I know because I have dealt with it. You'll also set yourself up for illness due to the suppression of your immune system from overtraining. I have dealt with this as well. I train jiu-jitsu 3-4 times a week and do my 5x5 on Sundays. I do the A workout one week and the B workout the next. You can still get bigger and … | /r/askTRP | 22/05/18 07:11 PM
Are relationships with an outgoing extroverted girl and a quiet introverted guy nearly impossible? This. | /r/askTRP | 21/05/18 09:11 PM
Do you have to be flexible to do mmaNo. Go train, like sloppystyle says. A big part of flexibility is genetics. You can improve it to a point though. I've never been flexible, can barely touch my toes. Just earned black belt in BJJ. I could probably never pull off a head kick or a gogoplata, but such is life. You'll adapt your game to whatever you can/can't do. | /r/askTRP | 20/05/18 05:12 PM
Wisdom teeth and gainsI've been as high as 405 on squat and deadlift, now down to 315 just for safety sake, I'm 45 years-old. Currently at 185 on military, 265 on bench, and an additional 65lbs on dips and pull-ups with a chain belt. 245 on rows.Their comes a point where there's no real sense in going much higher. I'd say my physique is in the top 3% of guys my age just by guessing. Maybe higher. I also train jiu-jitsu 3-4 times a week and will throw in some sprints or swimming here or there. | /r/askTRP | 19/05/18 02:54 AM
Wisdom teeth and gainsI've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 for five years now and take two weeks off at least 2 or 3 times a year with no change in strength. Like dotwav2mpfree says, keep your protein up and that should help. | /r/askTRP | 18/05/18 06:35 PM
Want to get into MMA, no fighting experienceOf course. | /r/askTRP | 18/05/18 01:51 AM
Want to get into MMA, no fighting experienceOf course. | /r/askTRP | 17/05/18 09:21 PM
Want to get into MMA, no fighting experienceYou get such an incredible endorphin rush, it's unlike anything else I've ever done. It's the only place I can completely lock my mind in and focus on one thing. You'll find folks from all walks of life: attorneys, surgeons, former SEALS, janitors, teachers, nurses, students, fast-food workers. I've trained many places. Typically a great group of folks. Some of the best people I know train martial arts because it gives you confidence, fitness, and humility at the same time. Got me into the best … | /r/askTRP | 17/05/18 07:31 PM
Want to get into MMA, no fighting experiencePrecisely. Very few people will have the courage to walk through the front door and sign up. Trust me. And many will quit. There's a reason only 3% earn a black belt in BJJ. | /r/askTRP | 17/05/18 05:43 PM
Want to get into MMA, no fighting experienceThe hardest part is walking in the door the first day. Especially if you don't know anyone. Do it and don't look back. I recommend a place that teaches both Muay Thai and BJJ. We have a few guys fighting in the UFC, and they train both throughout the week. Jiu-jitsu takes longer of the two to get good at. I recommended leaning heavier on the jiu-jitsu in your training mix. | /r/askTRP | 16/05/18 11:01 PM
Reputation wrecked due to crabs in a bucket, what to do?I was just talking to my daughter about a similar topic the other day. High school is a strange place/time in most people's lives. Reputation and social status weigh more heavily here than any other place/time in life I've ever experienced. These kids are going to hold onto their impression of you from before your transformation and never let go. To the guys, you weren't a threat, and to the girls, they remember how you were before. High school kids wage too much on their reputations and their s… | /r/askTRP | 16/05/18 06:43 PM

Is going bald a different experience for everyone? (23M)I say go zero guard and own it with confidence. Plenty of women out there that like that look. | /r/askTRP | 10/05/18 10:14 PM
The Holy Trinity of Masculinity: Frame, Game, and LiftingBeen doing this for 8 years, no problems. I'll take my chances, thanks. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/05/18 05:27 PM
The Holy Trinity of Masculinity: Frame, Game, and Lifting+1 on lifting and fighting. I do both. Recently earned by black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. My wife is very noticeably turned on after I win matches in competition and has been this way for a long time. She usually pounces on me soon after returning home or to the hotel room, wherever we are, whether I’ve showered or not. : ) | /r/TheRedPill | 10/05/18 04:45 PM
Is it bad if I'm always the one that leads/ask questions in a conversation?Maybe needy is the wrong word. Relating your experiences/opinions/etc. to the topic at hand will help balance the conversation and help you find common ground to bond over. | /r/askTRP | 09/05/18 11:53 PM
Is it bad if I'm always the one that leads/ask questions in a conversation?Meaning you might come across as needy. | /r/askTRP | 09/05/18 07:22 PM
Is it bad if I'm always the one that leads/ask questions in a conversation? There’s a difference between shyness and disinterest or indifference. Hopefully you can feel them out and see which is which. You don’t have to go super deep into your experiences, but people may think desperation if you don’t have enough ego to share your own experiences. It shows you are important. | /r/askTRP | 09/05/18 01:10 PM
Is it bad if I'm always the one that leads/ask questions in a conversation?Share some things about yourself in regards to the topic you created, intermittently, after they have answered, so the conversation is balanced. If you're the one always asking the questions, you may need to consider the quality of the people you're choosing to talk to. | /r/askTRP | 08/05/18 06:50 PM
Anybody have any success looks maxing with propecia/finasteride?Stay away from that stuff. Some people never recover their libido after starting. There are complete forums dedicated to post-finasteride sexual dysfunction. Proceed at your own risk. I say just buzz it and move on. | /r/askTRP | 08/05/18 06:45 PM
Any analogies on women's fluctuating emotions?Awesome. | /r/askTRP | 02/05/18 07:42 PM
How do you work on sexual performance without overly compromising quality of women?Sleep with whoever you want and don't be so critical of yourself. You can practice on an 8 & 9 as easily as you can practice on a 6. Sleeping with 6's doesn't put you in a box, only you can do that to yourself. Fuck, cum, repeat. | /r/askTRP | 02/05/18 07:38 PM
Do women's vaginas generally smell unpleasant? If they've just had a shower and it smells rank, somethings up. I've known women in the past who were douching to stay "fresh" and it backfired on them. Messed up the normal bacterial flora in their vaginal tract. Smell's like Tom cat piss if it's off. Repulsive. If it smells bad directly after they've had a shower, and they actually washed down there, they need to get it checked out. Could be an infection. | /r/askTRP | 02/05/18 07:23 PM
[FR] Be as hot as possible.Good for you man. Congrats on the improvement. I would still wrap it up though, I don't care what they say. First, you don't know if they're being honest, second, she may have contracted something and has never had symptoms nor ever been tested. Not trying to scare you, but I've never been with a single woman in my life who's asked me to wear a condom and I can tell you they weren't all saints. Protect yourself. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/04/18 07:19 PM
Found my biological father after 30 yearsGood for you, that's amazing. Contact him. One of our sole purposes in life is to pass on our genetics. It may be life changing for the both of you in a good way. My ex-wife found her birth mother when she was in her late twenties. She was adopted as an infant. Now she has another mother, and my kids have another grandmother. We spent a great deal of time with her. She still follows me on Facebook and Instagram and I'm no longer married to her daughter. Hope it goes well for you. | /r/askTRP | 30/04/18 07:11 PM
Why am I having dreams about blue pill relationships?I wouldn't necessarily consider these blue pill moments. IMO, you can have these types of moments and still be on the red pill side of things in much the same way I think you can be in an LTR or married and still be alpha/red pill. | /r/askTRP | 30/04/18 07:03 PM
I keep seeing on TRP "you're the prize" but what does it actually mean?I think it's learnable. Some people are born with the self-confidence at seeing themselves this way. It's like saying, "she's lucky to be with me and not the other way around." I think this lies on an continuum. It's not the same as narcissism. Narcissism is based in insecurity. Call "you're the prize mindset" extreme confidence. The more confidence you have, as many here have pointed out, the greater your SMV is and therefore, the more appealing you will be. | /r/askTRP | 30/04/18 06:57 PM
Why do women dislike seeing low-SMV men improve themselves / become successful. It's threatening to them because your status is changing. | /r/askTRP | 30/04/18 02:35 PM
Billionaires have more sons - further scientific evidence for TRP sexual theoryHmmm. I have 5 sons and I'm certainly not a billionaire. Ha. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/04/18 10:24 PM
