I liked it as well, I think it's a RP classic.

Why We Sleep - Matthew Walker: An overview of the state of the art in sleep science. It uncovers misconceptions about sleep and teaches you how to have an optimal sleep, and thus a better life experience as a whole. Besides the necessity of optimizing your health through exercise and nutrition, sleep is not a complementary element for well-being and functioning as a human being -- it is the preeminent force in this health trinity. The author is also featured on JRE-podcasts, interesting to watch…

Well, frankly, a lot of what Rollo says does make sense on the face of it, but none of his books contain any citations, so it's all pretty much "just his opinion". The books are also overly long and in serious need of a proper editor. Having said that, I think they're worth a read because they do teach some important things that all men have to understand.

That's weird... I wonder why she did it... She could've kept her mouth shut and then you'd be none the wiser

I agree about marriage, but if children are involved there has to be some kind of law that protects the woman from having the man simply ditch her once she's pregnant. If we lived in smaller communities where everyone knew each other such shit would not happen, but in large communities/societies the gov't takes this role.

If you think that people in drug tested shows are natty then you are naive. Most of them have done cycles before and some are clever juicers.

I don't, but OP made sure to mention he is natty so I had to call him out

My main problem is the pull... I don't know which believable excuse to use to get her to come home with me.

Well, one way is to do it in baby steps, slowly exposing yourself to things that cause you anxiety. I can recommend Mark Manson's courses which rely on CBT (which has been proven clinically and used by psychologists) and his book Models. Compared to most of the published PUA literature, Mark is intelligent, insightful and his analysis is spot-on. You can also try reading The Book of Pook (which is free), although it's long-ish and sometimes unclear, it basically echoes a lot of what Manson talks…

The question is... where do you take the woman you met during day game? You end up at some bar anyway, no?

2: they don't have a personal connection with you yet. you are just an item in a catalogue. I think this is the main reason. Plus, it's always hard to give someone bad news... much easier to just disappear.

Mental note: never a rape a woman and kill her and hide her body in the dumpster right across your house.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
