As Patrice would say, don't let a fish tell you how to fish.

As others said, man up. Also, don't secure the weights on the bar so that in the event that you can't complete the rep you can at least dump the weights.

He does! Also give real men real style a go if you prefer a more modern take on things.

Stefan Molyneux talks a great deal about peaceful parenting and has a lot of red pill perspectives on his philosophy podcast. Should give him a listen.

I have a theory about mustaches more than beards. I believe the reason you meet some people who look creepy with mustaches while others look good is down to how manly they are. A man can rock a mustache, a skinny, nervous beta can't. Thoughts?

Go no-fap, you probably have death grip or some sort of ED. Should be reversible. P.S. nothing wrong with being uncircumcised

People have free will, it's not your job to police them. If it goes against your morals than that's something you need to solve yourself. I can't really say if I'd do it because you didn't specify but I'd probably pursue it.

True. OP there's better careers to be had then to pander to the idiotic masses. Build a business, it's more rewarding.

Uh, FYI, I wouldn't call it a resting bitch face, that's a term for females.

I see a big difference, I get massive brain fog and my productivity crashes if I relapse. Each to their own I suppose but any low effort, instant gratification is bad in my experience.

Second this, but also, never give money to anyone period, it's a headache and can destroy or hamper friendships.

Avoid eating too many nuts due to their high omega 6. Start earning dairy, stick with fermented kind like cheese , double cream, and natural Greek yogurt which is high in fat and protein. I was in the same boat but am now putting weight on by just increasing how much I eat for meals and the stuff I eat between. Get MyFitnessPal app it's a great way to track what you eat for the day and see your macros. I recommend doing that for a few weeks to give you a good idea of goals and how much you need …

Stefan Myneux's freedomainradio is really thought provoking and one of my favourites.

Anything but water and maybe coffee, tea will technically break a fast.

Mixed raced too, well from both white countries but still, I had the same issue and still do. A sort of identity crisis but what helped me was understanding that culture is largely arbitrary and doesn't define you as a person. Your tribe becomes smart, intelligent people, those who have woken up and seen the light. I have a lot more in common with anyone on this sub than I do with the average person of my country. Hope this helps, be true to yourself and do what you want to do!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
