In response to the first paragraph: I'd say I'm adept at everything up until we're making out at 1:50AM at the bar and her friends are about to pull her back to her apartment and I think shit, did I miss the Window? Whatever, I may be getting a Xanax script this week anyway, which will fundamentally change things.

Demeanor tends to exude overly-confident. Arrogance even when I'm not paying attention. Too often I suspect it's interpreted as overcompensation (which is true I suppose).

It sucks man. Hopefully I'll be getting an overdue Adderall and/or Xanax prescription next week. Doctors are conservative pricks when it comes to controlled substances (and I should know; my dad is one).

Every social movement is a pendulum, and that pendulum swings. With how extreme feminism has become combined with the SJW and genderqueer movements, you better believe it's starting to swing back toward the much maligned cause of straight males having rights.

The rules about women submitting to their husbands, not speaking in church, and not being interacted with when menstruating, and more is precisely for this reason.

Are you sure women didn't invent marriage? It make more sense for them. They arguably get the better deal. They hit menopause, and their main biological contribution to the partnership is over. Men still have to provide protection, usually for decades more thanks to modern medicine.
/r/TheRedPill28/10/15 05:59 AM

Perhaps it's due to the nature of the Wall and fertility that women focus developmentally on sexuality attractiveness rather than actually having a personality and forming ideas. A lot of women demand being seen as more than sex objects when, in fact, that's precisely their biological prerogative. Genuinely interesting girls more often than not used to be of still are fat or ugly and learned how to be good people as compensation. (Of course, others just remain bitter.) However, people in general…

If you are trying to invest in the stock market, history matters. Well technically, investing 101: past stock performance does not indicate future stock performance. This is a commonly held misconception. But I get what you're saying.

And yet, despite more females being diagnosed with supposed mental illness across the board, men are far more likely to successfully commit suicide. Women are more likely to attempt, but more men actually kill themselves. It's almost like women want victimization and need the attention...?

Does any prenup protect the half a million dollars you've saved since getting married? Yes, that's what prenups do. If your salary is that much more than her, your prenup can easily reflect a division of assets proportional to income earned. Stop being paranoid.

I think in America, this means "not fat". "Average build" means chubby and this is one step below it.
/r/seduction15/08/15 11:26 PM

This happens all the time in the U.S. While my intuition tells me this is true, I'd be curious to see the actual numbers of % of prenups that are thrown out due to coercion.
/r/TheRedPill10/08/15 06:16 PM

Or, if you really want to get married: Do everything legally possible to ensure your prenup is as far away from "coercion" as possible. Set up a financial failsafe plan just in case, most likely establishing a trust fund for yourself and/or using offshore accounts But then again, I'm just never getting married.

That's not how the Constitution works. Constitutional rights only apply to the government, and more specifically, the Federal government, albeit adapted to States through the doctrine of incorporation. As Amherst is a private university, they can kick out a student for any reason they wish. This, on the other hand, is a tort, as Amherst may have breached their duty.

I can't really say why it doesn't work that way and not sound Marxist. There is a supply and demand of labor. When supply is higher than demand--and it generally is; that's why job interviews and competition exists--then labor suppliers get taken advantage of. It's the government's job to protect said laborers. However, our government doesn't do that, because it's lobbied (i.e. owned) by those who demand laborers--the bourgeoisie. Additionally, the bourgeoisie own media conglomerates, which have…

Theoretically, you're right, that's the way it should work. However, in reality, it doesn't work that way. That ideology is astonishingly unique to America, and it's one of the reasons our workers' rights are behind other countries. Frankly, that sort of thinking is part of the problem.

I don't quite understand the question, but believe it or not, maternity and paternity leave are considered rights in most industrialized countries.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/15 06:57 PM

This isn't meant to be a holistic analysis, but there will always be a gender difference in employment because of maternity leave. This isn't specifically an academic problem. Is paternity leave the solution to finding equality? Perhaps. Is it common in the United States? No. Should it be? Absolutely.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/15 06:51 PM

Ignorance is bliss I suppose. Hypothetically, would it not be possible for the poor dude to get a paternity test behind her back to avoid the whole "Why don't you trust me?" debacle?

Part of what determines payments is what's required to maintain the child's "social standing". I.e. If the child's used to being bought Gucci and Versaci clothes, the payment will assume that trend continues. So don't spoil a kid before divorce otherwise you'll have to continue spoiling him even when she gets full custody. Source: just learned about this in my Business Law class yesterday.

I hate HR as much as the next (WASPy) guy, but the purpose of HR departments is to protect a company's assets. I see where you are coming from with it being a slippery slope, and that is a legitimate concern, but where in the article does it even suggest that one email or text message could be met with indictment?
/r/TheRedPill20/08/14 05:37 PM

Did nobody read the damn article, including OP? This headline is pure hyperbole. The law is against severe domestic abuse, not "bullying". While sure, it could mostly affect men, you still have to be prosecuted in a court of law before you are convicted. Considering how qualitative "abuse" is, I would guess only the most extreme cases would see conviction, but perhaps someone who went to law school could further flesh it out?

Same, brother, same. I'm facing largely the same shit now, except I'm still in University--public, large state. I actually attended a "youth group" for adults this summer because it was the only logistical way for me to meet girls. So I went to this church group Hail Mary; I pushed boundaries, pissed people off, and kinoed like I've never done before or since. It actually worked decently well!

Right here with you bro. Homschooled until high school, all my friends did Bible quizzing. I came out of it a social mess ambitiously looking for an exit. I don't know where you are now in terms of age, but there is an upside. Through the veritable social suffering I experience growing, I became a social black sheep. I became adapt at adapting. Senior year of high school, I was on homecoming court. Now in college, dudes in SAE, Alpha Sig, and Pike are shocked to learn that I'm not a fratstar giv…

Am I not allowed to endorse sex on Seddit? That's stepping over a boundary? there are people who don't want to be told that their morality is wrong because "that's not how you get with women" It's not their morality I'm criticizing, it's their (former, but not easily shaken) frame of mind--i.e. their state.

The sad thing is that they're not "extremist" per se (at least for the Pennsyltucky area). They're both nice people, just ones who didn't know how to raise a kid without making him psychologically suffer.

More like so taboo. Religion did sexually repress me, ultimately making me turn to the internet as a last resort to give me advice. I know there are other guys who could use this information on here.

For those of you with more fortunate upbringings who are coming into this thread in disbelief, read this. It's funny when you think about how unprecedented widely accessible pornography is. The cliche goes that curiosity killed the cat. Any straight, growing boy throughout all of history would naturally love to see the sexual side of a woman. Before the printing press, we had our imaginations--the "spank bank". Shortly thereafter, we developed Playboys. Then VHS tapes and sketchy adult stores. Now, we have the internet. Nobody knows what is next, nobody knows the true long-lasting effects what we ma…

This woman completely gets the seddit mentality. 1) She's confident. It takes balls to speak publicly, much less in front of camera, much much less on TED. Not literal balls. 2) She's talking about being authentic. Don't say you're fine. If you're shitty, say you're shitty. If you're awesome, say you're awesome. Be expressive! Don't hold back. Authenticity says "I have nothing to hide," and that's confident, and it's sexy and it speaks to people. 3) The 3-Second Rule/5-Second Rule. It's arbitrar…

I think there are two takeaways from this. One: people project that they're more sexually active/experienced than they are. No surprise there. More importantly, two: thoughtful, intellectual characters tend to have a harder time getting there. Sexuality is a primitive, deeply ingrained psychological mechanism; those of us with more active thought processes need to dig deeper to "get there". Reddit is a smarter-than-average place. Except in person she'll recognize how sexy you are.

Show, don't tell. Assume attraction and escalate. Shake her hand. Don't let go. Look her in the eye, and holding hands, lead her somewhere. Kino her. Appreciate her in the original sense of the word.

It sounds to me like you need to push yourself to have more fun! Join clubs or a fraternity if you can, be yourself, and friendship with bros will come naturally if you even attempt extroversion. /r/seduction16/08/13 02:57 AM

I was going at it from the angle that we--or at least in my experience, I--pick apart every aspect of our interactions with women in order to achieve maximum sexuality. Since the definition of "cynicism" revolves around self-interest, isn't that by definition the frame we employ? Note that I'm (relatively) not far along in the way of seddit. (Is that what we would say? Perhaps "the journey to becoming a PUA"?)

Good stuff, my man. Calm the fuck down and have some fun! Here's the thing, though: seduction seems, all too often, like serious business.
