My GAL flat out said the wife should be stripped of custody and it should be transferred to me. Wife is making false accusations that I sodomized our son. My son has told them it didn’t happen, social services never ordered anything or even reported it GAL believes she is crazy (i have a court ordered psych evaluation for her). She even almost came out of the witness stand to attack me, She’s also blatantly ignored the first order. Her excuse for not telling the courts she moved was I forgot…,bu…

I do agree with OP. Theres a lot of salt here, but sometimes you just gotta rant. Were here to support listen and give what advice we can. Im seperated 2 months at this point. Divorce is depressing, thats the point. The emotions tied to it are the same as the death of a loved one. In a manner it is. I do see a lot of the light at the end of the tunnel posts, but thats usually from guys a few years down the road. I'm facing my first actual custody trial with a seperated spouse who has Bipolar. Co…

Blacksmithing. U can get a basic anvil forge tongs and hammer on Amazon for about 300$. Pound some steal. Hot fire heavy tools can beat the hell out of it. Very therapeutic. Hell you might even make a few extra $. Blackbear forge on YouTube. That man is the Bob Ross of smithing. Teach you everything you want to know.

Man this sounds rough. It’s almost a running theme here. I to am facing a separation and most likely a divorce from someone with bipolar. She was never outwardly mean and honestly she was fairly supportive. The only things we really ever fought about were I wanted more time with her and she wanted more space. Honestly for the most part there was more good than bad. However roughly 7 years ago she latched onto the idea that I cheated on her. With no proof she put me through hell, and eventually c…

That is an excellent question. He really hasn't told me what he plans exactly.

I am just starting this Journey myself. Small back story. Wife ran away with my son about 2 weeks ago. Checked into a social services safe house, and is accusing me of sexual assault against my son.. All BS and completely unfounded and without proof. I was able to get before the judge ex parte and have temporary custody. I finally had my first visitation weekend with my son these past two days. Judge and the guardian ad litem seem to be on my side so far. Best two days in quite a while. I know i…

Unfortunately the state I live in doesn't consider it parental kidnapping untill custody papers are filed, and they are making we wait a week to do so.

Day 3 nothing…. I would watch my mom die a 100 times again compared to this pain…. Cheating I could forgive, she could have done anything to me I would have forgiven, but this, this is cruel.

Thanks for that advice. I intend to still be picky, just happy I get some help. It's a referral service, so I should know in the next couple hours who is actually available that does family law around me. I may still chose the original.

Fortunately I discovered the place I work has attorney benefits. Free 30 min consultation and a 25% discount.

I'm in the process of it. Had a consultation, but the guy has a 2500$+ retainer. Charges 350$ an hr. But yes I am actively seeking an attorney.

She has only one debit card she has access too and she has stoped using it. I can only assume she borrowed money or sold the wedding ring I gave her at this point. She's being very careful with that and has blocked and removed me from any and all access to her devices. Online GPS trackers are a joke. She has alienated me from any and all of her firends. Only thing I have to go on right now is her Job, where these friends are. So yeah....

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
