Someone can verbally consent and want to have sex but still feel kind of uncomfortable. Almost every girl is polite when she is sober, and even most girls stay polite when they've been drinking, too. I think you'd do better to think more about a woman's natural disposition (reserved? outgoing? sexual?) and her emotional state (excited? logical? sentimental?).
