Dope advice, my friend.

Solution: watch it over the course of a few days. You'll miss out on a lot of the benefit if you don't actually watch it.

First off, stop thinking that she is "the one". Doing so easily leads to placing her on a pedestal and it's difficult to have any kind of genuine interaction with someone when you view them in such a light. Second (I don't know you personally, so this is more of a general statement than direct advice), don't be a pussy. Check out the sidebar and read up on the concept of escalation. Stagnation, in my opinion, is how guys slide into the friendzone (for lack of a better term). /my two cents

Be weary of the thought "Once I __, I'm going to start ___". While it initially may sound like a perfectly logical chain of thought, it can quickly and easily turn into an excuse.

I can relate. In my case, I feel that lack of escalation is a major cause, particularly in the form of touch(kino). The mindset of "Once she sees that I'm that I'm cool, funny, and insert_other_attribute_here, everything will fall into place" isn't the right one. It's great to express the bright side of your personality, but that's only one step.

"Yeah? Tell me then, how's the weather up there on your pedestal?"

In exercising outcome independence, you don't care if a particular person doesn't feel the conversation. Since your end goal isn't to illicit any kind of response, the next course of action would be to go and chat up other people and carry on just as you were.

Look further into Buddhism if this interests you. It's filled with potentially life altering wisdom without being overly religious.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
