Are you good? Has your coach approached you and asked if you'd want to be on the fight team? Do you regularly out perform the other people in your class? Do you train outside of class and on your own? Do you amateur box? Are you winning Jiu Jitsu tournaments? The answers to these questions matter. Like the most common sense compromise I can think of is why not compete it bjj tournaments and amateur boxing/muay thai?

You have an addiction. Withdrawal is always difficult. The best advice is to cold turkey it and push through the blizzard. It'll be a struggle. This is probably a longshot, but I live in the capital of South Carolina and one of the things I'm interested in is hunting deer and other animals.
