Feminist: non-consensual sex is rape.

Man: I got raped.

Feminist: no, rape is only penis-in-vagina

Feminists are inconsistent in the definition of rape. Feminists are very consistent in holding diametrically opposed definitions of rape such that their opposed definitions of rape consistently produce a bias against men.

I was taught that rape happens when one person violates another's sexual autonomy, no matter how it happens. In other words, non-consensual sex.

I admit though that I believed early on that men were more likely to rape women than vice-versa. I attribute that assumption to a man's greater physical strength overall. However, even then I didn't believe that men CAN"T be raped; I just didn't think that it happened that way nearly as often.

Of course, this was all before I started to get familiar with specific rape statutes and also the problem of male rape in prisons.

Rape can be defined anyway number of ways. Typically it’s defined not only by penetration but by who is penetrated. This is precisely why in cases of intoxicated consensual sex the male is the rapist and the female the rape victim even though they both consented under the same condition. In heterosexual sex, males typically penetrate and females are typically penetrated which makes the male the rapist and female the victim by definition. It’s very biased.

There are still some places, such as Georgia that define rape specifically as a crime men commit against women. Again, it’s incredibly biased.

Wait, are you referring to the state of Georgia in the US or the country between Europe and Asia?

Georgia USA. Rape defined:

(a) A person commits the offense of rape when he has carnal knowledge of:

(1) A female forcibly and against her will; or

(2) A female who is less than ten years of age.

Carnal knowledge in rape occurs when there is any penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ. The fact that the person allegedly raped is the wife of the defendant shall not be a defense to a charge of rape.

Of course. It has to be where I live.

According to feminists, you can get raped by somebody merely looking at you, so not,it does not.

[–]Kindly-Town -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Their intent is to keep men from accusing women.

Yes but the irony is that a penis is an internal organ. If someone forcibly touches your glans underneath your foreskin and ridged band then they penetrated your body. Circumcision is rape for this reason and it leaves a man raped for life until he restores his foreskin or foregen regenerates it. But people forget the penis is an internal organ because circumcision makes it exposed.
