It actually makes me happy that it was a woman who told the guy what was going on. And it saddens me that all of those men didn't. The question is: why? Maybe they would've spoken up if they weren't "force-fed" that "knowledge" that only women can get taken advantage of? Maybe we shouldn't only focus on one gender's issues with date rape? We need unbiased education on topics such as this one.

Rape is when a person is unwillingly forced into any form of sex. If a person was able to object but did not, it is not a rape. If a person regrets her decision ONLY after or during sex, it is not a rape. And intoxication is not an excuse for being unable to say "no".
