I’m 31, active duty military and have had multiple jobs. I’m not naive. If he goes about it the right way, they might actually realize he’s right.

Or maybe they’ll realize that it’s wrong and completely outdated. Maybe they’ll allow him to rewrite it and train employees the correct way. Either you stand up for what you know is right, or you continue to let this propaganda be spread and don’t stand your ground. It is 2021, where there’s more jobs available than workers, and you could post a resume saying you’d show up to work and get a bunch of job offers.
