If you're someone who only masturbates occasionally (1-2x a week) and are not addicted to porn or watch hardcore porn, then you won't really feel any different from going nofap.

The people who get "superpowers" are the guys who are addicted to hardcore porn and masturbate 3-5x a day.

I see a big difference, I get massive brain fog and my productivity crashes if I relapse. Each to their own I suppose but any low effort, instant gratification is bad in my experience.
