Interesting. I smile, and tell them that it's not nice to kiss and tell.

This is true in the best possible way. You might find that girl on the other side of the planet, so keep looking.

First, you should define success for yourself. Do you want a girlfriend? FWB? ONS? Looking for a wife? After you answer that question, rejection is meaningless. You're looking for someone who will be a good match for your goals. It's like trying to find the right key for the lock. You don't get mad if you pick the wrong one off the key ring, you just try the next one.

Being over 30 is great. In the past year, I've been with girls from ages 22 to 37. The best thing about being older is that you have more confidence in yourself to pick the girls that are the best fit for you.

Age does not equal maturity.

Should have prefaced this with assuming she showed interest in the first place. Like she agreed to go out with you, and you established rapport.

It's up to you to turn her on and tease her. She will be coy, but the signals will be there. Remember, she wants to do it with you, she doesn't want to be perceived as easy.

Great idea. She's (probably) waiting for someone to come up to her and talk to her that way. Too many guys are intimidated by her or creepy. Be the hero.

Agreed. The idea is to conquer your fear. You don't need to conduct a graduate level social experiment. You'll know when you're ready.

I tell them that I can see the future, and I know what they're doing later tonight. I don't expand on that part at all, I make them tell me a secret.

Great post. Think of it as walking a middle line between being too timid and too aggressive. You're making your intentions known in a way that's fun and playful.

As someone in their early 30s, it is both socially acceptable and easy to date someone ten years younger than me. I find it funny that my FWB was barely a teenager when I graduated college.

This is 100% spot on. 1 a.) If she doesn't respond positively- move on. It doesn't matter why it didn't work.

The Way of the Superior Man is a good book. Instead of using a "nice guy" vs. "asshole" paradigm, it shows you how trying to be a "nice guy" is presenting a neutered version of yourself.

I didn't like this video. I haven't read the book, but video presenter pulls that BS entrepreneurs vs. everyone else dichotomy. You can have a fulfilling life and career if you are not an entrepreneur.

This sub helps you accentuate the difference from being a good person, and being a "nice guy." I think this sub exists to help eliminate the "white knight" and "nice guy" behaviors, and foster true confidence and success. Average people do extraordinary things all the time. In this context, who decides on what "average" is anyway?

The old you is gone. This is you now: "I've become infinitely more confident, I've started talking to girls, and I actually feel attractive." Embrace it and enjoy all the new opportunities.

Go into depth on the topics that spark her to smile and talk, tell a few relevant stories about yourself. Think of conversation as eliciting emotion, not just learning facts. When I said push the line, I meant that I didn't use much kino on her. We were separated by a bar, and the owners were hovering. I didn't want to get her in trouble at work.

Get specific with your goals. Make them things that you are excited about, and can you can hold yourself accountable for. Maybe you don't have the resources to climb Mt.Everest or Kiliminjaro, but you can climb the highest mountain in your region. I always wanted to teach English in another country. That's not going to happen, because of my situation. However, I am going to travel to those countries that I always wanted to go to and enjoy myself. Right now, I ask myself: "What have I always want…

This is an attractive characteristic in all your relationships: work, family, friends and with your SO. Being able to do this says that you are secure with yourself, and that you accept that everyone makes mistakes.

One message that I've gotten reading this sub can improve with women. Last year I was browsing Gone Wild, dead bedrooms and video game subs. Last night, I had a gorgeous girl (I don't understand the HB scale) qualifying herself to me. I internalized that I am interesting, positive and fun. I have or have the potential to have beautiful women in my life. I let girls know that I have options, and that I enjoy their company, but I don't NEED them.

Work related goal (get a part time job)- completed Start a creative hobby- not completed- I'm going to do improv in 2015, I couldn't in 2014 because of schedule. I started reading at age 30, and I'm almost 32. It's become all about self-improvement, eliminating bad habits and improving confidence. Girls are only part of the whole. It forced me to look at myself and say "Whatever you've been doing has not been working for you, it's time to try something different." I discovered that I was my own greatest enemy. I created a list of five goals for the year for 2014. I completed 4 out of the 5. I immediately got out of my comfort zone, and did the things tha…

"...barely making any moves." There's the problem. Your past is holding you back. Whatever your doing isn't working. Why continue on that path? It's better for you to get rejected 20 times in and be successful on the 21st. Otherwise, you have 20 ambiguous "maybe someday girls."

Never underestimate eye contact. It took awhile for me to figure out what all the fuss was about, but it's way more effective with girls then you probably think. And it works at every step of the process: Don't know them? catch their eyes, linger for like 1-3 seconds, then smile. They are now ridiculously intrigued. Why did you smile at them? Who is this guy that looks at what he wants unwavering? If they look back your way, catch their eyes again (bonus points: wink ;) at this point, you can wa…

Give yourself two options: Escalate, and if she doesn't reciprocate, be ready to cut her out of your life. Accept her friendship, and be a good friend to her. You recognize the value in her friendship, and you are 100% ok with not being romantically/physically involved. You have an abundance mentality, and there are plenty more like her or better than her for you. Be in control of the direction of the relationship.

Some of the best advice you will get here is that you will be better off if you make the choice. Bowling is only bad if she has severe carpal tunnel, and a bar is bad if she doesn't drink. Do something that you find fun, and bring her along for the ride. When you're having fun, she should be too.

If the conversation dies, push them to talk a little bit. Make them work for it too. Your responsibility isn't to entertain them without reciprocity.

Showing the drawings was a great idea. All I could think of was "Come in, I'll show you my Skyrim character. I'll kill one dragon, and you can leave."
