Reality check: You aren't superior to the average person if you are working in retail.

Here's a tip: Read the sidebar.

What do you think is my right course of action? Forget about her, find another girl. What could I have done better along the way? Value your time more and don't fall into her frame - if you allow yourself to be flaked on last minute, she will take advantage of that (which is exactly what she did). What should my actions/attitude be between now and when she gives me a plan for the weekend? I think it's way too late for you to continue doing anything with this girl. Go radio silence.

I did feel this way, but much less now than before TRP. I hit puberty the latest out of everyone I know, starting at about age 17-18, when I was in my senior high school year. Being that far behind sucked, and it felt like a major setback until I realized that I could use it to my advantage - hitting the gym and doing sports now will benefit me in the long run more than anyone my age who isn't a late bloomer. I'm still behind many people I know who are my age, but it no longer feels disheartenin…

The only solution that will bring about a mentality shift is talking to other girls. Abundance mentality is what you're looking for. Read the sidebar and lurk a little more.

The pros outweigh the cons in most sports. The only sports where the cons might outweigh the pros are things like chess, e-sports and other sports with low physical involvement. Doing sports improves your agility, strength, physique and mind. High risk of injury applies to only certain sports, and there are usually many methods of effective injury prevention. Sports are not about getting women left and right - it's about yourself, much like lifting. Stop worrying about girls being focused on the…

It's not oneitis Sounds like you're in denial. The general rule is that if you're writing more than a sentence about a girl you haven't fucked yet, it's oneitis. From what I figure, you were an orbiter then and you're still an orbiter now. You don't orbit her closely anymore, but you still give her the attention she craves and letting yourself be walked all over. There never was nor will there ever be a chance for you to get with this girl. You won't be 'nexting' her, she has nexted you a very l…

Help her out when she can't do something herself - like move furniture, open a jar or pickles or walk after you fucked her brains out. She's checking to see if you will white knight for her, don't fall for the trap. If you won't do it, she will ask one of her other orbiters to threaten the dude, and you won't even have to get involved.

This doesn't seem like your problem. Don't tell him anything, let her handle it.

My least favorite part about this subreddit are people who overanalyze generic Hollywood action movies and cry about the "cringeworthy feminist agenda bluepill bullshit" they're filled with. Who gives a shit? First it was Mad Max, now it's San Andreas. What's next? Save all the RedPill/BluePill stuff for the real world, where it actually matters. Enjoy the movie for what it is - cinematography, writing, acting and special effects.

Now it's not okay because you've told the fucking internet, and now we know you're a little crying pussy bitch. But seriously, who gives a shit? Does it make you feel good? Yes? Then cry.

Don't do this, you're only making it worse on yourself. Sure, the dude will get a black eye and look physically weak for a minute, but you might end up with assault charges, possible jailtime, and you will look like a dickhead who can't keep his temper. Aggressive douchebags are just like online trolls - the only winning move in their game is not to play.

Radio silence is a proven method of holding frame in these situations. If she flakes without a good reason, she doesn't care. Chances are, she already forgot about you and lost you among the 20,000 other men trying to bang her on tinder/okc. Even in the case that you end up looking butthurt, you won't ever talk again, so who really cares?

No, but barring yourself from alpha traits is beta. There are unemployed 30-year-old virgin men who are 300 pounds overweight and still live with their parents. Are these men happy? Some are - they enjoy spending all of their time on the computer playing video games with their online friends whilst hugging their anime pillows, and they will do nothing to change that. Are these men alpha by your standards because they are happy, regardless of where their life philosophy stems from?

A lot of men carefully consider many things and still remain beta. It is one thing to reason out that self-improvement (lifting, eating right, socializing, etc) is beneficial, then setting firm goals and sticking to your own rules (approach at least once every night, do at least X amount of reps of an exercise, eat at least Y amount of Z daily, etc), and another to reason(?) to strictly follow rules set by some book (especially when the rules are blue pill as fuck). In addition, I never said eve…

This particular conviction is beta. Alphas make their own convictions, often regardless of morals, and don't follow some arbitrary rules set by a book.

I love how you say you've swallowed the red pill, became your own man - an unstoppable force, an immovable object who bends down to no one and then in the same sentence you say you're religious and can't do something your religion forbids. lol Alphas are leaders, betas are followers. Jesus is the real alpha here, meanwhile you're on your knees sucking his cock because you're still beta as fuck. Good luck bud

She got angry when I would go and see my other friends, one of whom was a man with kids, if I was out past 8 or 9pm. Who cares? You're an adult and she has no right to control your life. You want to be out until 10pm? 11pm? 3am? Then do it. If she doesn't like it, that's her problem. She was so angry she just closed off completely. She then told me to sleep on the couch. I obeyed. Does she pay for the bed? No? Then fuck what she thinks. Sleep where you want, when you want - it's your house. she …

Don't go anywhere you don't feel comfortable going. The guy's gone, so instead of crying and mourning his death, go out and celebrate his life. Go drinking with your friends and make a toast in his memory. You're not showing him any respect by showing up to the funeral, you're showing respect to the rest of his family. If you care about that, then go. If you don't, then don't.

Sounds like you might have an anger problem. If someone is giving you shit, either brush them off or confront them without the use of violence. Watch this video and pay attention to what Tom Cruise is saying/doing. He not only solved the problem without any violence, but he made the dude look like a child. Tom held his frame and the journalist probably cried himself to sleep that night.

It's different for everyone, that's for sure. I'm offering one of many solutions to his problem. Sometimes quitting right away works, but if you are far into the problem, often times it is beneficial to slowly control and eventually cut it out rather than quit cold turkey. It all depends on the level of addiction.

These are my limits (I don't follow them strictly, but then again, I don't have a drinking problem): Getting utterly wasted - once per year (or never), getting shitfaced - once per 6 months, getting drunk - once per 3 months, getting tipsy - once a month. Ideally, cut it out entirely. Start off slow - 5th of vodka 2 times a week, then 1 time a week, then limit yourself to 5 beers a week, then 4, then 3, 2, 1 and let it fade into obscurity. When you feel like you are truly in control, you can let…

"Hey, I know this abandoned factory where we can shoot up some heroin. Meet me at ___." "Let's go do a drive-by. Bring your piece." "I'm going to urinate on the homeless tonight, come along." These are 100% foolproof, they work every time. But seriously, don't overthink it and have fun with it. Keep it simple, short and to the point. Also remember to be free from outcome - go out and get drinks, and invite her to come along. Even if she flakes, have a good time at the bar or club and meet other …
