I couldn’t keep it hard for a while and eventually started trying pills which would vary in terms of efficiency. It lasted for maybe two to three months, mainly due to emotional/mental issues from my divorce, i felt guilty that it wasn’t my wife plus I had been cheated on so you can imagine that’ll ruin your confidence (she’d been having an affair). Eventually it started working again .

Stay out of it. I know it's hard to just standby and watch an ex struggle even of you've been hurt by her but middling in her new life especially her love life will do you no good. You'll just push her farther away. I'm not suggesting to ignore/stay away from her If she specifically ask you for help but if she says she's happy than you just gotta move on and of you feel he's a threat than definitely apply for custody of the child.

Yea the fuck with her. She cheated on you and now is hoping for your blessings to remarry. I'd understand if it had ended on good terms due to both wanting different things but to betray you and then have the nerve for this shit.

Right we separated about 5-6 months ago and didn't try to date or even talk to women until about two months ago. Nothing major happened as i wasn't that interested in any one and then this one stuck around as we started as just friends. I've accepted mentally marriage is over and it's a thing of the past. Won't lie at first i was very much in denial and torn up. I blamed myself and thought i could win her back, stupid i know considering i was very loving and spoiled the hell out of her. Extremel…

If there was no physical affair I'd like to thing theres still a good chance. Unfortunately in my case there was and so it's complicated. I know the correct move is to just move on and not look back but i can't help but feel the way I do and her herself is still into me. We met again a couple days ago to catch up and go over living arrangements for the dogs . Well eventually we both got sentimental and well while we didn't go all the way we did end up shirtless and making out. Just friends is th…

I didn't mean any disrespect with the whining part and I'm sorry if it came across that way. I can admit that I pleased and begged at first even after the shock that she had been having an affair. I was and still am very much an emotional mess. I gave up trying after i realized how little she cared which truth be told hurt a lot more than the cheating. I truly hope it all works out for you bro and definitely keep working on yourself. I'm doing the same cus there's not much else we can do right, …

Best of luck to you brother. My wife and I just separated less then a month ago and just like you i also didn't want to let it end. She had made the choice and had been having an affair. Even then like an idiot I wanted to make it work as i couldn't accept what was happening. I'll be 27 in January and had been with her since we were about 16.. At a certain point all your whining and efforts to talk it out will have a negative reaction to your cause. she made the choice to end it and the more you…

Does it make any difference that now after several days of intense and sincere communication i have an answer. She told me crying that at some point in our relationship she stopped loving me as a partner and started to love me more as a friend. Simply put she might've cared and love me but she wasn't in love with me anymore,no spark . That honestly hurt more to hear than the shock of the affair. We also talked about how we got way to comfortable with each other and both stopped trying thus a lac…

I know you're right regardless of how much i still love her it's obvious she's go no respect left for me nor our marriage. In your experience did you rush into casual sex and if so do you feel like it's needed to get the moving on and getting over someone phase started or should I just follow my gut and stay away from any dating apps and bars for a few months cus I'm an emotional mess.

No kids fortunately. At the moment i cant even begin to think of myself being with someone else, i know i don't owe her anything but I'd still feel guilty and i just don't know how I should feel.

Out of curiosity was the friendship between you two completely ruined and how soon should I stop communicating with her. While I'm angry and hurt i still truly love her and considered her my best friend. We've had some communication since and it seems like it be a pretty divorce minus the emotional trauma. She's agreed to split things together based off what we felt entitled to with no lawyers . We don't have any property nor kids.
