I wouldn't bother adding it. Like I said, only a minority of people suffer the crippling issues associated with being rejected. The majority of people I know would benefit from the article as written, and would start seeing immediate results. Though I suppose it wouldn't hurt the flow of the article to add in a blurb or footnote on how the results may be less immediate for some. But it otherwise reads fine.

This is easily the single most important piece of advice for (soon to be former) AFC's just starting out. Especially those experiencing AA -- which is likely most of them. I just have one caveat. For a few, the benefits of rejection described in that article won't be immediately forthcoming. In my case, when I first started out, I felt every rejection down to my deepest core. The embarrassment, shame, and knowledge that someone thought less of me was crushing, and I couldn't stop fixating on how…

I take it to mean that interest began to wane because of a bad first kiss. Keep in mind that this info is compiled in an eHarmony infographic, a company whose statistical skills are very questionable. Still, good general advice though.

No problem. You're right that there is a different set of laws covering footage taken for commercial use and/or broadcasted publicly. Again it varies state by state.

In states that require consent by all parties being recorded, the public vs private distinction doesn't mean much. Rather the expectation is that you aren't being secretly recorded, wherever that may be. The act of recording without everyone's consent is alone enough to be in violation of the statute. Edit: meant to say "knowledge" instead of "consent". You don't necessarily need their consent, but you definitely need to let them know you're doing it.

Obviously that's not an option. Just letting you know, so if you do do it in a state where it's illegal, you'll at least know to keep it on the down low. Edit: I changed my mind. Be alpha and say that to her upfront. It's potentially charming.

Depends on the state. In states with one-party consent, what you say is true. But some states require the consent of all the parties to the conversation. Source: I'm a lawyer.

I presume you would also be recording the other person? If so, and you're doing it without their knowledge, I suggest you check local laws on wire tapping and recording public conversations without consent. In the U.S., for example, many states make doing this illegal unless you have the permission of all parties being recorded. Just an FYI. Otherwise, it's a great idea, and will be a very useful tool in figuring out how to improve.

Then no harm no foul. He definitely wouldn't have closed the deal if he bought into her game, so him doing nothing was the best strategy. If she never came back he'd be in the same position as he would if he chased after her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
