For skin: Beta Carotene, 40.000 daily IU first month, then 20.000 per day for the months after that, truly did wonders for the glow of my skin. https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=nl&as_sdt=0%2C5&q=carotene+tan+more+attractive&btnG=#d=gs_qabs&p=&u=%23p%3DlhgpSXeENvQJ

I tried most of this stuff, honestly the most important is; enough sleep, decent diet, low stress and lifting, rest is optional, you dont need supplements

Concentration (Samadhi) meditation leads to Jhana, which is different from insight (Vipassana)

Max aesthetics, it's so fucking big, well fitting clothes, no dry skin, clean boogers etc imo only direct works Are you making contact with the chick? or just dumping a script in the opener? are you smiling during open? Are you sexual with your eye contact? Do they walk away immediately with a look of disgust or do they leave after 10 seconds?

This is a video which explains the replacement of humans in a lot of fields, I think it is pretty accurate, a must watch for any man on todays world. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Pq-S557XQU

I highly recommend concentration meditation before developing insight. I think it's better to work on insight when you can actually ''meditate'' instead of attempting to. The idea is to concentrate on the breath, close your eyes, sit upright in a comfortable chair, you can do full lotus but it is not necessary. You will concentrate on breathing in and out and try to make it as shallow as possible by remaining calm, when you start thinking about something else just bring it back to the breath.

Better advice, don't do 0.5g ever because that amount will kill of your serotonin receptors which are essential for mood and sleep regulation, also be sure to drink plenty of water and do not redose after 3 hours.

Good post, experienced the same. I'm glad you realized it, better to cement one habit at a time.

I recommend you not to take up too much at once, if you try get too many new habits at once, none of them will stick, you could introduce a new one every week or every 2 weeks. Another idea could be immersion week, where you completely focus on 1 subject 1 week: For example 1 week learn all about meditation, practice a lot and the next week spanish, where you read, listen and watch a lot in Spanish

Keep in mind that burden of proof is on you, you are making the claim and asking for someone to counter it, it doesn't work like that. Also you graph doesn't counter his socioeconomic environment argument

The 10% brain myth is actually true, just hugely misunderstood. It is thought that only 10% of the brain is used but what is actually meant by it is that only up to 10% is used at any given moment, you use all 100% of the brain just not at once.

you generate more if you sit around and watch adds on the TV, buy that new video game and order out. What kind of income can you generate for someone else if you read a book, go for a hike or work out? This point really hit home, thanks for writing this

Good post, I agree on nearly everything except the meditation part, I suggest you sit in a comfortable chair instead of lay, when you lay it will probably be in your room, your brain will automatically associate it with sleeping (laying, bedroom). I suggest you sit in a comfortable chair instead, with your back straight and hands on your upper legs.

Just don't let it rule your life, I recently acquired one. I turned all notification sound and shit off, I don't want my brain programmed. If it makes you a zombie like 80% of the western world I recommend you throw it away.

You have to ditch your friends who are addicted to smoking, a popular saying goes: ''you are the average of the 5 people closest to you''. These people will hold you back. I've been there and had exactly the same. If you are not hanging out with people who smoke all day then it is way easier to quit, then it's just self control instead of constant exposure.

You understand that modern medicine treats symptons instead of the actual problem right? Big corporations have no incentive to actually heal people, they want to sell medicine.

If you are going to link dump, please also write what you learned about it, why it is relevant. Now it doesn't provide anything for anyone.

''because a feminist is someone who believes in equality'' This is actually the true definition, pretty annoying how misused it is everywhere, including TRP.

No, I'm not, the definition on Wikipedia for Feminism is obviously flawed, the definition I gave is the academic one, choose which one you prefer I guess.

I think a lot of people here are confused about what a feminist really is, I am a feminist and most of the people here are as well. Let me show you the definition: ' the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities' I hope this clears up some of the issues, and that this word will no longer be misused here, it's a pain to see really.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
