Yea I didn't include rich or successful people because they have access to dating/sleeping with real women. Imo they, and good looking men will also have bots. Either because they can cook, or because it will be enjoyable for them too. Basically Detroit Become Human will happen imo, at least the use part (dunno about the AI uprising part)

Even if it wont have a big impact (Imo it will) then worst case it will be a type of quality sex toy. Best case, it will be an alternative for people who dont want or cant have a human partner. I wouldnt restict it for below average men only. Probably rich or successful people will have androids too.

How it would affect society? What if too many men become baby mama makers? How will the state handle it? It will lead to a major tax increase which will be paid by mostly men taxpayers

There is a reason foreskin is on the male body. Any body alteration, regardless of what, which isnt for a needed medical reason is automatically mutilation for me, which is deeply anti scientific and thus earns a strong disdain from me.

> Society as a group* I explicity said men. Women as a group get more handouts than their net tax paid into the system > than a some bucks from the state while some are getting thousand dollars Women as a group get way more from the state in handouts that single moms as a group get child support from men > Ban abortion could lead to more problems Not only it saves thousands of men from lifelong mental anguish over a wanted child, it also makes women more responsible in their sexual decisions

Marriage mostly worked for centuries, and was generally a mutually beneficial, aka symbiotic relationship between men and women. Only recently became parasitic in countries that enable it
/r/MensRights05/11/22 07:53 PM

Men as a group will have to pay for children anyway, either child support or through taxes (men pay the vast majority of taxes, and they get a small minority of handouts) Even if you could abandon a child legally, you, as a male, would be on the hook throught other men's children: through added taxxes. You already are partially, it would only excerbate the problem. Ban abortion. That would level the playing field for men who want to be single dads. Strongly encourage adoption for couples who don…

Reddit is very left wing. The major left wing subs are extremely feminist and thus anti men However, I see men rights arguments ( no child support in cases, violence against men, dads being the butt of the joke etc) are getting traction

Min wage jobs are mostly physical labor jobs right? I assume some phys jobs pay better than min wage
/r/MensRights03/11/22 06:33 PM

1, why can you only work in min wage jobs? 2, get in contact with a lawyer who is affiliated with a men right organisation? 3, You may be able to find a lawyer who agrees on a payment plan where you pay the fee not upfront, where you agree to a higher fee but later payments (a bit similar to a mortgage). Assuming your case is strong, you could argue that when you get your sec clearance back you will be able to pay the fee.

I have the attitude of the Norse Gods. They know they will lose Ragnarök, but still prepare and dont give up. Also in my opinion men's situation is improving. The MRA movement is getting some traction, some countries get more rightwing, while feminists are bogged down by infighting (Mostly TERF vs trans) Not to mention, tho I hope it wont happen, if a catastrophe or famine or revolution or civil war happens the world will very quickly be back at the original traditional way of life.

Two x sub are full of stories of women about their bf or husband (most of it is men =bad, some posts are how good their bf is) Merely virtue signaling. They crave attention and money from men. Just like they hate conservative men yet stories after stories about how hot rightwing men are, "I hooked up with a Trump supporter and I liked it" etc Foreign women are young, exotic and hot, thus competition. Feminists simply want 1 sided relationships where they get the attention and money from men but …

I am not arguing with anyone who had one but what is the appeal? If you are in an Ltr there are better options (IUD) If you live for ONS's then you still have to wear a condom due to STDs. So I dont see why its good at all.

Well, for thousands of years women were more important sociology wise because the number of fertile women (which is basically 15 year of their lives) was the important number And it changes only slowly. And ofc another force, named feminism, slows this down

I dont really care about her and find her trashy, and I dont know what really goes on with them. If abuse happens and/or he pimps out his own wife, it is gravely immoral or illegal. If it is really illegal acts like abuse she has my sympathy and support taking action against the abuser.

You can call labor rights not upholding freedom of association, but I guess you dont have the same opinion if someone is fired for being gay or black. Oh right, your country doesnt allow that right? What about the racist or homophobe business owners freedom to not associate? The US is a great country, but it is a laughing stock for labor rights. Or the lack of them. And get this: if my freedom of speech or my right to work is in danger, for my opinion, I couldnt give the slightest faint of shit …

Personally I said nothing about abrigation of their rights. Making a statement against a political movement, one with strong connection to feminism is a human right, called freedom of speech. You are too US centered. If someone in my country is fired for his or her political opinion that would be illegal for 2 reasons: 1, Unlike the US you cannot really be fired for non work performance related reason, a simple non liberal opinion certainly wouldnt count as a legitimate reason to be fired. Lot of redditors, especially liberals, confuse homophobia with bejng against the LGBTQ movement, ehich is a political movement, thus its criticism is the same as criticising the republican or green party. I know liberal and conservative people, and the vast majority, (read: 99%) have 0 issue with gays existing. Or having rights. Or not being beaten. While I think many people would be better if there would be someone to talk to and your effort is commendable, I feel that the problem is systemic. In short, just a few decades ago you had to compete with only men at the workplace. Then domestic men and women. Today? The whole world thanks to remote working. But same with dating. You almost have to compete with the whole world and this only benefits the top worker or top man dating wise. Monogamy worked because even less successful man could get…

Luckily I was into politics before I was swayed by mainstream media, before that I did not care about politics at all. I agree with stuff like equal rights and find it scummy when a specific jobs pays less to women but I utterly deny that there is systemic woman hatred or patriarchy.

So why not try the same method with society then. Ask prime treatment for men. Be a men rights advocate. Ask for a first rate apple for men. I already found my way. Which is no free service. No free labor. No free help. Society doesnt deserve it. And this policy includes no draft. Luckily my country has none but the second it does I am hopping as many borders as needed.

The swedish bikini team are probably not on the average leftist protest screeching. Also many of the show biz people are basically forced to take this progressive stand. Maybe you should make the argument that abortions should be illegal without the consent of the guy who got her pregnant. Something like that wouldnt ever pass. It would also hurt men as some women would threaten the man to sign the papers, and it would put a very big socialbburden on men, basically white feather campaign on steroids. #hevetoedmyabortion A similar problem exists with paternity tests. Do you actually listen to what I say? Without legal abortion men has the exact same chance of getting out of fatherhood: 0%, unless the woman doesnt want to be a mother. This can happwn with abortion or adoption. Obviously nobody sane would impregnate wkmen just because, but when your gf is pregnant you already have a child and parental rights. so uhhh you think if someone really wanted a kid he will just go "yeah my kid was killed no biggie I get another one" it doesnt go that way and again you can do that with abortion banned, so again, can you mention 1 case where its better for men to have abortion legal, and cannot be done with abortion being banned?
/r/MensRights16/09/22 11:51 PM

adoptions still exist, so obviously its still an option to do Strongly urget to abort means nothing, every single media says "ignore what men wants" so the ability to get an aborition is no more a guarantee than the ability to put the baby up for adoption unwanted fatherhood is still less bad than your wanted child being killed
/r/MensRights16/09/22 11:30 PM

Your eppendix is not a human being, its an organ. Men benefit little from legal abortion, as men who dont want to have kids have 0 guarantee a woman does what he wants. Mesnwhile if abortion is banned at least men who want kids can be ensured to be parents. It also enables men to seek child support from women. Adoption exists so they can still put the kid up for adoption together, eliminating parental resposnibilities

The part that the fetuses are humans are not a belief. Its a scientific fact. Given its the men rights forum I support policies thst benefit men. An abortion ban benefits men too, because at least now men who want to be fathers are protected. Legal abortion doesnt benefit men.

sugar baby doesnt compete with prostitution as a "job" because the former is generally lower earning for the average woman and unavailable to most because they arent good looking enough prostitution however can make the above average looking woman to have a middle class life you also forget that some women earn a living from onlyfans or camming. no std's or unwanted touch there

They are already allowed to engage in justified violence. They often get a free pass on unjustified violence. If a self defense instructor would say something similar I'd probably agree. From a feminist author? Nah. She probably thinks violence is justified against a bad pick up attempt.

I dont really like to exaggerate but in this case the difference is mind boggingly insane. One type is one of the worst possible human situation (sex slave) the other is almost a free meal ticked to middle/upper middle class if someone can cope with the job requirements.

Very different. There is an insane difference between sex trafficking which is blatantly illegal and regulated prostitution that is legal in some/many? countries Some are women who are victims. Some are women in for an easy paycheck. Again a double standard exists where its bad due to men trafficking/exploiting women but its also "real work" and empowering I think its neither and should be legal simply because its not worth to criminalise consensual cases.

Parenthood is already treated differently from pregnancy. You can adopt in red states but not get an abortion You can have to follow various regulstions in blue states but can easily give up a baby in a safe haven The time is up for asking nicely. Dunno how its your country as I am not a lawyer, especially dont know your country/state laws but isnt there a provision about "ability to earn" Like couldnt the lawyer argue that she could earn amount x just choses not to? I'd argue a business that doesnt earn a liveablebwage is a fake business she should just work retail if she is unable to suppport herself Generally money spent on lawyers in cases your wallet is in danger is worth it.

Ukraine is facing an extinction level threat. Its utterly insane they would rather draft a 60 yr old man before a 25 year old fit woman. Why do they insist on keeping women? There might not be a Ukraine as a country in a few years at least if Russia follows up whst it says

Human psyche changes slower than society. About 30 years ago or maybe even 20, chivalry, and traditional families and women being chivalric was much more common. It not worth it any more for men given how almost all women changed, but its rather recent. So I'd say yes some years are needed. Imo simping was generally a thing back then, its just you got a mediocre wife for it, not today. You get basically nothing in return

It isnt easy, but it isnt really too complicated. Basically: Does any parent allowed to attain this freedom or not by abortion? (Pro choice pro life debate) Which parent allowed to legally forfeit parenthood? If the goal is equality its either both or none to these questions. Technically, banning physical abortion but allowing paper abortion for both genders is also technically a solution to the parenthood issue.

It has to be worse before it gets better. Until only women have repro rights feminists/society wont care. If none has, maybe at this point in history they wont be able to effectively push only their gender, and any repro law will have to apply to men too. adoption would still be an option it wouldnt be necessary for the mother to be the custodial parent it could be the man or the 50/50 my main problem is that men will pay. either directly with CS or with taxes. if so, I'd rather pay for my own child only
/r/MensRights14/08/22 11:57 PM

there is 1 issue. THe child. What is used unfairly by the court to abuse all other rights "think of the children" is a real concern. Like they do need support. Now, if it would be a taxpayer expense this would be still be paid by mostly men. Given that they are the net taxpayers. And honestly I dont want to pay extra taxes for someone else's children. So I dunno the ideal solution. I'd also want to let single fathers get CS from women. The system needs a major overhaul tho.

You do realise that until about 2010 or 2015 gender was used as a synonym to sex? Also several countries had no word for gender? There was sex and thats it. Sex was used in all scenarios, and it worked perfectly.

I personally think MRA is more or less centre right. Many of the concepts like rise at your own work, low taxes low welfare, less welfare state etc is rightwing ideas. Feminism is also strongly leftwing. Current leftwing parties, in general, strongly favor women or alternative sexualities or minorities over straight white men who is still the majority of men. Hating a group for wwhatever historical reason is also very problematic. Just as women being erased in some places (see women's swimming) …

Well, it does seem geniune. Probably you wont be an ally by opening with a primarily woman issue, aka abortion access. Most men, in short, suffer from being ignored. By other women, other men, lawmakers, society. While letting women into education, workforce is important, decades passed since legal equality, and not the sex based affirmative action already flipped the favor towards women in the workforce and education. Women generally fare better in school. Sex based quatas generally scrapped th…

The average man is not a criminal, the statistic is skewed due to 2 major reasons: Many poor women have the marriage opt out of powerty, men dont The minority group of criminals commit the vast majority of crimes, like if 22 violent crime happened, its probably 2-3 serial criminal, not 22 first offender man Men are not socialised at all to commit crimes. This is borderline hate speech

The military is an organisation where you trade your human rights for some money and a specifically defined "honor". Ukraine case is different in a sense as it defends from an attacker. What armies in peacetime countries does is attack others (esp the US army) violates your human rights, do not have your back as seen from OP's post and tries to cheat you out from benefits promised (Veteran healthcare, college etc)
/r/AntiFeminists15/06/22 02:27 PM

Yes, and so do the mid tier. Basically ones that you dont pick up from the street (aka the lowest tier) are treated generally okish. But yeah, well stripper is a very low tier job so if you are some small town street stripper you are the lowest of the low on the work food chain. So yeah.

In fact some are rather cordial with sex workers, they go there, pay even talk a bit and leave. Some prostitutes have regular clients for example. So this "imma treated as a sex object" isnt even true in many cases. What these women thunk (wrongly) is that they will be treated as a girlfriend in a pay for…

If you pay enough in the army, not abuse grunts, they you will have a big enough army. If a state is unable to protect itself it doesnt deserve to exist. I mean so does many men unabke to be front line. There are tons of jobs, in fact, women could do longer civil service. With the option of military ofc. If sport would be mandatory I'd still pusposely fail the physical test. I also don't think women should have to pregnant Why not? The state needs soldiers. Every woman should have at least 3 chi…
/r/MensRights12/06/22 02:16 PM

That is a good point but the state isnt entitled to free protection from men. I am perfectly ok taking women's role into account in various stages of life, this doesnt apply to legal equality or cases when the woman is not pregnant. If the woman doesnt want to serve she can get pregnant. If she gets deferment for pregnancy but then gets an abortion to cheat the system she should serve an extra year or 2. Or, just get away with the conscription.

There is one group nobody blames but they should: the non voters. They a re a massive group yet refuse you drag their asses once in 4 years to vote. Basically, they make too many issues a minority decision, because while they voice their outrage online they do not vote, thus basically a 70% support of something might be only 40% of the whole population's wish.

That is definitely true that women get more dupport, but the aim of my post is that even if men are more violent in general for whatever reason(I am not an expert on the topic so I dunno) society benefits from it. From jobs that need agression or testosteron fueled decisiveness. So I think thunk8ng about agression as ban in general is wrong. As it has positive outcomes. Basically, stop blaiming men from violence while also totally ignoring benefits Basically thats what feminists do. Take all the…

What causes violence is much less relevant imo than the argument that violence was and currently is beneficial in cases its used correctly, and women benefit from men using violence or agression correctly.
/r/MensRights12/06/22 12:16 AM

My point is that on a social level agression has negative effects and positive benefits and only talking about the negative part is doing a disservice to men Its a package deal.

feminism archieved all its goals. There are total LEGAL equality. If you want total social equality too you are naive. FOr once, some percentage of people will be sexist/racist/radical feminists/terf/religious fanatics etc. You cannot change that Basically, feminism should either close up shop since its goals are archieved, or, you now, focus on non western countries. Fyi the same can be applied to the MRA movement. If we archieve all goals of legal equality I'd be ok to call it quits.

Whenever there is a societal problem its very rarely men against women. Its mostly bad people vs good/normal people. Yes. Being in a relationship has costs. Unless you live alone and a fwb just comes in and goes homr (arguably this isnt a relationship) then a relationship costs money. Hecause you generally go out more, spend money on gifts, vacations for 2 people. Often rhe man pays even if its a 50-50 split there are costs. Being single you save a lot of time and money
/r/MensRights04/06/22 05:27 PM

Ok. Lets say I agree with you and ok with morals in general. Still having some excluded topics can also be held as a stance.
/r/MensRights04/06/22 04:19 PM

No, we still shouldnt allow to make teachers do judgement calls. We should have a rule to make it a neutral place of learning. Does bullying violate that principle? Yes.
/r/MensRights04/06/22 04:05 PM
0

People also have different oponions on the facts and reasoning behind World War 2, so should we not teach it? Correct. And let's get down to the pragmatic levels here. A teacher, by extention of your logic, shouldn't interfere with students getting into fights, bullying or anything that students do to each other, since that's layering down a moral value that these things are wrong to do, which you have deemed is inappropriate These are not morals, these are school rules. Even if njt, stopping th…

Something being a crime is a fact. It also can be told in a neutral manner. Ok. Lets say, I am ok with talking about morals in school. What if, to incorporate as many backgrounds as possible, we exclude specific topics people generally disagree on? Like fine, mention the moral aspects of WWI, but exclude sexual morals and sexualty from schools? Morals, in general are subjective. Thus, claiming your specific morals or what teachers teach is superior to whatever moral a specific parent has is icky…

Why cant ,ou teach literature or history about morals and values? You can. Take WWII. You can make history class like a drama class about how evil the axis was and spend 99% of how evil nationalsocialism is or just talk about weapons, movements, what happened, the reasons behind it and mention the various war crimes by simply stating these violated the Geneva convention etc. Lets say, I budge and I am ok with mentikning morals. Still, its reasonable to ask to make it a neutral tone, and eject so…
/r/MensRights04/06/22 02:59 PM

So why do Repa have to ban CRT and talking about lgbtq then? Or any secuality in general? Like I want sex ed banned for the same reason, why do teachers cry about it then that they cannot teach about these topics? They can still teach about all the other stuff. Yet they cry about these, why?
/r/MensRights04/06/22 02:25 PM

Then this area need to be reformed. Just like Reps do by banning topics to be discussed because they are useless anyway. Again, the common denominator between parents of various backgrounds is a purely science focused, moral free school. Parents then can teach their own values at school everyone is happy. If most teachers would be far right conservatives, would you be ok if they taught children morals? Like gays go to hell, etc? Teaxhers who are not ok with this can resign and be philosophy teac…

There is, and it can be ignored in school or taught in a neutral manner. Tell me a topic you think cannot be discussed in a neutral tone and I show you you are wrong. Again. For you personally. There is a topic. Preferably, it can be taught in a purely factual manner. If not, which I dont think is the case, it can be taught in a neutral manner. What stops men from having 14 children from 12 different women in that scenario?
/r/MensRights03/06/22 12:04 AM

you sure about that? i think it would be a massive increase because then it would actually encourage having baby mamas. I mean what stops you from having 14 kids in that scenario? I generally think it would be a good policy but it has risks

all protect stuff was allowed like wearing a mask or vaxxing people should be smart enough to make decisions in 2022. I for one generally totally ignore what out Great leaders say and do what i think is correct again people were allowed to deal with this however they wanted. vast majority of them are fine even today

child support would still be a thing just by taxpayers
/r/MensRights02/06/22 10:35 PM

all of the protection decisions was allowed the government isnt your parent to micromanage your life if people decide to go out not wear mask not vax its their decision and they will bear the consequences (btw same if you get the vax and have complications since the manufacturers are immune to lawsuits for some reason)

> You aren't willing to trust teachers to do what is their litteral fucking job. National curriculums were rarely a random teacher's job to create. > But you trust they will know what to do in case of a school shooter because they have a gun. If I were a teacher in that scenario I'd much more be comfortable with being a bit more equal standing with the idiot who shoots up the school while the cops shit their pants outside
/r/MensRights02/06/22 10:30 PM

/r/MensRights02/06/22 10:25 PM

I'd generally agree with this however what happens if many men just forfeit? Who will pay for all those kids? I mean men are the vast majority of net taxpayers so its likely that if that happens soon you will pay quite a lot of taxes for someone else's kids

originally it was important to help women because the world were dangerous and often societies in general hanged on having enough children so women had to be helped (much more then men) obviously its only recently gone, but even if we count "safety" from, say, year 1000, its still merely a thousand year compared to thousands of years of evolutionary instinct.

/r/AntiFeminists26/05/22 11:14 PM

they basically have to admit Depp is the victim here because its clear who is the abuser for everbody. This is an attempt to show (again, in a case which is crystal clear) that they "believe male victims too" and "we call out bad women too" then ofc probably go back to "believe all women" after this trial is over.

religious fundamentalism I agree with you that. I dont even like tradcons on many issues. But abortion is different because its someone else's rights. I personally support the rape exception, and I also believe either laws will too, or other solutions like emergency contraception will help. Lack of abortion doesnt hurt men because all these harms can just as well apply with abortion. Any economic or financial issue is tax related, with adjustments in the system these can be solved. But again, unless you want pension we need future workers. So in a long term we benefit. Is your only major goal in life is to avoid paying taxes? Individually it will be the same if the women kept the child. Exact same outcomes. Men who want to be parents will not suffer from mental illness. Socially, short term will be a but harder, but in long term it will be beneficial. Even in short term only assuming more children will be born. If abortion is off the table many people suddenly learn how to use BC properly. You wont have a single cent of pension if the current system goes on with these fertility rates. Rape is a red herring. Its not a womans right. Its legal killing. You cant make a law to men let men abort. If a man forfeits parenthood, who will pay for the child? Taxpayers. Who is the net taxpayer group? Men. Its totally unreasonable to assume that a man, who society expects to protect their family even at the cost at his own life, should just clap when his wanted child are killed by his partner. Its a lot of cases, enough to be another reason to ban abortion. From an MRA angle I couldnt even think a reason why should it be legal, actually.

Meanwhile abortion being legal gains men no rights. Simply put all other cases are the same for men except one: the mother does not want the child but the man does. Any other case is the same. If neither of them want the child they can put the kid up for adoption. No matter one's opinion on abortion this is a net gain for men from an MRA angle.

Surely you are smart enough to recognise the difference between a case where its right to life vs bodily autonomy, vs op"s case which is his BA vs his chick"s whining. You do realise pro lifers also think BA is important right? Just right to life is more important which is not affected here.

I asked the same in some femin subs. The response is basically, either end it fir everybody, or sure, make it equal (easy to say when its not really a possibility) Also its men fault ofc that wars and conscription exists.

For the PC men here beiing pro life lets men have much more agency. If they want to be a dad, they are saved from their wanted child being killed, if the woman dont want to be a parent and neither you you can put the kid up for adoption. Men win with pro life laws

Well you following Menrights and they bejng feminists means that you are kinda each other's red flags. Like why would you want to date a feminist women esp the Reddit feminist kind? So yes, its a red flag. For them. Because they set up their life according to their ideology in which ppl like Peterson is a danger to their ideology, thus its a red flag. For you, or traditional men, or believers of free speech, saying "listening to Peterson is a red flag" is a red flag itself.

Seems like a nice post. Imo there is 2 ways we could go on: back to the traditional ways of life with clearly defined roles for the sexes OR total equality, with 0 benefits for being a woman or a man. So exact same amount of days off, retirement age, lack of military service or registration for it for both sexes. So no negative nor positive discrimination I'd be content with both scenarios
/r/MensRights02/04/22 01:24 AM

Lol no. You cannot have 50% representazion for a group that makes up 1 or less % of the population (trans ppl) And the most qualified ppl should be in politics ideally, the ppl who got the most votes realist8cally. You want equality of outcomes, aka affirmative action for women. This is very sexist. Women can run for office. You cannot force people to vote for these candidates. Do you want 50% representation in frontline soldiers, trash collectors, coal miners too?
/r/MensRights31/03/22 10:54 AM

Ideal for the vast majority of men for a good chance for a happy life, success with women etc. This traditional type of man was tested throughout history, and jt worked. All societies respected masculine men. Therefore, since this way of life is beneficial to the vast majority of men, society, while shouldnt mandate it, should strongly encourage it.
/r/MensRights31/03/22 09:28 AM
1

Yes, but again, what goals are need to be met? For equality, even some programs like affirmative action would need to be szopped since it goes against equality. I feel equality has been archieved, in the legal sense. Social approval is not something that can or should be mandated, like equal treatment before the law can
/r/MensRights31/03/22 09:24 AM
2

They can be lol its just not ideal. Being masculine is more than who attracted to you > Men care so much if women find them attractive- I don't get it Well wanting sex and companionship and children is kinda a biological urge
/r/MensRights30/03/22 11:44 PM
1

Its not women in general who are attacked its a specific political movement and specific, horrible women are attacked. If you dislike a subreddit you can make a new one. Even if this subreddit would attack women in general free speech exists, and since Reddit openly allows male bashing, why shouldnt they allow woman bashing too if they care about so called freedom of speech?
/r/MensRights30/03/22 02:20 PM

Well, women want to have children too, and a man, who enters into a relationship with the intent to have children is entitled to have children with a woman who enters into a relationship with the same premise, if the woman doesnt want to she should leave the relationship.

Probably Eastern/Central Europe. You don't have to marry to have kids. Sometimes not being married has similar (often more favourable) conditions than being married. At this point, you only have a favourable outcome if you want a children and so does the womqn, or you dont, and the woman also don't. If you want a child but a woman doesnt, your child dies. If you don't want a child but the woman does, well you will pay child support for 18 years. Ending abortion eliminates the former. You will be in a better position as a man, as more favourable outcomes for you then before.

And what is the reason society helps women regardless of their strenght, but not men?
/r/MensRights19/11/21 04:07 PM

Most social benefits stem from being able to bear children. "How we perceive them" is basically the same what I said, we perceive them as people who need to be protected, for various reasons, including being able to propagate our species. But tell me, how do we perceive women that grants them social advantages.
/r/MensRights19/11/21 03:52 PM
1

I am glad you are happy in your body, and so do I, but all those social advantages women have are interconnected with sexuality, more specifically, being able to bear children. Social advantages in peacetime are a major advantage. And society is and will be mostly peaceful from now on, and don't really count on another large scale conflict (due to nukes) and if it happens, we are fucked anyway. And even in wartime I dont consider being drafted a major advantage.

I feel very good at being a man. I think having some biological advantages for being a man is great, like higher strenght, no periods, etc. But there are negative effects too, like shorter lifespan. Since the advantages are biological, and thus no fault of men, I find it insane that for these advantages (while ignoring the disadvantages) society tries to make up for women by legal discrimination, or just preferential treatment. If your assumption is true, and it doesnt help men but only harm women, answer the following 1, Why is pro life movement such a big group then? It includes non religious, men, women, people of all races? About 40 or 50% of America are pro life 2, WHy do some countries implement pro life policies if it helps noone? 3, Why do you see many parental right group, and many conservative/right wing men (and wome…

So what you're telling me is that your stance consists of: No. Taking rights away from people is bad. However, abortion isnt a right, its a privilege. And since women already have 100% of reproductive rights and men 0, the only way forward to make the 2 sexes more equal is to curb female reproductive privilege. You know, when you are privileged, equality feels like oppression. I sense that their is some misunderstanding that I hate women. No, thats absolutely not the case. But I would still like…

This law only gives rights back to men. Only change, is that in cases where men who want their child but their woman do no, get to keep the child. If neither of them does not want parenthood, like in OP's example, they can put the kid up for adoption. No parental responsibilities after that. Nil, nada. While women could, at will, force men to be parents. And pay child support. For men, there is only gain in some situations. No loss on any other.

This law changes little for men, but it eliminates one negazive outcome for men: when he wants the kid and the woman do not. This is the only case where men have minimal choice, if the girlfriend wants it too. Otherwise, men can get their child killed and also forced to pay child support in the very same legal system. Abortion bans at least eradicate one. Btw, if neither parent want parenthood they can just give up the child for adoption.

There are cases when social change can only be brought with curbing privileges. Before men had a right to college education, 100% of the students were men. Meaning a lesser abled men could go to college. Now men and women have to compete for jobs and scholarships. The way forward to womens rights was removing male privilege to college education. Same with parental rights today. Its removing privilege.

Men still can be forced to pay when abortion is legal. This law protects men's parental rights who want the child
/r/MensRights02/09/21 10:30 AM

Men have so few parental rights, while women have so much privileges that the only way to give them more is to restrict some female privileges. Men are in a serious disadvantage in many areas. Until these are fixed, I just don't care about other equality issues. This law directly favors men. Men were still forced to pay CS. This law miggt lead to a future where you can forfeit parenthood right after birth unilaterally as a man or woman.

No woman is forced to date pro life men. Its their 100% personal choice. Unlike abortion ,that harms fetuses and men. Not being alloved to kill innocents does not make you cattle. Hey, its men right movement. Fighting for men rights do take priority for me over fighting for womens rights. Women are already equal to men. Women have numerous privileges when talking about parental rights. The only way to make men more equal is to curb back on female parental privileges. Stop caring about female BA. Start caring about men's parental rights. Religious men can circumcise themselves the very first point they can make an informed choice about bodily mutilation: age 18.

You can have parental rights prior to birth. What blocks this? Especially a right to protect your offspring? But it is the lesser evil than having to carry an unwanted pregnancy because your partner says so. Wrong. Your child being killed is one of the worst that can happen to a parent. Lifelong suffering. I am not saying they should be treated by robots. I just wanted to point out that for some people its hard to understand pther people see or process the world differently. Simply put, forget everything the media, society etc taught you about men. Now, simply treat other man as human beings with feelings. Noone said only women could be stay at home parents. Having the ability to do something, and being totally conditioned by society to make that choice is rather different. Not to mention, today 2 parents have to work for the same QOL that a single parent could provide before. Puahing women to work also comes with the effect that women who want to stay at home are increasingly ostracised. This affects women who want to stay at home.

Men sue in some cases already and they won. Still does not solve tge problem of lack of men only places, it just erases women only ones.
/r/MensRights09/07/21 02:48 PM

Yes, but what about the fact that the elites strongly support women to work instead of having children or a family? More workers, a win. Less wages, a win. Less children to spend money on instead of giving it to a corporation, win. Longterm its unsustainable but most leaders dont care about longterm. Having an ability to do it vs being bombarded all day on every fron NOT to choose the traditional lifestyle is rather different.
/r/MensRights09/07/21 11:46 AM

Because every time someone wants to open one, feminists freak out. Or the gym owner dont want to deal with the repercussions. Or men are conditioned to accept women into their places therefore the amount of men who want to excercise alone isnt enough to open a male only gym. And again, any gym owner that opens up a sex restricted gym he or she risks discrimination lawsuits.
/r/MensRights09/07/21 11:32 AM

It might be a successful business if there are enough people who hate/fear muslims. The owner could argue that opening up the business to muslims could make the business lose revenue.

But why should normal men be discriminated against because of people who use the gym as a pick up place? "Escaping" from them doesnt solve the core problem. They will do it again in another place. Meanwhile calling them out or if they do it regularly, reporting them to staff has a positive effect.

Thats the whole point. Anybody should be free to enter into a gym they paid for regardless of sex or gender. Womens only gym shouldnt exist. I assure you, if they have to let in a 6 ft 200 pound bearded muscular guy in the women only part of the gym then they have to let in LGBTQ folk too. There are 2 types of public places: intimate and non-intimate. While the debate about toilets or dressing rooms go on due to different beliefs, a gym isnt an intimate olace therefore no sex or gender based dis…

Is it hard to say no? Just bc someone hit on you unwanted does not mean a whole sex should be discriminated against.

Why would an entire sex be banned from a public place because of some bad apples?
/r/MensRights08/07/21 11:48 PM

Yes, but in many cases men are locked out based on time. Also its an ideological problem, I dont want to be excluded from a place because of my sex, idc if I can find another machine or not. Thats it. A gym isnt even an intimate place so it shouldnt be segregated.

Why is that? Why cant someone recognise as a woman for 1 minute? Isnt the whole argument behind gender is that you decide? I can recognise as a woman for 1 week than male as another. How do you incorporate nonbinary people? There is and was sex based discrimination. Then sex was basically replaced gender. Now you are a woman if you recognise as one. Curious, how do you decide if someone is genuine in their self-identifying? When a feminine bio male recognises as a woman its legit, when a 200 pou…

Are you transphobic? Why are you the one who decides if someone is a woman or not? Remember, in 2021 if you say you are a woman you are a woman and everybody has to accept that. Geez, keep your 2015 morals for yourself.

I know, same with toilets. However, I dont intend to harass women but I dont aprove discrimination. I recommend taking a reasonable approach and use this to combat discrimination not for aelfish purposes.

Because menmen doesnt do anything to combat this. Standard approach: Protest, go into the gym at women hours, write for the owner of the gym, talk on social media about it. Walk in the gym and say that you are a customer and wont allow being discriminated. Smart approach: identify as a woman. Get 2 friends as witnesses. Identify as a women and tell that if they dont let you in you sue. Then sue. Either they have to let you in or you get paid after a court inevitable gives you the win for for dis…

I think we have it wrong. We allow women to abort and by proxy men to pressure their partner into an abortion. But we dont allow either partner to forfeit parenthood. It should work the other way. Abortion banned, but both parents can unilaterally decide, up to birth, to act a parent or not. Paternity tests are mandatory and if the father is the bio father he is listed on if he wants to act as a father. Same with women. If you accepted parenthood however you are responsible for your child up to …

I am sorry you have to go through this. There is something to consider. There are 3.5 billion women on Earth. You are a successful young man who also care for others wellbeing. Wasting it on one girl who squanders it robs another, more deserving woman from your attention and quality time. Personally for me, aborting my child would be an unforgivable sin. If someone is capable of murdering your wanted (and agreed upon) child she wouldnt care about your wellbeing either. Also these self issues sho…

Why arent they people? Every group of human beings on Earth should be persons. Many groups were restricted from personhood throughout history, they all gained it eventually. So maybe the US should copy the Polish policy on child support? Failure to pay CS has consequences in almost all countries.

I gladly give more power to the government if its used to protect lives. A judge with medical experts can decide if it was an abortion or not. If it cannot be proved, you go free. Again, not all laws punish women who get abortions. Some punish the doctor only. Abortion bans does not have the effects as you say in PL countries. Just because someone does not work in the 30's does not mean it cannot work 90 years later. The world has changed. It would be super easy to report an illegal abortion cen…

There is nothing that stops CS system from being revamped. CS itself isnt even the problem because in times its justified. The problem is that not paying in is treated as a crime instead of debt.

If there is a problem with due process in America why not fix it? How do a prosecutor prove beyond reasonable doubt that a miscarriage is an abortion? You are judged by 12 of your peers on the US arent you? The child support system will be revamped the second the revamp child support cause gains traction. Again, not an abortion related problem. In Europe you still can get to jail over unpaid child support. We simply have a nuanced approach and fix the amount at a percentage of pay, and take onto…

Fetuses should be people. They are just yet another group of humans who did not get personhood yet. No, stupid child support laws put men into prison not abortion laws. How many Polish men are in prison due to PL laws?
/r/MensRights28/06/21 08:24 AM

Makong abortion illegal wont put fathers in jail. Lol I dont get the logic. Abortions encroach the right of a 3rd party, the fetus. And in some cases the man who wants to be a parent. Thus since it affects more humans that the woman, its a public issue. You do realise in many cases wheter abortion should be legal was decided in the voting booths? On referendums?
/r/MensRights28/06/21 07:39 AM

You are still at the mercy of the mothers whim. Idiotic child support laws are a separate issue.

I see. Lets agree to disagree then. However, let me correct 2 premise. Men wont be put into prison more. The whole child support system needs to be revisited on the western world and remove debtors prison for people who cannot pay it. Ots one of the only cases when you go to prison for not being able to pay money. But revision of these policoes need to happen regardless of abortion. And no, women wont get to jail for miscarriages. Due process right. The state prosecutor would have to prove beyon…

Balanced take but I think we have it backwards. We allow women and by proxy, men, (think about pressuring into abortion, "why not abort" stance of society in many cases) to opt out of parenthood by killing fetuses but then force both parents to act as a parent if one of them wants to keep the child. It should be the other way aka abortion banned but unilateral opt out from parenthood at birth.
/r/MensRights28/06/21 12:23 AM

Factually wrong. A fetus is a living human being. Wasnt the "human life begins at conception" part of biology missed by your school?

Then why do women want to take agency over the childs body? You really compare men who kill over their sorrow over their child being killed woth people who kill themselves over a pathological sense of love or a hormonal change? The latter 2 sorrows you can cure by mental health support. You cannot resurrect someones child who was murdered. Why do you support a made up right to abortion by some radical feminists over mens parental rights? Feminists never support mens rights and never will. I told…

Well it was a very interesting POV but I am not entitely sure being cut is what avoided HIV. Anyway its never a thing to gamble with and I probably would never risk it. The law part was a good change but that charges were dropped bc le big anime women eyes makes me furious. That bitch could have killed you, maybe she infected many men. Interesting read, tho in the case of HIV smaller chance doesnt cut it imo. I certainly wont rush to get circumcised. Btw if you dont mind if I ask: Was that person aware of the HIV infection or not? Cuz some laws were made that seem to stop requesting informing the partner about HIV status which I feel is very dangerous law.

And why dont you support unborn men's and women's bodily autonomy then? What about all those fathers who see their unborn child as their child? Just because the woman does not want that pregnancy the fetus does not stop being a human. Your pro choice stance actively harms men who feel sorrow over their lost child, some even committed suicide. Until abortion is legal and women have 100% choice wheter to murder or keep the unborn child, the status quo wont matter. Men will be forced to pay child s…

Yes, I do get to enforce my views trouugh legislation and police. In a democracy I can vote for a pro life party I can run as a party leader etc. And then I force my views on the rest like all laws do. Child support is a separate issue. It needs serious reform, but legal abortion wont solve this since women can just not get an abortion and still force men to pay. Therefore its only women who can choose now. Meanwhile many men suffer due to their wanted unborn babies are being killed. Why dont yo…

I support both laws. These laws will benefit men in tje long run. The prenatal child support seems bad but it will allow more insight from men. The latter is great. No women should be able to kill a child the man wants.

Its not the womans body how many times it has to be said? Its the childs body. Why do you support the right of women to murder your and other men's child?
/r/MensRights25/06/21 07:46 PM

Wrong. Women kill children, men just refuse to support them. Death is way worse than poverty. Personally, I dont see why the men rights movement should support abortion. Feminists(who are 99% pro choice) never give an inch to men. Neither should we, and attack every single place of inequality, including abortion. No women should be able to kill a mans child if he wants to be a parent., we should let people forfeit parenthood unilaterally (at birth, many couples want to adopt btw). Then the child…
