I have GAD amongst a host of other issues. I’ve had depression so bad it physically hurt to get out of bed and open a book. I’ve never stopped replying to ppl. Metal illness isn’t a get out of jail free pass unless it’s so severe you can not function in which case a month of therapy ain’t gonna cut it anyway and you should put dating and relationships on the back burner.
