Well i'm not tracking everything day by day, do i need to track my study session? Sometimes they are unplanned and i study whenever I feel liked it whenever I've got some downtime at work. I do have goals and things i would like to achieve, they are very materialistic not going to lie, but whenever I set any goal for myself I tend to end up giving up after few days, really struggling with staying consistent for long periods of time

Wow, you're big guy. I'm 5'8 and currently around 175 pounds. Want to get it down to around 160 - 155 pounds. Really not sure about fat level, but my diet is around 2600 calories with 180g of protein around 225 carbs and rest is fats

Yeah covid sucks and can't do much outside. Not sure where are you from but I'm from UK and it's complete lockdown for the next month. Currently on a diet, and looking a bit leaner already, but it kind of hard for me to diet especially cutting diet when I'm not able to train. I'll get back into running in the meantime, and as long as I won't get fat even more than I'm now, that will be a sucess for me

Yes, especially BJJ, a lot of people compare it to chess game and it is in a way. Sometimes I struggle with getting my ass to the gym because I sit and work at home while day. I don't mind working for a good wage. I could sit here for 100 hours and I couldn't possibly think of something that I could possibly provide for other people that would bring me money (business, service etc) I don't have any special or extraordinary skills, and skills I already have are quite medicore and there are plenty of people who are better than me. Also being 25 I feel like it's too late to learn anything that I could use later on in life to provide service

Thanks man, really appreciate it. For me its really hard to stay consistent and focused, I can have one or two days when I follow the schedule that I've setup for myself, but after that my mind sort of drift always and I end up going back to my bad habits. I never really had trouble with staying consistent when it comes to physical exercise, but any mental work is really hard for me.

Basically, was fine for the first year, wasn't even attracted to a girl that I was living with (she is average looking). But quarantine happened, and we sort of started spending more time together, and I fucked up and my inner simp developed ONEITIS. Great life lesson for me, managed to take A LOT from it. If you are sure that this wont happen to you, go for it, but that is what I thought when I first moved in and it was fine for a year as I've mentioned.

I'm aware of that, yet I lack that kind of skills, and it's probably too late to get into that industry. I don't have degree. Saying that, I really wound't like to be a "physical" worker, and then come home drained and not being able to do anything, I've been there. I know that the IT can be mentally draining as well, but I like the benefits/flexibility that the IT industry offers (working from home, short and flexible working hours etc)

That's has been really helpful, thank you! She don't know about my v-card, and mentioned plenty of times that i probably "get plenty of girls", I'm not bad looking guy, and have friendly personality, I get that all the time. Not sure if i want to proceed with that, I think I'm getting over the "butterflies" in stomach feeling now, I don't think I was interested in her physically until we kissed. She can be quite direct when she is drunk, but while she is sober she is completely different person. Don't know what to think about that. In my opinion best way is just to wait till this whole thing blows over, I'm pretty confident it will eventually. Its just the quarantine is making all those things much harder, as I've got no other option, as you mentioned.

I might be exaggerating about loosing living space, but things definitely can get awkward, as I said she is quite outgoing person, so there is no guarantee that she will be bringing boys (although never happened since we've started sharing a house). ​ I think this whole quarantine is the problem, because I literally have no other options, or even things to do to occupy my mind.
