BRUH. He makes more than you and he wants to move in to save even more money ? After spending all his time over to your place anyway ?! Please please please do yourself a favor and dump this leech before he moves in and starts thinking of baby trapping you or some shit.

I do actually believe in soulmates, just not in the traditional sense. For me, my soulmate is my cat. We've been together for 15 years now and we are absolutely connected. We understand each other without words, she helps me deal with my mental health issues, reminds me to take medication and when I'm under tons of stress she becomes sick. Realizing how much she did for me over the years has really helped raising my standards for relationships. If I don't feel as good with a partner as I do with…

I had a conversation with a guy I know about streaming on Twitch. He's getting his thing off the ground and he's single and focused and is getting decent success so far. And then one day he talks to me about one guy he knows and did collabs with and goes : "Dude just quit his day job to be 100% focused on Twitch, I don't know how he does it, I've seen his view count and I know what kind of money he's making and there is no way that's enough." So I'm just there sad laughing and I'm like : "Let me…

Imagine not being ready for marriage, but being ready to have TWO KIDS ! Ladies please tell me we can make this a FDS rescue mission. This poor woman deserves so much better.

I'm seriously tired to see so many guys wanting all the perceived advantages of being a woman without seeing, much less wanting, any of the downsides. I'd rather have a cat than a trophy husband.

You are not broken or defective or weird, you're just an autistic girl without a diagnosis yet. You are worthy of love no matter what. It's completely okay and normal to be bisexual, don't be afraid of your crushes on girls, boys suck anyway. Spend more quality time with our cat, she won't live forever. Borrow some money from our parents and ask to buy some Google stocks.

I feel the exact same way. My solution is to try and find love elsewhere. For example my cat and I are very very close and I feel grateful to have such a beautiful connexion with another living being. I also try to value my family members more and to give more support to my friends. It's a lonely world out there and I too am scared I'll never be loved by a romantic partner, but for now this works for me.

Don't lie to yourself. You are not and never will be special to him. You cannot change him by "behaving better than other women before you" or "loving him more than he's ever been loved before". Ask me how I know, been there done that.

I'm gonna answer no for a very specific reason : I have seen the potential in LVM before. I have tried building them up and wasted precious time and energy trying to level them up. At this point it is much easier for me to assume that no, they can't and they won't change no matter how much I hope they do. I'd be glad to be proven wrong of course, but until then this is my stance because it helps me in keeping good boundaries and not falling for it again.

Just like there is support for splitting the bill 50/50. Doesn't make it better imo, but maybe that's just me. It's really not the gotcha they think it is.

They always take racism super seriously and as soon as you dare compare that to women issues it's like you just committed a war crime.

Another vetting thing to consider : "Well if the feminists really want to be equals why aren't women getting drafted ??" Yeah I heard someone ask that yesterday. Resisting the urge to facepalm was quite difficult.

It's always the same with these scrotes. They love playing the victim, but it's more than that. "Look, men suffer too in x and y way, but I'm too lazy to do anything about it so could you please stop your activism for women cause it makes me look lazy k thx." They want to keep the bar as low as possible so they can just keep complaining about it without having to do any of the efforts needed to change their own situation.

I cannot believe how many times I have unironically heard this. Like how can you think this, let alone say it out loud, and not realize that you're part of the problem.

Yeah they're grown adults. Sure maybe I wouldn't give that lady the mom of the year award, but come on. I'm not gonna judge a fellow woman who seemingly raised multiple kids on her own, especially when they're actual adults who just choose to remain low value. If anything I actually feel sad for her, she seems trapped in a difficult situation after a low value man left her to take care of their kids on her own.

What makes you think they're choosing long term ? Men like that only see women like objects that can easily be replaced. As soon as she gets a bit older he's gonna start looking for a new one.

I think it's an even better excuse to change your plans honestly. "I can't come over, I have class and I'm seeing friends afterwards." See how he reacts to being denied access to you/control over where you are during class. Also if he has already mentionned fucking, and in those terms too, I would def consider that a red flag. Having sex is already on his mind and he's trying to put that into yours as well. He's testing the waters by telling you how safe and serious he is about it in the hopes t…

Keep vetting always ! Early on like this it can be hard to tell if he's genuine or if he's just pretending to be the man of your dreams just to take advantage of you. Also remember that a woman should never pursue a man. Don't wait for his messages, don't be the one texting first and sitting around like he's a prize to be won. You are the prize. Make him wait, make him put efforts in and see how he reacts when you hold onto your boundaries. Don't go to class at his place, show some independence …

Wanna know the truth about terms of endearment ? The guy is talking to multiple women at once and he's scared to use the wrong name. So instead of making a true effort for you, he'll just call you darling, beautiful, etc.

Probably not what you want to hear, but people that lose their virginity later than their peers tend to have more success in life overall. Also get a sex toy if you don't already have one. A partner is not mandatory to love and discover your body. Take this opportunity to discover what feels good for you and what you enjoy. You deserve to feel pleasure and to feel like a desirable woman. Don't give a man control over you in exchange for validation.

I just want to say that I'm proud of you for noticing these behaviors in yourself and deciding to work on it with a therapist. This is a good first step towards becoming higher value. I think you should trust in yourself and in the process. As you keep working on your self-esteem, it'll become easier to stand up for what you want and what you deserve. Good luck !

I've been single for a while so I understand where you are coming from. The thing to keep in mind is : your fellow women that keep finding love easily probably have very low standards. The FDS path is not easy because it's not about finding just any relationship, it's about finding the relationship that will meet the standard we set for ourselves. If those guys know to avoid you, consider it a compliment. Let the trash take itself out of your dating pool.

Not a bad method, but what I usually do is ask them very early what they consider to be the ideal woman. It's a question that doesn't really raise suspicion and is almost expected in a dating environment. You would be surprised how many guys just admitted "im totally a boobs guy" or "i love thigh gaps" with 0 shame at all.

Wow, this one hits me hard. There's a quote from Fitzgerald I always go back to. I felt unlovable for most of my life and so it gave me hope that I just need to find the right person for me, someone who will love me for who I am and respect me. It's especially close to me because of my mental health struggles and because of my ASD + I've been writing fiction since I was 11 yo so yeah. Anyway it's this quote : "I fell in love with her courage, her sincerity, and her flaming self respect. And it's…

Honestly disappointed by Reddit, but sadly not surprised. The only good thing to come out of this is the huge interest I'm seeing for Ovarit in these comments.

Okay so let's take a step back here. This guy has been scrolling r/all for hours presumably, otherwise he wouldn't be making this post. And we can assume it's a habit of his or else he wouldn't have anything to compare it too. And then he feels entitled enough and shameless enough to actually tell on himself and label this as a problem. He could have just, oh idk, opened one of the porn subs and browse it directly. Or just go to whichever porn platform is popular these days. But even that WAS TO…

Because they don't see us as people. If we're not up to their standards, we're just useless, faulty flesh lights that can be abused without consequences.

Because limiting women is totally normal, but nobody could seriously consider doing the same to men. It's totally unthinkable so therefore it could only be a joke of course ! /s

When I was a pick me, knowing that somebody was getting ghosted a lot made me feel bad and wanting to stay with them more cause I know the pain of being abandonned. Now ? I know to trust the judgement of fellow ladies. If they all ghosted him, I should probably ghost him too.

Now that I'm reading this, I remember that there was a creep like that at my high school too. I never had him as a teacher and yet it was so well known that even I knew he was a creep. From what I've heard he would look at his students cleavage a lot and he was know for getting too close to desks. At one point some people decided to put chalk dust on the edges of desks and he ended up getting chalk all over his pants.

Thank you for posting this simple truth. I needed to read that. Too often in my life I make excuses for guys that aren't as present as I wish they would be. I forgive, I give other chances and then I wonder why I'm always disappointed.

My latest ex kept telling me how honest he was and that he expected the same from me so we could have a strong foundation to our relationship. I found that so creepy.
