If you had it then you probably understand how undesirable it is. It must run in my family because, I have 3 other brothers and 2 of the 3 have it. Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback. As for the "hamster" comment.... Not really. I simply subbbed a few of the heavy chest exercises for hard cardio. It's not like I'm sitting around going "woe is me". I run 3 times a week, play soccer almost every afternoon, and do various exercises to compliment them. Although, I hear what you're saying and I'll take it into consideration.
