That’s exactly what I was trying to articulate. Eckhart Tolle is how I learned of this stuff. Even though it is pretty obvious once you consider it, hearing the logic of it all helped me to understand it.

Your going to have negative thoughts. But you don’t have to believe them. Your mind is just telling you the situation is dangerous/unknown and lists the reasons it thinks are why. The thing is most of the time your thoughts are not reality. We are constantly building a world and a story in our head to try to grasp the situation we are in. If you can realize that this story is just your mind coping with the now then it’s possible to just Notice the thought and maybe the accompanying feelings. Rea…

I don’t mean to sound like I know your whole situation, it is hard to give an opinion without coming off as an answer giver. But from my point of view you seem to be putting much too much effort into solving what, in any other circumstance, would be brushed off as a silly remark. You don’t need to solve this for her. In my opinion you can only control yourself and what you will allow to happen to yourself in this instance. You could try brushing it off and mentioning it’s trivial. If she keeps b…

I’d say to just simply state that this is a silly hang up and if that’s going to be a deal breaker then you understand and move on. Honestly that sounds super weak and is probably not the real reason she is hesitant. Showing that you will not be trifled with such a petty issue like that, will demonstrate your value. But i know how hard it is to have the courage to respect yourself enough to walk away and also the tunnel vision you probably have right now so I don’t blame you if you keep looking …

Idk had near the same thing happen to me. For whatever reason they flake. Could possibly be they are too nervous or busy or simply aren’t as interested. But that’s not for us to worry about. I think the best move is to just move on to the next one.

It’s funny that you mention wanting a “woman playing from behind”. I told myself the same thing! I wanted to find a girls that was damaged so I could get a discount so to speak. I love buying things used at a discount and repairing rather than buying new because I typically don’t have the money required to purchase everything brand new. I wanted to use the same philosophy with women. But I don’t believe that dynamic anymore. The thing is we are all the same. This may sound a bit religious or woo…

There are certain things that are just generally true; guys are generally attracted to the look of a women first. Women are generally attracted to security which can be through, status, wealth, strength. Women also find men who are more fit to be more attractive. These things are generally true. So if you improve on them(if you can, if you want) then you will generally attract a larger percentage of the general population. You don’t have to do these things to find a mate though. These things jus…

You can’t have confidence from experience if you haven’t succeeded a bunch before. But you can have confidence that you have the ability to approach and to learn from each interaction and eventually gain experience. But experience is not necessary only a willingness to learn and have fun learning.

I have found plenty of information here useful and I at one point was fatally awkward to where I would blush at the mention of sex because of past sexual abuse. Using the information I have learned from this sub and reading a book I heard about from this sub(models) I have gotten two numbers and even a couple dates with one of the girls. It’s easier to take the route that people are not giving you the right information. It’s harder to use/tailor the information to fit your situation but it is mu…

Yeah I’m sure most people have odd kinks. And while the girls may not be into it if they like you enough they will be game to try and fulfill your fantasy whatever it may be. I mean if your bold enough joking about what you are into while dating would probably tell you if she is into it or not

That’s a niche(as far as I know) kink of his so the majority of girls are probably not gonna be into it. Best bet would probably be online on some fetish meet-up sites? Or just approach every girl and tell them that’s what your into and he will eventually find one

Ok so you know what your doing wrong. You want someone to tell you that you don’t need to change. But you do. Read up on masculinity. The culture is pushing men to be feminine. Masculinity is not bad. Masculinity is good. Being selfish is ok. You are ok. You need to learn how to communicate your feelings to another human without your insecurities making your brain glitch. Some books i found very helpful: Models No More Mr. Nice Guy Podcast: Real Social Dynamics (RSD) (the later podcast of the la…

Be honest with your intentions before fucking. I typically indirectly or directly state that this is for fun but could be serious if we enjoy each other’s company enough We are not obligated to each other because we fucked.

Socialize with everyone. Man and woman. Dance and smile. Be someone who has fun to give not someone who seems boring sitting alone. Your not going to get approached you are the man. The man leads. It’s both male and female DNA and social conditioning for the man to lead and it works 99.9% of the time all the time.

You make a scene. But people lose interest after 30 seconds. I approached a girl at a coffee shop and people look but I was surprised at how fast they just lose interest and go back to their own lives. Just be calm and speak loud enough and clear. And mention how it’s a little out of the ordinary by saying something like “this is random”

Yeah these girls these days are all the problem. They want an attractive non needy man. It’s like what am I supposed to do? They want me to change? They should all change! It’s all their fault!

Man why are you hung up on being “Alpha”? You should not be worried about what anyone on this subreddit thinks about alpha beta bullshit. Best thing I did was read mark Manson’s book “models”. Biggest takeaway is that it’s not about attracting girls. It’s about meeting girls taking to them confidently and seeing if THEY are right for YOU. Health and personality can be improved to widen your possibilities but the absolutely crucial thing is action. You have to approach with a healthy mindset and …

To counter the looks thing I’ve seen plenty of dudes playing out of their league so to speak and I believe it’s because the maxed out their other character traits like personality and wutnot. So it’s possible to improve the size of your net but once your out in the lake casting the net only certain fish are gonna be within your reach. Expand your net, fish, expand, fish That’s how I filet the fish

Wtf why is this a worry? Girls are not that fragile man and we are not as important to them as we think sometimes. If they care they will text again. If your feeling bad then tell them honestly how you feel so they can move on.

Yeah motherfucker your a human male just like the rest of us. All your replies have been whiny and excusing. No one cares about you more than yourself, therefore you are the only one that can change your outcome. Obviously you are not happy where you are at. There are multiple things you can do to improve your situation. My biggest catalyst was reading models by mark Manson and the book no more mr nice guy. Don’t complain about your current status, work towards getting better at pick up or healt…

I’ve noticed that as I wait for a text I start getting inside my head more and more. I have been sending a text and if bombs it bombs and maybe i send another to clarify my point(idc bout double texting rule) but other than that I just let it go and try to think about and do other things. Like looking for the next possible girl to talk to, not in a malicious way but coming from a frame of mind that there are plenty of possibilities out there and my happiness and worth does not hinge on a text ba…

Hell yeah! I’ve learned the sooner I approach after first seeing them the more responsive they are. Also scoping for a ring can be distracting and also feed your want to bail so I wouldn’t even call that a mistake. The approach experience is definitely worth the “risk” of her talking to you and relating she is in a marriage. And i feel most would take it as a compliment

I think just you approaching is very valuable in itself. Hopefully your learning, as am I, that it’s not that bad to be rejected. But you mentioned your typically not seen/heard even with friends. I am/was the same way. A big part of this I believe is not valuing yourself or your own opinion. Just one symptom of this for me was speaking softly. I had so many times where people could not hear what I was saying and eventually people would just tune me out because I would not invest even VOLUME in …

Having the mindset of trying to find someone who is combatible to YOU helps. If they reject you it’s likely because you may not be compatible for whatever reason -looks, personality, lifestyle etc. There may be other reasons for rejection like they are not in the mood that day. But your worth should not be affected by how one person views you. Presentation of self matters and it’s possible to improve appearance and social skills which will widen your compatibility but no man is for every woman. …

Read the book “Models” by mark Manson my dude. You have to polarize a reaction. Either she likes you sexually/romantically or she doesn’t. It’s in both of your interest to figure that out sooner rather than later. Being nice and hiding your intentions and sexual attraction will put you in the friend zone.
