Depends on the jurisdiction. Rape by Fraud absolutely is a crime in California, for instance. It is not clear to me that these circumstances apply to that law since I don't know the full jurisprudence. But it is certainly arguable that it would apply. I can't find any law in South Carolina that requires this. When I asked my doctor about it a few years ago in California he told me that the surgeon might require it, but that it is not legally required. I kicked a small hole in the wall at home once when I was 13 and furious about something or other. I was 13 and still trying to figure out how to deal with the hormone rush. It is a common movie trope, tho. I had a cat once get fixated in a spot on the wall about 4' up. She kept jumping up and scratching at it until there was a big hole there.

I wouldn't say I liked it. But I didn't mind it as a task that needed to be done and it is a good bonding time with the kids. My wife was breastfeeding when they were little and that is something that I literally cannot do for her. I didn't change all the diapers, but I did a clear majority of them.

Judge Bryant and Peeple's attorneys say Nash and the other women made false charges, contradicted some of their claims while on the stand, lied under oath, and made other charges that weren't believable.
