Yep. I've got a broken nose and my head is a little swolen. I'm some scraped and I can feel lumps all over my head from where they were kicking me... but otherwise I'll live and pull through. At least on the bright side I they make have broken my nose straighter.

Edit: went out tonight. Had all the fems woo'd. Got attacked. Woke up in the bathroom with a guys elbow at my neck, another guy from the stall over beating me up in the face. The woke up again to people shit kicking me outside. Then the police saying back off and bringing me to their car. I'm now at the hospital with a broken nose. Agreed. I suppose I could have been more concise and stated it as "past character qualities." It's what you were that should be ignored. Its about what you are now and the immediacy of your actions based on an updated epistemological frame of reference(x+y=z). Because we continually shift in a period of self evaluation, reflection, and self improvement, the outmoded stimulus must be ignored to make changes based on the new frame which is continually adapting and rolling.

The simplest way to put this into terms for a beginner is as follows: Shoulders are one day, front delt: read delt: traps. Biceps and back including lats is another Chest and triceps are another. I'm currently mgtow. I'm in a small town and working on myself, working out every day, hanging out with friends, working 12 hour days so I can get what I want.
