How do you stay motivated to keep gaming girls when you have 1 or 2 steady plates who fulfill your sexual needs?

This has been a huge oversight of mine and everytime a plate breaks I end up getting out there and aggressively looking for more plates.

However, while I have a plate spinning I kind of lose motivation to find new ones.
