When I’m at work, my time is their property. Within reason, if they need help with something unusual, I see it as an opportunity to kiss ass. You’ve got to let yourself be taken advantage of then ask to be rewarded for your “flexibility.” They bought you, now let them use you and stop complaining. Bosses hate complaining.

Very few foods have no carbohydrates in them. That being said, your body converts food into glucose, you don’t need to eat carbs to get glucose. What’s taking place is addiction. Carb heavy foods like spaghetti and ice cream give you a high and when you stop them you feel like shit for a week. You’ll have to question your diet on a fundamental level, it’s not working for you, for anybody. Take risks. Quit the grains. Get carbs from fruit. Get your fiber and vitamins/protein from meat and veggies…

I’m not an expert, but I lost 40 pounds in 5 months by just eliminating grains. I ate a ton of fruit...but absolutely NO white sugar aka “sugar” in the list of ingredients. White sugar is poison for the metabolism. Quit the grains, eat fruit, unrefined sweeteners (honey, evaporated cane juice or cane sugar, stevia). Seriously, I can binge on honey sweetened cookies and not gain an ounce...

There is a big difference in people’s natural fitness level because we all have a unique way of poisoning ourselves. I work out for 7 minutes 4 days each week and never count calories, I’m 34 and I think I look like a model, abs etc. I follow a very low carb diet, I NEVER eat grain, and lose weight light magic. Grain is really the key fattener. Farmers use it to fatten livestock. Just stop eating any grain, watch the pounds fall off!!

I have never been promiscuous but that’s kind of how I picture it in my head. There’s a good saying here: “To a woman, you are only either a dildo or an ATM.” I’ve never been able to separate my emotions from sex. Any woman with a promiscuous past who claims to be emotionally capable of falling in love appears as a liar to me.

I know what you are describing and it is horrible. If you lose your job, take the opportunity to move away from your wife. Look at how much she has taken from you, and what do you get for this? Bad sex once per month? This woman is abusing you, you are better off alone!

Don’t even look at them. Keep your sight down when you walk. If an ass or even mane of hair enters your vision, look away. If your hormones start acting up, remind yourself that she wants to do that to you, to make you SUFFER. How can you desire someone who wants to make you suffer?

I really really hated women for years. I went Nofap, found it felt better to have no desire than to fap every day. After that, my life got so easy that I laugh at women instead of hating them. So, once your life is obviously better without women, you’ll be grateful they are so nasty and undesirable.

I wish I had a friend like that. I had one when I was young but my parents(!) started talking about me being gay. Then he got a girlfriend and I got eliminated, karma struck him for his betrayal of me and he became a father at 16 after she raped him in his sleep.

Out in public it’s really easy to not stare at tits and ass when I remind myself that my mental peace will be gone if I do. Movies and video games have been really difficult to deal with. My apartment is not very clean but orderly. Libido goes away once caloric content drops to near starvation levels, I was so hungry I felt sick. I’m convinced our genitals are programmed like a mosquito bite. The more you itch it, the more it itches. The more I trigger the sexual hormone release, which feels goo…

I call bullshit on this study. If you told men that redheads had the tightest pussies men would be turned on by red hair. Therefore, women getting turned on by a Mercedes has fuck-all to do with mating strategy and and EVERYTHING to do with women being greedy, money obsessed robots. Proof: if money was the sexiest thing to women why is it they divorce-rape these guys the minute they can get away with it? It doesn’t add up. Rich men like to delude themselves in thinking they’ve tapped in to a woman’s instinct for resources. Well, if you’ve tapped in to her instincts why does she divorce-rape you and ditch you the moment she’s got your money? All you tapped in to is a woman’s greed and sick lust for power.

Women consider child raising “an unpaid work.” You’re doing them a favor by replacing them with cows. At least a cow is loyal and will return when you feed it... ...that hurt to type. A cow is more loyal than a human female. Shameful

I didn’t count. I was trying zero carbs and ate everything that qualified in my house and didn’t feel like going shopping for a couple days; long story. It’s typical to lose libido when you’re not eating enough, it is not a healthy way to lower your libido I don’t think.

My ex praised me ad nauseum throughout our relationship. After we broke up, she started emailing me saying I was an abusive narcissist. I was chronically depressed for a long time over women. I coincidentally stopped masturbating for no real reason, just grossed out by it I guess. Then I noticed I felt a ton better. To use metaphor, all of my five senses are in erotic pleasure all day long. My depression seems gone, along with my social anxiety. The trick to doing this is to avoid sexual stimulation, i.e. don’t stare at women, stop looking at porn, etc. Your hormones will balance and you will rapidly feel at peace. But judging f…

Think logically, for example, accept she is a NAWALT. If that’s true then she will acknowledge and RESPECT any boundaries you place. Go ahead and place your boundaries (no quick marriage, no cohabitation for years, no kids for years, no ‘financing’ the relationship, no unprotected sex). Then watch. Watch! Within weeks she will begin gently pushing against your boundaries. Continue to use your logic to protect yourself. For example, she’s trying to violate your boundaries. That’s what she will do…

I don’t look any different. My libido went down because of lack of calories, so my normal “self-maintenance” routine became undesirable. After a few days, the idea of sex/fapping at all took on a grotesque light. Then a few days after that, I feel purer in my head. It’s like the horny energy is rising from my crotch into my head, like my mind is sensitive and aroused, but not sexually. Like I said, my confidence went up for no clear reason suddenly, along with the sudden drop in sexual interest.

Make the decision while you’re thinking clearly and calmly. You could meet a chick who clouds your thinking and then wham 18 years go by and you’re old and worn out from kids. Where do you draw the line between criticism of women and hatred of women? There is really no bad thing you can say about women that isn’t true. I can just think of any horrible criticism and wonder if women are generally guilty of it, and the answer is yes.

Isn’t it funny how when she was 25 she hid how many dates she’s going on and now she’s telling you exactly how many she goes on? You cannot imagine the privilege and luxury a pre-wall woman enjoys. Post-wall, she’s left with nothing but MGTOWs who “fuck” her then call her a slut online.

You’re thinking in terms of “she’s still getting tons of dick so therefore there is no wall,” which in our eyes sounds pretty nice, hardly a wall. But, for her, there is a huge difference in her reality before and after the wall. The Wall is when she begins showing signs of age, which is her uterus advertising it’s own expiration date. We men can spot aging on a woman pretty easily, and it changes our behavior toward her. She may still get way more sex then a man could dream of, but her reality …

Bad boys aren’t bad? Consider the behavior of the women who chase so called bad boys: pretty bad, right? Self obsessed, callous thrill seeking, and exploiting; these are the three character traits that make up the dark-triad male, or the bad boy, the most attractive men. And yes, just because women still get attention after 30 doesn’t mean the wall is a myth. The Wall is the term used to describe the age when a woman’s youthfulness begins fading fast.

I doubt society is doomed. There will always be humans breeding. If it’s made worth it again, men will build cities again. Hell, I’d destroy myself to lift my brothers up, simply out of boredom. To reiterate, women are not attracted, sexually or otherwise, to money. They just want it because of unchecked greed. Nor are they attracted to fat, which in the wild would mean a mate is successful (not weak). Powerful men who are NOT well off financially are extremely rare. Sounds like you’re falling for more BS, unless you can show me a poor powerful man with tons of sex appeal.

Parents would have children if nuclear war was happening. They would have kids surrounded by rabid wolves. They don’t care about the fate of their child, only about leaving a stupid legacy. If you can’t understand why a parent would have kids, it’s because parents are stupid and they don’t do logical things. Only stupid people breed, you’ll never understand why because there’s no explaining idiocy.

The sick reality is that women seek out sexual assault and carry it like a trophy. “I’m so much hotter than all my friends because I got groped at a Jay-Z concert back in 1999.” Then when it’s trendy for all the women to air their trophies, they speak out. “/#metoo!” If you were so upset about it at the time, why not do something then, since obviously you’re not actually afraid of backlash/retaliation?

Yeah, I remember girls being very aggressive at puberty. It’s traumatic for girls to be schooled with same-age boys because when girls hit puberty all the boys in their classes reject them! We should school our kids with girls two years older than boys. Makes a lot more sense.

That’s true if you look at the actual number of eggs vs sperms, but women don’t get pregnant every year. Plus it’s not socially acceptable to have a different baby daddy every year. So socially we’re about equal in terms of value. Soon enough (if not already) you’ll have women begging men to marry them. It’ll go from ‘men are cheap and plentiful’ to ‘I’m on my knees, please marry me and my five friends.’ There’ll be no transition. It’s going to be hilarious.

That's what I'm saying; cold weather has a less powerful effect on the body tissue than holding an ice pack against it. I'm claiming that ice is a vasoconstrictor, like nicotine, meaning it squeezes your blood vessels and slows blood flow. This slowed blood flood seems likely to cause poor healing, or failed healing. Look up what happens when a vasoconstrictor like nicotine is used after a big surgery, that's proof vasoconstrictors are not good for wounds when used in excess. Mgtow friends, THIN…

Being in cold air and pressing a frozen object against your body are very different things, right? Imagine being put on ice in the clothes you wear out usually in the winter. It's different. Ice will kill your skin, a cold day will make you annoyed.
/r/MGTOW12/10/17 03:29 AM
1

Ice causes a reduction in circulation to the area of application. The body does this to maintain the temperature of the blood. This also explains the anesthetic effect of the ice. You're literally slowing the blood supply to the injury with ice. Redness appears on the skin as the circulatory system protects the skin from freezing. Blood that is loaded with nutrients and energy required for healing a wound or injury is pinched off from the area. Some scientific facts are believed dogmatically. If…

I thought more about your response. I frankly have a difficult time pinpointing what women are better at or even equal to generally than men besides deception. Also, I doubt you have any idea how women in FGM countries handle circumcision. I still think that men are hella tougher than women spiritually. And no, the outbursts are not infrequent, they're the norm. I honestly wonder how ladies can ever be happy going from one meltdown to the next. But this is irrelevant to OP.

Yes. Baldness is unexplainable. If we knew what caused it, we'd fix it. So perhaps the the experts' mistake is that it is a 'condition ' needing fixing at all. It is no coincidence that bladness begins after puberty, and often with it. It's a fact that baldness is not a symptom of aging, but an appearance of maturation, JUST LIKE A BEARD. 50% of Caucasian men are balding by age 50. The only way to prevent it is castration, so it follows that it's a sign of virility. Women shun bald men because bald men are rarely on TV. This might have been a theory of only my herbalists teacher, I don't know. The idea is that being numb interferes with the way nerves heal. It's an interesting idea and one that made me use ice sparingly. I'm not saying,"ice damages you every time." But I'm not saying something common either and that's my first mistake

My first girlfriend and I lived together when I was 24, she was 21. A year of this and she's telling her family I'm hitting her. She WAS hitting me but I never retaliated. I even tried to have her arrested and removed from my house for punching my face in my sleep but the cops told me to leave or go to jail.

I did not take anything before the operation, even OTC pain relievers. I would drive myself again but if a ride is convenient and available, get a ride. The anesthesia he injects was enough for the 30 minute ride home but I should've take the codeine tablet asap instead of at home.

My understanding was that application of ice causing an abnormally cold environment (enough to deaden the nerve responses!) can cause the nerves to heal incorrectly sometimes. It still makes sense to me.

Well, consider that our body never tells us when we need sunlight. Or that our body tells us to eat ice cream twice a day. Our body depends on our decision making skills to survive. It only takes a few hours of dehydration to make our body go into eco mode with water and ease up our appetite for water. Force that 2 liters each day and you'll never want to stop you feel so good!

I believe simply serving humanity and being content with having enough is a much more virtuous state of being than being "successful"-which now means "loaded with cash from whatever means possible." The average person has two chronic diseases by age 60. Then twenty years later you'll be a corpse. You'd never hang on to your ideal life, anyway. You fantasized about something that is impossible. There was no light, and according to studies, seeing a light is uncommon. Everything looked the same, but translucent. Sight itself was a different experience. I could see 360 degrees, and well, seeing had some "features" we don't have while looking through flesh. I can't describe all the details of my senses, there's just no comparison.

Because my dad wouldn't do it, as a child, it automatically made me think my mother was perfectly innocent, and that all the stuff about my dad was true. If he had calmly explained that my mother had been 'not nice' in specific ways, I would have begun to doubt what my mother said. It took years to forgive my dad for what was really nothing at all.

This is who women are attracted to, not me. I'm the beta bux guy, attractive, but nothing like 'Chad' to her. Therefore when she ovulates, she's thinking about the Chads, not me, her husband or boyfriend, and then her womb empties making her dumber and angrier; during that time they reveal their deep resentment for me, and all of men.

My three sisters lied to me about what women like so I became more feminine and gentle. This made me a virgin until I was 24, then dated or slept with 6 girls in the last 8 years, all were intolerable. I realized I'd never let my friends treat me that way, so why let women? In the search for a perfect girl, I realized that all the healthy women were pseudo-prostitutes with bad historys. I started to hate women and did google searches like "why are all women bad" and "American women are terrible"…

I lived among the homeless in a warm climate for three months. Even with $3,000 in a money belt it was uncomfortable and soul destroying. I disagree with the kill or be killed conclusion. This is only how things appear on the surface. According to the legends of many unconnected ancient cultures, humans could communicate with plants and animals telepathically. This eliminated violence. Fruit was abundant around the globe then, and we only ate flesh to euthanize the sick or injured. I believe this planet is very sick. All life forms are in crisis and this is unnatural. There was never a patriarchy that oppressed women any more than it oppressed men. What REALLY existed was a set of moral codes for both genders that forced us all to evolve above our instincts. And while I'm at it, women have NEVER been barred from the workforce. They've been managers, business owners, receptionists, chemists, carpenters, etc from the START.
