My question remains, what should we do about it? This.

If this happens here, I am going apeshit. Not before. Not after. But exactly when this happens in the Northern Rocky Mountains.

According to feminists, the exact same acts that make me a rapist as a male would, if I were a female, make me a victim of rape. The exact same things.

Faking confidence was a huge improvement for me. It made me really feel confident very quickly. By being cocky and even a bit of an asshole, I was able to go from creepy leper status to a guy who had women touching and kissing me out of nowhere. (It raised my testosterone too...and made me a target for guys picking fights. I almost had to use a deadly weapon on some assailants, and not wanting to repeat that incident, I left the scene for a few months, lost the cockiness, and returned to leper s…

I would be dead under universal healthcare. My mother had exactly one day to fire the doctor that was killing me and replace me with the one that saved my life -- a month before I had been supposed to be born. There was not time to file a requisition for change of practitioner and go through all the proper channels. I would not have survived. Nor would they have been able to double up on insurance to expedite care. I would simply not be here telling you this.

Well don't conclude that you're not ALLOWED to feel attraction where evolutionarily atypical: after all, if there were no such thing as mutation, then evolution could select nothing new! The not yet thing made me chuckle....teenager? As a man nearing 30, I would never call a woman my "girlfriend" unless we'd had a sexual relationship for at least 3 months.

Please don't be offended at this, and I guess I can't really expect a frank answer from female instincts, but maybe you don't have them that strongly if you're even here: but is this the same boyfriend you have sex with? Everything I have learned suggests that endearment is antithetical to attraction, at least in females. Of course, Deida's estimate is that 10% of males are feminine and females are masculine, and another 10% are neutral, so I guess the odds would favor some coincidence of both t…

It's called a shit test. The problem is it's the law, because Big Daddy Government is the alpha she'll instinctively sick on you to kick your ass if she doesn't like the way you look at her.

Cause men are nice. Ya'll hold doors open and take the bill. And sometimes ya'll smell nice. And that's pretty neat. This reminded me of Kaylee from Firefly and made me smile.

Men are supposed to be able to put up with everything. If a man is murdered, it's because he wasn't fit to survive. If a man is oppressed, it's because he's too much of a whiner to do something about it. And frankly, it's this kind of pressure that has led men to accomplish such great feats throughout history. I just lost my job and culturally am not a real man without it. That's a fact of life. No amount of cultural movement will make a female sexually attracted to a deadbeat bum male. Nor to a…

I would love to see them try. Seriously, it's all this in-between nonsense that bothers me. If all the women in the world rose up with a single mind, determined to do this, I would welcome the attempt. I can guarantee that it would not succeed, and the bullshit would finally all be over.

Feminists work to stop rape, not perpetuate it. Then why do they trivialize violent rape by equating it to any other heterosexual act performed by a male? The way they throw the term around so lightly, you'd swear they didn't really care. I used to be a bit of a white knight about rape accusations, but now I think the entire all-encompassing rape hysteria is simply a shit test to remove all but the most sexually aggressive males from the gene pool.

The only choice in such a situation is to hit her back or leave her forever. I can't imagine loving any woman enough to hit her back. I'm the kind who would just say "fuck this shit" and walk.

This was the best you could do? I'm too tired to try, but the point is I'm not going to unless I can. The first paragraph is the most important: the first sentence is vague, the second is about entitlement handouts. There is a TON more going on here. What about "if you were accused of rape and considered guilty by default, and if you prove your innocence your life is still ruined", or "talking to the opposite sex were likely to get you arrested or murdered", or "your traditional gender obligatio…

How can you impose force of law on societal gender roles without applying the force unequally between genders? And how can you make women feel sexually attracted to beta males, to men who complain about injustice, to accommodating and supportive and kind males? I'm not asking how you make them say that's what they want. They already say it. They do not want it. That's just one example...

Yeah, given the ludicrous ways feminists define "rape" (apparently I'm a rapist, but if I were a woman in the exact same situations I would be a victim), the word alone is not enough anymore. We need facts. I'm sorry we have to ask this. It's the fault of feminists, not yours. But, was it a situation like one of the below? Woman has sex with boyfriend thinking he's awake, as he was acting like it. He cries rape. Married couple has sex while tipsy, husband apologizes profusely, wife wonders if sh…

I'm a guy and I almost always carry a few weapons (often including the above) to pre-empt any number of different types of assailants I am likely to face in the future, having faced them multiple times in the past. Including a sexual assailant I could have easily beaten up, but preferred to threaten him with a weapon so as to hopefully not have to hurt him at all, which did work as planned. Risk of assault is not exclusive to any gender.

Shaming a rape victim is as justifiable as shaming a murder victim. Some circumstances may or may not warrant it: for example, I walk through a Crip neighborhood in a scarlet tuxedo at 3 A.M. and am immediately shot. Obviously it was unjust for them to shoot me, but it was as dumb a thing for me to do as smearing myself in bacon grease and walking unarmed through grizzly bear country. Do I deserve to be shamed for that? I'm not sure how to answer the question, but the situations are comparable. …

Women like you are making this difficult by understanding our points of view. It's so much easier to just assume ladies can't understand logic, are driven by narcissistic saboteur shit-test instincts, and therefore have no place in law. But apparently it's more like 60-80% of women who are like that, and 20-40% of men, by my guesstimates.

I used to hate rapists when I understood the term meant what you were subjected to. But, by the new definitions, I am a rapist by virtue of my genitals, because in the exact same situations, as a woman, I would be the victim. Don't get me wrong, if I ever saw a male taking the pants off a sleeping female I would call him out (at that point, for all I know he was going to put ice cubes in her pants as a prank or something: worth intervening but not permanently), and if I saw him trying to force h…

All this really makes me think the whole thing is a giant shit test to eliminate all men from the gene pool who are not super-aggressive enough to simply not care whether they are raping someone or not. It's like they demand to be sexed only by the men who have the balls to rape them, or something. Having been raised to despise rape so, I've foregone a lot of opportunities to make legitimate moves because they are technically "sexual assault" should she decide she doesn't like it even if you lea…

This may put a bad taste in your mouth as the mere idea did in mine for a long time, but I highly recommend reading about "seduction" and "the pickup arts", if only because they seem to be on the cutting edge of evolutionary sexual psychology: you don't have to do what players do, but it always helps to know what they know. In fact, regardless of gender or age or marital status, I would recommend pursuit of this knowledge to anyone who has ever felt sad or frustrated by a romantic relationship o…

The thing about prohibition is you don't make things disappear by waving the legislative magic wand. You can only punish people, by the force of law. And you don't even deter the targets who were already doing even more illegal things in the first place. You don't sober the drunkard by banning everyone's dinner pint, you don't deter the rapist by including normal sexual behavior as rape, and you don't disarm the gangster by taking away the family rifle. And the things don't just disappear either…

Debbie, you need to give me examples of men and women doing the exact same thing, but the law siding on the favor of the man. Because you can find a ton where they side for the women that I know of. The only way to accidentally shoot someone even one time is in such a struggle. Or perhaps by dropping an antiquated firearm on the ground and being extremely unlucky, but that is also arguably negligent. Such a struggle isn't something you can do much about except your best.

Regardless of your ambitions, young females are seen as temporary, leaving soon to have children. And folks with graduate degrees are passed over for menial work in poor economies when they need any work to survive and good jobs aren't available. Context is entirely important for the following reasons: The little boy could have been caught on the playground holding a little girl down and tearing off her clothes, without a clue what was wrong with that, for all we know. Nine does seem a little old to be still unaware of that, and I might even say something similar to my son as a father in that exact situation (I'd probably say it in the third person, i.e. "if I ever caught someone raping someone..."). What if you're not keen with omnibus imposition of gender roles or lack thereof? Those who believe that gender roles are tendencies to be studied, rather than rigid rules to be forced, and that any just law needs to take into account both the reality of their existence and the reality of the existence of their exceptions. Is there a known term for this, or should I come up with one? Of course, equal and unalienable human rights theory covers all that impeccably, but for some reason it does seem …

While false rape accusation is a horrible crime, I fear including it on that subreddit would be more likely to fuel the spirit of rape being this exception that doesn't need to be rationally considered like any other crime, because of its emotional impact. We don't put mugging or battery on the rape thread either. Doppelstomper said it. Post the male rape victim stories there. That's the place for them!

Feminism has postulated that all men are assholes, and women have concluded that any male who is not an asshole, is not a real man. I am terrified of when "all men are rapists" comes full circle. Course it already kind of has. They expect you to make the first move, but if you do that and don't ask them and kill the mood, it's rape. So you could say they already do demand to be raped. Which is just sick. I like foreign girls for this reason.
