1	How to wake the fuck up early? Develop a sleep ritual. A bunch of things that you do in the hour before you go to sleep. Do these in the same order, the same way. It's like a way to tell your body that its time for sleep. Mine is: Look at my plan for tomorrow (I'm careful not to stress here, it's just to clarify what my plan is).
