Straight up ABSTINENCE causes the average testosterone in a male to become slightly higher than a man's baseline amount. Jacking off or having sex doesn't change much at all. Not up, not down. https://examine.com/nutrition/does-ejaculation-affect-testosterone-levels/

Your testosterone levels peak around a week of abstinence.

Redpill didn't make me think I needed to act Alpha by faking it. Honestly it just helped me focus on what I needed to do with myself to make myself a better man and become successful/happy. In doing so, I'm sure I come across as more "Alpha" than I used to be, but it certainly doesn't mean I'm faking anything to get people to like me. It was all more like a change in perspective. No change to my true self, except in physical sense due to investing more time into working out.

THERE IT IS hahaha. You're solid though. If she's clean then it's all Gucci. Not LTR-Gucci, but ONS-Gucci. Every time I've tried more than fucking with an experienced carousel rider, I'm just disappointed I wasted my time. Edit: I just saw the baby part. Holy shit I'm happy you got the hell out of that. So many women want to lock someone down fast as they approach the wall and you can't ever really know when she'll do something drastic. I've literally been piss drunk about to bang a chick and sa…

Chipotle is my main plate. I spin that bitch as much as I can after the gym every single day, and she never disappoints.

I've used one. Although I enjoyed it, I didn't get enough playtime with it to make a decision to buy it, since the only thing I'd use it for is home defense.

Yea, I'm not John Wick, and this isn't an action movie. I could possibly overpower one or two intruders, but I know nothing about knife-play or whatever if that happened to be the case. I'd rather have a gun against armed or unarmed intruders. Also, a friendly reminder that if you must shoot an intruder in your home, you better kill them. Not on your lawn or in your backyard; your house.

I don't have kids to worry about at the moment so I drilled a holster into the side of my bed stand, on the back side. I keep it loaded, safety on. I've had a few bumps in the night and have been up and at em, cocked and ready for business in probably 5 or 6 seconds. If you have a family, I've seen some single-handgun safes that also attach to night stands or maybe the side of a bed. Haven't looked into it much though. Edit: thanks mate

The gun one was what ticked me off the most. I absolutely love guns, and I absolutely feel 100 times safer knowing I can have one in my hands the second someone breaks into my home. I don't get it, the "modern man" might have armed intruders in his home, but he shouldn't have a gun to defend himself or his family? Im just confused as to how someone came to that logic. Man OR woman, what the fuck?

So you're hitting on the 9/10 and she gets distracted by Chad, so you go hit up the 10/10 at the other end of the bar

Agreed, I avoid these in my LTR because I like keeping her on edge. If she feels safe and secure with me, then it's only going downhill from there, and obviously not in the good way. Like, rolling down a hill of broken shards of glass into a giant cage she opens up once a month for words of promise and the annual handjob.

Desensitize them, act like it's cool with the chicks who "aren't hoes about it," though that's obviously not the case. Works better when they've had a few drinks and you've made the topic nice and easy for them to lay on ya. Did NOT fuck the last chick I asked, because her answer was "well yea it really isn't slutty unless you randomly do it, but probably 60 or more guys, I kinda stopped counting when I was over the hill." ಠ_ಠ I'm outie Edit: it's usually a lie anyways. More or less, it's never …

Cool cool. I needed a study break and ended up watching the whole thing. I'm pretty good with conversations and situations but I still took away several things I was surprised I didn't already do/know. I appreciate you linking that here man.

He makes a few good points, but I couldn't help but cringe at his mannerisms. His hands shooting to his thighs, his shoulders coming up too much (defensive/insecure/anxiety mannerism), locking his elbows down and using his forearms, limiting the space he uses, etc. It just looked so feminine to me. I try to use the space I have to its fullest extent. Hands never in my pockets, shoulders relaxed, etc. I mean, am I wrong? Even if that's just a stage thing, it's good to remember to keep your manner…

Defective genes? I laughed because you were actually serious. And hey, being a real man doesn't mean you lack empathy. That just makes you the type of smelly asshole chicks and bros do avoid. It's that elitist pig mentality that's gonna get your ass handed to you real soon.

I actually like breaking away for awhile. There's plenty of bitches to go around at my university. After going buck wild for a year, I actually prefer to spend my free time with my group of guys rather than hunt down bitches. Sure, I've got plates for just about every night I'm not already working/going out/have plans, but my point here is taking a break for awhile actually feels pretty nice. It might be harder for some people to bounce back, but there's something about not worrying about bitche…

Leave her and focus on yourself. I left my longest relationship to focus on my own goals and hobbies. I've never been happier. That was 4 years ago. I found TRP just last year. Everything was much easier to swallow. Being alone helped me accept what happened to my own experiences and the world. Then I could go back into it as a new person. I'm not quite sure what you mean with your mother not knowing you. Care to explain?

Yea.. If a fucking "Marla" some guy in my circle had hots for came into our study room and flipped a bitch all over the place, we'd all call her out on it. If said oneitis buddy were to actually hop up and jump to her aid and scold us, we'd all just tell them both to get the fuck out and let us study. Said Guy would probably show up later after realizing he fucked his priorities up. We'd give pointers and try to get him back on track. "Bro, be rational, she isn't going to fuck you for standing u…

I'm going to go into personal detail here.. I am literally SO FUCKING PARANOID of this happening that I NEVER cum. If I have a condom, sure, but only if I have a sure fire way to dispose of it that she can't get to or recover. I'll fuck the hell out of them until they explode several times over, but never usually do myself. Unless it's a major exception, I stick to covering my ass.

Seriously though, sidetracking topic here, but it made me furious after about 14 hours of straight research realizing how little leverage a man gets against a woman in the courtroom (usually divorce related). There's laws instantly siding with mothers, and then there's female privilege. To make it worse (back to topic of thread), It seems that a majority of people now side with the Blue Pill answers examples above. That makes me sad

What's the point? That whole situation sounds suspicious anyways. Break it off for good, fuck & date other chicks.

I agree with you man. If I felt like she could pull through a shit test like that right off the bat, I might stay and evaluate a little more. But, if I walked out, it wouldn't be because I'm angry, it would be because I don't like my time wasted and there's plenty of other chicks I could be trying to bang, y'know?

Hell, besides hitting the gym here at college every day, if I lose a competitive match on CS:GO, I'll punish myself with a 20-minute abs cycle. I love video games, but I love the confidence I get from lifting a hell of a lot more.

I agree and disagree with what you said. If I feel like she's telling me about her slut session in a way that's testing me, I'll reply with something like (let's say I'm replying to OP's second date excerpt) "oh yea, twins can be pretty fun." See, she didn't say the Australian guys were twins, so it makes it seem like you've had a experience with twin chicks and you're comfortable with it, in terms of her experience and yours. I wouldn't say "well one time I..." As if I was trying to compare and…

Archetype is my favorite, being an actor. When I go out, I'll choose some character from somewhere or something and try to implement their traits into my own personality as best as possible, experimenting to create a somewhat perfect frame. Some that work pretty well have been: -motherfucking James Bond (the most successful) carrying the most confidence and the super suave moves. -Some super-frat dude who makes a point to know everybody (or already does, in some cases), conversing between people…

By all means. I go by the phrase "It wasn't the guy who cheated on you, it was your girl." The guy doesn't deserve a chop to the throat, even though that's many people's first reaction to the situation.

I would totally carry a purse on my jogs with pepper spray in it so if a cunt were to back up and pull one out of hers, I would agree and amplify. An overdramatic pulling out pepper spray of my own purse, beating her to the words I would scream out; "GET AWAY FROM ME YOU RAPIST OR I'LL SPRAY YOU AND CALL THE POLICE!" The look on her face would be priceless.
