Cut or BulkI do not have a physical job, but I do train high volume compounds 6 days a week. There are some serious metabolic benefits of keto. I have eaten as much as 3000 kcal a day for months while maintaining weight. High-protein is key. I sometimes struggle to eat more. Regardless of what people say, protein calories don't "count" the same way a gram of carbs or fat counts. Protein is not used for energy in the presence of better energy sources like carbs or fat. | /r/askTRP | 08/09/19 11:42 PM
Cut or BulkMuscle isn't everything. Over two years. I have consistently trained in the 1-5 rep range emphasizing strength. During those two years, I was cutting for 18 months with breaks to bulk. I lost 50lbs and took my lifts from 5X45lbs to what they are now. While I may not be as muscular, squatting 4-5 times a week and deadlifting 2-3 has probably done wonders for my neuromuscular efficiency. Some skinny guys can squat 405 for reps. Some huge guys can't squat 315. Strength does not always equal size. | /r/askTRP | 05/09/19 01:11 AM
Cut or BulkI'm 100% and endomorph. I gain fat extremely aggressively when I try and add carbs back in. Just ate 3000 cals on keto for day one of the bulk. 300g protein and 200g fat | /r/askTRP | 05/09/19 01:06 AM
Cut or BulkProbably this. I eat 3-4lbs of meat a day and make an effort to get tons of vitamin D and K2 | /r/askTRP | 03/09/19 10:15 PM
Cut or BulkI did starting strength and went full on T-Rex mode for my first year of lifting. Hence the low bench. I also squat 4-5 days a week because I hope to compete in powerlifting one day. | /r/askTRP | 03/09/19 10:11 PM

What words mean:Legitimate question: What do you call it when a girl is only seeing you (somewhat believably) and you give each other attention, but you’re seeing other women? What if you’re giving her more attention than other plates? | /r/TheRedPill | 07/08/18 03:16 AM

Staying motivatedRemember: they can and will leave at any moment for a million different factors completely beyond your control. Re-read Plate Theory in The Rational Male. Some plates will drop inevitably, so prepare for it by creating abundance. It's also easier to pick up new plates when you have plates because you've got that abundance mentality in addition to an IDGAF attitude. It's easier to go from 2 to 3 than 0 to 1 | /r/askTRP | 29/09/17 05:55 PM
