That's why they do it. They know that overtly sexualizing a woman diminishes the woman's status in (our perverted) society, so it's an easy way for them to feel powerful. They know that it makes you feel hurt and violated and degraded and that's why they enjoy doing it. They get off on having power and control over a woman.

I think that's the main reason but the other reason why they sexualize is because their hormones tell them to do so and they think it's fun so they just give in to that desire.

While it is a reflection of society, Reddit really is like scraping the bottom of the barrel. It's mostly pornsick, neckbeard, incels. Nowadays I only open Reddit to FDS. Can't stand anything else.

I've also gotten so sick of being subject to the constant objectification and sexualization of women in media that I've really started to curate what I see on my social media, movies I watch, and the music I listen to. I remember being exposed to every aspect of a woman’s being sexualized and in the end it made me revolted by myself. In my early teens I had developed this internalized shame towards my own body.
