FGM and MGM are not identical. Skin around the head of the penis vs skin around the clitoris (aka the clitoral hood) have an incredibly different role to play biologically and have an immense difference in nerve endings. Children cannot make informed consent. If an adult wants a circumcision then they are able to get one. The historic part of circumcision is rather weird but you can find it in the Bible. Im not a moil (the circumcizer) or a rabbi so this is based off of what I have heard. In the ritual, the excess skin is cut off. Some jews have a "tight" cut which is essentially all foreskin being removed. Some jews have a "looser" cut which is some skin was partially removed. FGM is not a jewish practice. Unfortunately, this steps onto the toes of religious liberties and practices which are protected. The easiest thing would be to phase it out culturally. Not circumcize your kids, let your friends know about it. Raise awareness. Etc. But legally, there isn't much you can do.

I would love to have a look of that list. I had something similar of my college group mates when in partnerships for classwork. That way if they decided to fuck the group over, I just sent it to the professor. Documented. Stamped. Done. Only needed to do it 2x, but each time, it saved my ass and the rest of the groups.

Go for it. This sounds like abuse to the child and certainly abuse to yourself. I would get counseling. Did she get full custody? Because if not, take her ass to court. That's in full violation of any custody agreement. Even if you get 0.01% custody, that's still custody. Cutting you off 100% is against the deal and you can take her ass to court.

This definitely sounds like abuse especially if your kid is wetting the bed. Definitive proof (ie photos) are going to be the best thing to serve to a judge/court if you should proceed with that route.(which I would do, personally) There is always the ability of a CPS checkup. Orgo 2 is easy for some and hard for others. It also definitely depends on the professor. I took it 2x. The first time I failed because the professor would make the tests and homeworks nearly impossible to do unless you were sucking off the TAs. The 2nd time, the professor put more emphasis of understanding the mechanisms than anything else and it made me get an A.
