4 & 5 She showed her true colors at the end and thats all i needed to see. Indifferent about wanting her back (dont at all) & sorry for her because she is going to have similar difficulties in every relationship if she doesn't realize the problem is deeply rooted inside her perspectives.

I second this. My ex wife had no long term friends and couldn't make new sustainable ones. RED FUCKING FLAG. never again, she needs to have a friend group...

I got an email confirming divorce. Atleast a text isn't an email... "Dear XXX"... wtf? We dated for 6 years married 2...

People be crazy, such is life as you have said. I sent her the return, and told her to keep the ring. She said, "I should keep the ring as a consolation prize, it's the least I deserve". Also said this will be the last time we ever communicate. Chapter - CLOSED.

Don't worry I sent the money, said keep the ring, also indicated this will be the last time we ever speak. All done completely now. Fuck that narcissistic bullshit

Nope, she gets to keep her "consolation prize" as she put it. Done out never have to talk with her again.

It is for me, she's past news. Her decision, not mine. Doing it because it feels great, and I'm accomplishing things daily. Can see results. It's the best healthy way to get through this.

Hell yes buddy. Ive been 2 months into my divorce, stacked on 6lbs of pure muscle already. I weight 170lbs lean 11.5% body fat muscle. Goal is 180lbs of shredded muscle. Divorce definitely was the catalyst i needed to get myself hitting hard in the gym. I feel great and this is just the start. Next time (if ever) she sees me, shell see a different me. No intention to go back to her but a "haha" look how much better I am doing without you.

Thanks for the advice. To be honest, we eat dinner together every night, I give her back scratches and headscratches every night. We went on date night last weekend. She came with me to my family to celebrate my birthday. We had a plan to spend this Sunday together prior to her leaving. I give her alot of attention... it just never seems like enough. I need to fill quite alot of rolls. She doesn't have any close friends. She doesn't have anyone else to lean on besides her parents and me. She doe…

Thank you for that advice... she definetaly has her ways and doesn't want to change. She is herself I've tried everything to be open at my end but I'm getting the shaft. Time to reinvent myself

That's a fear of mine as well... it won't stop there. What's next? What's the next thing I need to change? I always have to change something...

Sad part is everyone's right. I've been fighting these battles for awhile and it's just exhausting. Sometimes we just don't align. Too much negativity at this point. God I'm just trying to get some advise guys it's been rough. I feel emotionally abused and drained. So sad because I feel like I tried and cared but in the end the writing was in the wall the entire time... my dumbass just drug it along with me in the mud. I got along way to go, I'm not filing the paperwork she can.

Oh absolutely. No.. there no point to sell. I would just be selling to appease her, which would be a huge mistake

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
