First of all thanks for this head on suggestions. Above the points: I quite recently let the MMA to enroll in a course of Salsa and together I'm returning to the gym so I hope to gain again some kilos in the next months. With my stats, what do you think could be the minimum reasonable target (73 kg?)? Above the style, honestly, I don't know what to do. When I wear my jeans-shirt-rings I feel comfortable and I like it but maybe it's not okay... really I dunno. Do you have some resource to read/se…

woo that's interesting because I was thinking that I have been quite honest here. I mean, I just tried to evaluate myself. What did you think about it? I'm really curious

Thanks, Given that it seems that the first reason could be the more appropriate one in my case, and not taking in consideration the "circumstance part", what do you suggest to improve my social skills?

Body: I'm bit below my "best shape" but still there're tons of men with bodies way worst than mine.Right now I'm 70 kg x 178 cm; not big but with a 3-4 months of gym I seem the classic sport man, not a body builder, clearly, but when I start to dating someone, usually I get some good feedback. So I'm not impressive but I hardly doubt that here lies the problem. Style: not bad, not good. I'm not the stylish guy of the hood but, as the fitness part, I'm not in a repelling situation. Grooming: here…

The way to accept in your subconcious that approaching is a normal thing that is ok to do in a world where masculinity is "toxic" is to not give 2 shits about the outcomes of your interactions. But I suppose that the quoted part is not a problem for me. I don't think that approaching is a bad thing and I don't care about the fem-nazi tale about the toxic masculinity: I'm proud to be a man. You said it, and I believe it, the approach should be normal and natural. As I said, I suppose the problem …

How is this a problem? This becomes a problem when your life moves on and all the source of new girls finish (end the university, changed city, etc). hehe

You can give your luck a helping hand by starting a conversation with a woman without looking for other things. Almos the 95 % of my approaches were indirect one. But, as I wrote, after the "opening-little chit-chat" part I don't move to the flirting part. It has never been a problem breaking the ice in my life; I think I'm quite sociable if I don't think to pick up anyone.

I'll try in any case with the "friendly date" but I understood what you said about "answer too complex to be a shit test" and I like it! Thanks

Many thanks. Honesly I was quite shocked after her message because I was quite sure about this one because her signals were sooo huge and clear! And no, she doesn't act in the same way with the other colleagues. Honesly, WTF hahaha

Sorry, bad english. I worked in that place. I changed and actually she is one of my formal coworkers. But still I can't understand if this is a real "no" or I should go out with her and do my game like she didn't say anything. EDIT after your edit (lol): okay, gotcha. So if it was just a test would be more easy like "no, I'm not sure"?

From my experience this doesn't work! Maybe it works if you're really handsome so women will stare at you at first and you can give the message that you're more important than them and/or you're not interested in their beauty. If you're not so handsome, it's way better to seem open and easy-going smiling to the people.

So from your perspective you will never find someone that is better than you in any situation? I can be better than him in the gym (-true-) but I can not start to squat in the kitchen during a party when he starts to play his guitar. lol.

The most important signal from a woman isn't eye contact. It's proximity. Source? Thanks

I don't know if this could help you and honestly I don't know if this could help me given we have more or less the same problem but I think hire an escort for 2-3 times could be useful if you have NOT any other mental disorder. If your problems are more deep I think it could be a good idea to speak with a therapist (as I'm doing)

Can I find them into "the book of Pook" or they're a summary of one of Pook's post? To be honest, I always missed the XIV point. How can I improve in that area if I have few opportunities?

I suppose I'd find more comfortable with a women because I'd feel less pressure and less competition speaking with a female than with a man. You know, speaking with an older guy about my lack of expertise with women could be hard. I don't know, I'll give them a chance

Great post. Very very good, thanks man! Get a therapist, preferably male and older than you Why? I'm thinking to get a therapist but I'd prefer to go to a female therapist. I don't know why, I'm thinking I'd find myself more comfortable to speak with a woman.

I approached about 30 girls a week for some 78 consecutive weeks I'm wondering how you could have sticked with this plan (I'm really interested because I'd like to start again with the Game). I had zero to few positive responses (from cold approachs) so I started to lose a lot of motivation pretty soon and therefore I approached 1/3 of your girls in the double of times. Right now, I'm not anymore in the college and I have not friends with whome go around so I need the double of motivations to go…

I'm just trying to follow the tip of Hal Elrod about to find an accountable partner. The problem of find one using online forum is that you must write posts very often or you will remain just "one of the group". I hope that we can make something more close to a lair where, always respecting our privacy if we want, we can know each other better and so we can help the other men a bit more. Anyway, look the edit on the original post!

What's your physique like? 178 cm (5 ft 10 in), 72 kg (158,7 lb), very few body fat. I feel comfortable in my body.. recently I received some compliments and I'm continuing to work for it. I don't find attractive some stuff of my face (above all eyes too big also if they've a good colour).

As I specified below it's not a big deal the insecurity about sex (I mean, it's not confortable but it's not that that destroy my game), it's more an insecurity about women and a lack of confidence in my being a man. I find attractive my dick by the way... lol
/r/askTRP02/12/16 01:35 PM

Honestly I think the insecurity about sex is just due to the fact that I didn't do a lot of it. It's more a "fear" to make bad impressions but it's not a big deal... Said that, it's more a problem about self-confidence around women.

well, I would say: TLDR: I went abroad because I was thinking that my social problems came by lack of confidence. I'm here, 1500 km from home and I don't find any difference. I can't find a solution to my problems because my mind doesn't follow my will (I read something, I go out and almost anything works).

I'm trying to working on my problems because I know that I've all these issues because my stupid fucking mind doesn't work. I'm here in a foreign country (with a tricky language for everyone and plus I'm not an english native speaker) to go out from my comfort zone, I tried to pick up girls on the street a lot, etc... but I didn't find a solution at my problems yet. About your last paragraph I may read and try to apply again but it's like if my mind wouldn't follow my will. I read something but …

yep my man, this is right but I would like to add my point of view about this: attractiveness should be considered like bonus stats in a video game For what I saw on the field, the attractiveness is NOT a "bonus start": it's a fucking thing that allows you to improve your game because, thanks your nice body or face, you can interact for a while with blondies and so, during your path, you can improve your abilities. An ugly guy can't do that instead.
/r/seduction16/09/16 01:36 PM

It's obvious that a good-looking guy but with social problems doesn't get too much in the women's world but he has and he will have always the chances to speak with tons of girls while the ugly brother will find always hard to interact with women for lack of experience since it's more difficult for the last one to have good times (social and sexual) with girls. And that's the problem: an ugly guy barely has the chance to interact with women for his face/body and this is the real big difference f…

Maybe you can help. The problem that I find everyday is this: how to interact with women when they reject you at the beginning of the interactions? I find very hard to make bonds with stranger girls and my interactions last for 3-5 minutes and I end up with having nothing in hand and so I can do very little experience and I can't make progress. I mean, girls don't run away screaming because I'm ugly lol. They stop and interacting with me(/wings) a bit but in a moment we lose their interest and s…

Two of my biggest mistakes: * few approaches per month (I go out one night, I open 5-6 sets and then for the next night in the Game could pass even 7-10 days); * I tend to do always the same shit. An example: I go out, I approach a set with 2 girls, opener, transition, they don't answer in the proper way (i.e. don't help the conversation), I leave. And this happen because I don't find the mistake and so I can't correct it. So this's the reason because I asked for some pratical steps, a plan to f…

Go try and get girls to laugh and smile. Sometimes this is a bit hard to me because I've a lot of expectations on approaches and furthermore it's really hard feel good when you've a awful story with the girls' world. That said, of course you're right. Anyway I think that the point is succeed to keep the good vibes (the "zone") even when you're in the middle of the mess that in our case is when you're in a awful set with just unpleasant girls (for example). I want to say, my Zone is when I do spo…
