| 2 | Question about careersSwap out HVAC for plumber and you've got it. HVAC is typically the lowest paid trade out of electrician, plumber, and HVAC. Really can't go wrong with any skilled trades though. Welding, lineman, anything. Pay varies place to place but I'm very happy being a "dumb plumber" and making 70k+ a year. I try and get anyone that will listen to join a trade but it's incredibly difficult for some reason.
